OOC: This is open to anyone, but I am restricting it to five people total, this being the reason. You MUST use all your characters that are alive and make a post with each of them every turn; if you have characters in the App section, bring them in once accepted. There will be a strict rule that you must follow. Once the story has started and the plot begun, you cannot override it simply because you want to. I'll wait to set it into action till we get going, so there is no confusion. NO exceptions will be given to anyone.

IC: Kit stood out on the balcony of their home in the remote regions of the Spine, in his shorts and shirt. He felt sort of odd, like something was amiss or about to be. The stars were shining brightly above, the moon completely gone, a few shooting stars flew by, and Kit imagined Phalynx watching the world from above. He glanced back inside to where Shyra was sleeping and wondered for the innumerable time why she was so different from the others Elves. She actually slept like a human being, and enjoyed eating meat, completely unheard of until her. He could hear the dragons' deep breath as they slept on the other side of the house. He looked up at the second story balcony and could see that the light was on. "Elika," he whispered so low, he almost didn't hear himself, but he knew the brisk night air would carry the whisper for over a mile.

Elika heard her father whisper from outside and she stepped to the balcony edge. He was looking up toward her, an odd expression on his face. She put her finger up, then stepped back inside to put on her pants and shirt. She then stepped back outside and hopped down to same level as her father. "What is it Dad?"

Kit wasn't sure if he could ever get passed the fact that his daughter, while less than a year in real terms, looked to be the same age as him, possible older. "I couldn't sleep, I just have this feeling that something is going to happen. Something more bad than good."

"I know the feeling, but I don't have it now, everything seems fine to me. Does it have to do something with Mom, or the Dragons, or me?"

"I don't know, it is kind of a general feeling, nothing toward any exact person. I-" what is it?

Elika's face became hard. She had followed one of the shooting stars over the horizon and had seen what looked like person standing there watching them. She couldn't smell anything, but the slight breeze was blow towards it. It was to dark, even for her eyes. I think someone is over there, I can't tell for sure, it is really dark, like shadow magic or something. Wake Shyara up, have her wake Ecivres, and he Mom, but tell them not to move just yet.

Shyara felt a sort of thudding around her whole dream, until the images shattered. She began to wake up when she realized it was Kit talking to her. Okay, I'll let them know, you be careful. Shyara slowly lifted her tail and poked Ecivres. After a few pokes he halfed opened his eyes and started to yawn; Shyara slammed her tail down over his mouth, Quiet!! Wake up Shyra, tell her not to move though, just to be ready.

Don't the women in my life know anything about how to wake up a sleeping dragon? Ecivres said sarcastically to himself. He reached for Shyra's mind and bumped it. He spoke even though she was not conscious yet. Shyra, wake up. Something is wrong, wake up. Don't make it appear as though you are awake, but do wake up.

Shyra's dream was interupted by Ecvires's voice telling her to get up, well actually to wake up. She begrudgingly consented, and as soon as she did she felt Ecivres's mind in her's telling her to stay quiet and appear to sleep. She knew instantly something was wrong, and reached out and touched Kit's mind, finding it next to Elika's. What's the matter?

Elika sees something, we are coming back inside right now. Kit was talking with Elika about non-important things as they went inside, such as the color of the sky. Shyara, wake your mother up, she could help us if a problem arises.

Ramoth felt Shyara's touch and was awake immediately, years of being only awoken by someone else if something was wrong, proved useful. After she got the explanation from Elika, through Shyara, Ramoth used her magic sensing to test the area when the alleged person was, but everything was fine, no trace of dark magic every having been there; she reported her finding.

Anthony ran as hard as he could, the fire was getting closer, but he had yet to feel it's heat, for which he was glad. He was using his ability to clear a path in front of him as he ran up the Spine range.

Void followed after the boy she'd put the illusion of forest fire on. It was amusing to her at how he panicked and ran without a second thought, though she did wonder why.

OOC: the house it relatively big, so if any of you want to say that you were spending a night there, go ahead, and that includes room for dragons

U'lfr was hunting. He had recently been discovered in the Beor Mountain range by the dwarves in the area, and so to avoid a bloody fight, which he may have very well lost, the gryphon was flying over the forests in the Spine. His wings were silent as he hunted, his keen eyesight, as well as his ability allowing him to make out even the smallest of the creatures by their heat. He suddenyl saw what he was after, a deer. It was very fat and healthy. The gryphon immediately went into a steep dive, after which he leveled out and killed the deer. He immediately began to drink the blood of the animal, it was tasty, much better than anything else in the world. It took him another ten minutes to finish his meal, then the gryphon was back in the sky. He looked about again and saw two huge heat signatures. He screechd loudly and flew toward it. He never did actually see them, but by the size, they had to be dragons. He said, May I come in? to the larger of the two dragons.

OOC: U'lfr was talking to Shyara, she is larger isn't she?

Eroth and Ara had been mates for a few weeks now. On this particular night, the two dragons were flying in the moonlight, something that Ara loved and considered very romantic, but Eroth detested. He snorted, annoyed at the fact that this time thay had gone much further than normal. He silenced himself when Ara gave him a bad look. So, in silence they continued their flight, that is until the red dragon saw something odd. It was a large building, seemingly in the middle of nowhere. The red dragon growled quietly and said to Ara, Stay behind me, I have never seen this building before, and there is no telling who ... or what lives in it. The red dragon flew closer and roared his arrival. Once it seemed that the place had been properly warned, both he and Ara landed some hundred meters from it. He used his mind to ask politely if he could come closer, Umm, hello there, I am Eroth and with me is Ara, we mean you no harm, we are just curious, who are you, and may we come closer?

Ara peered nervously around Eroth and mumbled pretty much the same thing, Umm, yea, we are just curious, we promise we don't mean any of you any harm, as long as that feeling is mutual, and we just kind of wanted to meet you. said the purple dragon in a polite manner.

Alucard squatted on a tree branch. He was far away enough not to be seen, even though the person he was watching was part vampire. He was truly curious with this girl. Her heat signature was nothing like he'd ever seen! Even though she had body heat, he could tell she was part vampire because of her scent which the wind blew towards him. He wanted to go and speak with the girl. Though he withheld knowing there were to many people that probably wouldn't approve of his presence. For a moment he looked up at the sky, black. No moon. No light. It was a perfect night for his kind. The chill breeze that swept through the air, gave off this ominous feeling. A familiar scent blew into Alucard's nose. U'lfr. What are you diing here U'lfr? Far away from home isn't it? Alucard asked in his mind coolly. As more dragons appeared he frowned, there to many for his liking.

Levina was walking through the forest in the Spine. In her hands she held a map, she switched from looking at the map to where she was walking. It was marked with specific directions, Kit told her he had something to show her and it was somewhere in the Spine. "I hate maps. I never understood how to read them," Levina muttered as she fliped the paper upside down, unsure if she was even holding it the right way. "What the hell did he want to show me anyway? Why couldn't he just show me when we where together?" She asked herself. She continued to walk her face now looking at the map, when she ran into something. Hard. She fell to the ground, dropping the map. Of course a breeze had to come and blow the map away. She tried to catch it, but a pain in her thigh stopped her. "Crap, the maps gone, and my leg hurts. Now what am I supposed to do?" She asked herself, again. She looked over to see what the hell she ran into, "Oh, Hi Anthony!" Levina said smiling.

Cratos flew through the spine, he felt content as the breeze blew through his fur and feathers. It had been awhile since he'd been here, his home. Or at least, the place where he was born. The darkness of the night made him feel a little uneasy, but he tried to ignore it. As he continued to fly through the mountain forest, he got the feeling he was being followed. he stopped to see if something was behind him. Nothing. I'm being paranoid, Cratos told himself. Even if something was following me, it'd probably just be a bird or something. Cratos continued to fly, it was probably the fact that there was no moon in the sky that he felt more uneasy than usual.

Jason was flying towards the Spine, with Tialgo on his back. This was only the millionth time he hitched a ride on him. The first hundred times it annoyed him, but now, it was like a ritual. So, care to explain to me why I'm taking you to the Spine?

"Because, Kit had a kid, and I'd like to meet her, and I want to see this new house of his," Tialgo explained to Jason again. "You know, this would also be a god time for you to actually meet Kit and his family!"

You know I'm not good at that kind of stuff! Jason retorted. But he sighed and agreed that now was better than never. He landed at the house with a loud thud! To his surprise it was a very large house for just a couple two-legs and they're dragons.

Tialgo jumped off Jason as soon as he landed. He walked over to the door and knocked a few times, He poked his head in knowing he'd probably be welcome. "Hello? Kit? Shrya?"

OOC: I suppose I'll join. Though could you give me the warning pm thingy that you spoke of in the Chat?

IC: Phalynx had her eyes closed. The coldest of air flowed in even gusts past her smooth silver scales, and that was all she could feel. But she could sense something else; some magic taking hold of the land. She opened her eyes, knowing she was near Kit and Shyra's house. She would have shivered, had she been anywhere than her comfort zone. She was high, higher than any dragon could go except for her children. The land was dark. It would have been invisible if she wasn't using her sight. The only true points of light were the stars high above her, shining comfortingly upon her. They reminded her to keep flying; to keep watching.

Trailing behind Phalynx was her son, Sirius. He was spending some time with his family, and wanted to help his mother for a while. He peered into the distance, trying to make out the dim figure. Something was not quite right. Though the night was beautiful, he could detect that something was amiss. He glanced at Alna'ir, and saw that she looked just as troubled as he was. Their mother seemed tense as well.

Na'ir was upset, wondering what was wrong. However, her attention was drawn by movement far below. Hey, that's Jason! And Tialgo! They're going to Kit's house, she said, trying to lighten the mood. Sirius returned her smile, but Phal only nodded.

Solarae stalked quietly through the trees. She could smell the dragon from a long way off. Though she was usually intrigued by the scent of one of her kind, she could smell something wrong with this one. She glanced ahead and saw the perpetrator of the scent. It was a black dragoness. High above, another shape came into view, and she growled under her breath. It was the evil phoenix, Rigel. She decided to stay hidden and see if the two would converse.

Rigel drifted lower, seeing a familiar shape far away. He sensed the magic of the dragoness growing as he approached her. Eventually, he was sure that she must have detected him by now. Well, I haven't seen you in a while, he greeted her with a cold laugh.

Elcyon was flying over the land with a sense of something hidden in the midst...something troubling. She clutched her faithful journal to her side, wondering just what was going on. The air was still, despite that the wind whipped past her as she shot through the sky. The atmopsphere was too calm for her liking. It was night, the stars twinkling above her with their ancient secrets no one would be able to know. She smiled slighty, wondering just what lay in store for her and her daughter, Raylin.

It was Raylin's first time out with her mother away from the island and she was excited beyond all reason. She couldn't keep up as easily yet, for she wasn't that strong of a flyer but she was getting better. Lin looked at her mother's journal and wondered if she had written anything as of late. She then noted how Elcyon looked up at the stars, sighed, and looked away again. Mother, when will we meet your friend? she asked, whining. El had told her many tales of her friend Phalynx and what they went through together and she was eager to meet her.

You will meet her soon, El promised her.

Artemis and Apollo were flying together, deciding that they needed more time together spent. They barely knew about each other, and it made Apollo sad that he didn't know anything about his own sister.

What do you want to do today? he asked.

Well, since you dragged me along on this ridiculous trip, she mumbled, you pick.

Artemis only wanted to take a nap or do some solo flying, but Apollo insisted that they spend some quality time together before they wasted their lives away without knowing much about one another. Silently, she agreed, though it was grudgingly.

OOC: not Shyara isn't the largest, her mother Ramoth is, but Shyara's the right one to talk to.

"Hey, that is Tialgo, I wonder what he is doing here," Kit said aloud. Kit jumped up and ran to where Tialgo had come in, "Hey, an odd time to drop in, but it's fine. We were all awake because something, um, disturbed us. But come on in take a seat Shyra'll be out in a second along with Elika, whom I don't think you've met.

"Dad wants us out there," Elika told Shyra.

"As I figured he would," Shyra said with amusement, "He's practically family, but I don't suggest you call him Uncle Tialgo."

"Okay, I won't. I'll go back to my room while you get dress and meet you out there." Elika stepped out to the balcony, shutting the door behind her. The minds present many in number, and she feared she had missed someone. Phal, why don't you three come down and say 'hi' it seems we already have a party going. You can feel it too can't you? Dad said he felt it as well, and I can't exactly shake the feeling I'm being watched and observed, I think everyone else is feeling it as well. Do you see anyone that we don't know or might prove a threat? Perhaps us four can deal with it? Let me know, right now I have to go meet Tialgo, but I can leave if I need to.

Shyra entered the living room fully dress and sat next to Kit, "Hi Tialgo, how have you been?"

Elika came down the stairs shortly after her mother entered the room. "Um, hi. I'm Elika, you must be Tialgo."

Shyara felt several presences touch her mind at once, it was really over whelming, a few she recognized, and some she did not. Yes! Yes! You all can come in, just don't speak at once. Shyara wasn't worried about an attack since they had asked first.

Ecivres focused on what he heard rather then what he saw, he could hear things that didn't sound natural movements from the wind. He also heard something that could've been words, but he was unable to tell.

Ramoth spoke to Phal, Hello sister. I have something of interest for you. Elika claims she saw someone, who was covered in like a black mist, like shadow magic, but I checked and determined that Shadow Magic hasn't been here in years, because there is no trace of it. Do you know anything about this?

Void was distracted when her victim collided with something, but quickly picked her illusion back up. Suddenly she felt the wind change cold and saw Rigel coming toward her. She held the illusion for a few more seconds, then let it go. Hello Rigel, she said with distaste, she didn't really like him, but then again she didn't like anyone, but she chose to keep him alive as a possible future tool. It has been a while, what brings you here?

Anthony was looking back over his shoulder as the fire got closer, then he hit something, hard. He crashed to the ground and rolled a few feet before he saw what it was. "Levina?! Come on," he grabbed her wrist and tried to pull her with him, "Don't you see the fire, move!"

Alucard chuckled quietly to himself. Well I hope you enjoy your little "vacation." It certainly is a wondrous night, he replied. As more people started to show up he sighed. It was getting to difficult to examine the girl when she's surrounded by so many others. He sighed and jumped down from the branch. He looked back at the house one more time, and clenched his teeth at what his saw. Another large dragon, with two smaller ones landed. A silver dragon. He suddenly felt worried about U'lfr's safety. Silver was one of the things that could actually harm a vampire. A wound from ordinary metal would eventually heal, but from silver, it wouldn't. U'lfr, beware that silver dragon, Alucard warned. He turned back around and started to walk away.

"Hi Anthony, how have you -- whoa!" Levina started to say when Anthony suddenly started to pull her along. Her leg started to hurt even more,now that it was being forced to run. When he mentioned a fire she looked between him and whatever he was looking at. All she saw was trees, grass, and dirt. No flames whatsoever. "Anthony, what are talking about? Theres no fire anywhere," Levina told him, she started to wonder if he had gone insane and started to see things.

He continued to fly. He feeling of content was gone now, and replaced with wary. There was something out there in the mountainous forest, something extremely dangerous. He landed on a ridge that overlooked a part of the forest. He scanned the forest, nothing seemed out of the ordinary. So instead he scanned the skies. It was black, the moonlight wasn't there to help him see. He did see one thing, a gryphon. Apollo. As he looked even closer he noticed that his sister, Artemis was with him. Her dark features and fur made her blend into the night sky. Cratos flew up to greet them, maybe with some company he wouldn't feel so nervous. Hello Apollo, Artemis, good to see you two again.

"Hey Kit whats up! Hope I'm not intruding, but I finally decided to check your humble abode, as well as your little kiddy. Oh, and this is Jason, Gornath's kid!" Tialgo said to Kit. He followed Kit into his house and started to look around. He laughed as he heard Shrya, with his advanced hearing, talking to someone. "Hey you daughter is welcome to call me uncle T! I wont mind at all," He said to Shrya. He started to look at random things around the house while he waited for Shrya and Elika. When he heard Shrya enter, he turned around to greet her. "Hey Shrya good to see you again! I've been good, just doing the usual thing," Tialgo replied to Shrya. He looked past her to see another girl coming down. "Yes I am! Good to finally meet you Elika!" Tialgo said cheerfully. He looked back at Kit, I thought she was only a year, or has it really been that long?

Jason looked around, when he noticed a large group of dragons. Eh, might as well, he thought. He walked over towards everyone and nodded hello. Hi, names Jason, he told everyone. He looked over at the blue/green and rusty gold dragons. Your Shraya and Ecivers right? It's nice to meet you, I'm Jason, Gornath's son.

Phal heard Elika's mind within her own, and glanced down to examine the members of the group in the house. Quite a substantial number were gathering. In a moment I shall join you, she replied quietly. Her eyes were tracing over the land. On the edge of the horizon, she saw someone, almost hidden by distance. I do see someone, Ramoth and Elika. It is a very strange magic he carries. Dark but not Shadow, she said in almost a whisper. Something else caught her attention as she hovered. It was her friend, Elcyon. With her was a young dragoness, even younger than Phal's children. She knew exactly who the younger silver-blue was, though. Elcyon, what are you doing here? Hurry up, you and Railyn must join us in Kit's house here. I'm sure our children would love to meet, she called out to her friend.

Phal then turned and angled her wings, heading down. She landed gracefully on a balcony outside the house, neatly folding her large wings. Hello, everyone. It seems something of importance may be occurring, she greeted with a nod of her head.

Na'ir circled around as her mother spoke to someone below. She could see some people and dragons in the house, but couldn't tell who all of them were. Her wings were itching to carry her down so that she could find out. She suddenly glanced at Phalynx when she heard her speaking to Elcyon. Elcyon's here? With her daughter? Oo, I'll get to meet a lot of cool people tonight, she said cheerfully, hoping to brighten her own mood. She could tell just as well as the others that something dark was going on.

Sirius followed Phalynx's eyes with his own, hoping to see what she was looking at. That, along with his sense of the distant darkness, finally gave him the sight of the person. He zoomed up on the figure with his vision, but could tell no more about it than his mother. He shook his head and looked instead at the group below. Most were his mother's friends, and some his own, like Jason. His interest, like his sister's, was piqued when he heard Phal talking to her friend. He zoomed up on them as well, taking in the sight of the red-sheened black dragoness, and the silvery blue beside her. That must be Railyn, he thought. The starlight reflected off her her silver-sheened scales like it did off his mother's, but in a more muted way. He turned when he noticed his family diving, and followed them towards Kit's house. Hello, everyone, he said with a polite dip of his head.

Rigel laughed at the look he was recieving from Void. Nice to see you again as well, he replied sarcastically. I am simply here because I sensed some odd magic near this area. I decided to investigate, he explained simply. He could also sense the danger of the magic, and in addition to investigating it for himself, he was also hoping Phalynx would be there as well.

Solarae was still watching the dragon and phoenix above, but she could not overhear their mental conversation. Her attention shifted when she caught the scent of two-legs. One of them had a very familiar catlike odor to it. She grinned and turned, racing through the trees. Hopefully there would be something more interesting going on with Levina and the male two-leg. The fiery orange dragoness jumped into the clearing as Levina was being pulled along by the other two-leg. Hey, what's goin' on? she said, eyeing the pair.

OOC: Kit, do I really have to have all my charries? 'Cause this just isn't the place for Ecco. She knows no one, and I haven't practiced with her at all.

Hello U'lfr, Eroth, Ara, Jason, Phal, Na'ir, Sirius, Elcyon, Raylin. Yes, I am Shyara, my mate Ecivres, and my mother Ramoth. Uh, U'lfr, who is that you are talking to, I don't like surprises around my house?

No, no, I'll just check it out myself. Shyara focused for a second, the was next the person U'lfr had been talking to. YOU! What are you doing here? You smell like Elika, where are you from?

That is odd, have you ever seen it before?

"Nice to meet you too. Uh, Will you excuse me for a moment?" Elika stepped around the corner so she could talk to Phal with anyone getting suspicious. Dark but now Shadow, is that even possible? I thought there was only light and shadow magics, maybe it is something ancient. Keep an eye out, I should be able to feel him, but that area is blank and the shear number of people doesn't help.

Well, she is, according to our time, but she is very special, she's been places and seen things that we've never dreamed of. We still don't know the extent of it, she said it would be better if we didn't know everything.

And just what are you two boys talking about? Shyra asked when she realized that they were conversing without speaking.

Ah yes, our special child. Not that we have any others. She's physically only a year or two younger, and mentally years older, luckily I don't feel old.

Void flew up higher so she couldn't be easily seen by the two humans below. So, you feel it too. It disturbs me, like, I have no power over it but it does over me. DO NOT tell anyone I said that. Do you feel the same way?

Anthony slowed to a stop when Levina said there wasn't a fire. He looked back, he could still see, then it was gone. He smiled sheepishly, sorry, must've been an illusion. But now that the terror is over... I swore I'd do this next time I saw you." Anthony grabbed Levina by the waist, picked her up, and kissed her.

Mia returned from the small pond she had washed down in, only to find Anthony gone. Uh oh, where'd go, where'd go. She sniffed around and found a scent that was familiar. Okay this way.

OOC: In this one, are Athena and U'lfr mates?

Circe slithered silently through the trees. She had been tracking the man for some time, but now he was with someone else, a werecat. She looked at the pathput before her, the man had made no attempt to hide his presence, he had snapped twigs, left deep footprints, all this she saw, on top of the fact that she had such a great sense of smell. She was closing in on her target, when another aroma wafted past her nose. She turned and followed it. She followed it to the very edge of the trees, but did not go any furrther. She saw the large group of dragons, humans, elves, gryphons, and even a wolf-man. She wanted to attack, but was not nearly dumb enough to do so. She watched them from the treeline.

U'lfr looked at Alucard and said, It certainly is, I can see a long way, it would be a good day to go hunting, but I am afraid that that is somewhat out of te question, since these people probably would try to kill me if they saw that I was a vampire. laughed the vampire/gryphon. He looked about at the dragons, and other creatures, then looked up. There, he saw Athena. He screeched happily and flew up to join her. He said, Hello, Athena, it has been a while since we last met.

Eroth snorted, slightly put off because of the fact that so many had ignored him. He said, It is nice to meet you, Shyara, Raylin. I am, as Shyara already knows, Eroth. So, why are so many people here, Ara and I were only out flying, she seems to like that, I prefer to sleep, but that is just me. Said the dragon, who looked pointedly at the green dragoness beside him, but soon after, he got a pained look on his face and said, Aha, umm, I was just kidding, I do love our midnight flights. said the red dragon, who had tears in his eyes because of the draconic claws in his side, which belonged to Ara.

Ara frowned when Eroth was being sarcastic about their flights, which she thought were very romantic and sweet. So, she jabbed him in the side with her claw, none to gently. She smiled sweetly and said, Yes, it is nice to meet the two of you also, I am Ara, Eroth's mate, and we do dearly love our flights, and that is why we were here. said the dragoness as she accenuated each word with a jab to Eroth's side.

Shyara tried to focus, I have no idea why you are all here, it seems like this is a black hole for everything living, and not.

Ecivres jumped up in the sky and hovered because he was getting claustrophobic.

Anthony put Levina back down, but didn't fully let go of her. "She is the first person I met when I came to this land, and we sort of connected. It is complicated. Oh yeah, and my name is Anthony. Please, you don't have to do that, I'm just a kid, only seventeen."

Elika was about to go back inside when she decided to scan the area real quick, not that it'd do much anyway. She jumped to the roof peak and did a quick look about. She noticed something odd, a dark mist moving toward them, but it was up where the clouds should have been, but the few that had existed seemed to be fleeing from the mist. Then suddenly a powerful continual blast of wind struck the area. It nearly knocked Elika off the roof, but she clung to the outside rafters and crawled her way down. She then used magic, like she realized she should have done earlier, to block the wind in front of her so she could move toward the source, because this was not natural except in winter.

Kit felt the entire house shake and rumble. "What the hell's going on?!"

Shyra stepped toward the door to look out. The glass shattered in her face, and the blast sent her flying back into Tialgo.

Kit ran to Shyra. "Crap, Oh crap. He looked her over quick, "At least none got in her eyes. Help me take her to the bedroom."

Ramoth braced herself when the wind struck, it was as bad as some of the storms in her homeland. Ecivres, however crashed into when the wind blew him from sky.

Anthony was knocked over at first, but used his power to create an air pocket around himself, Levina, and Solarae. "We need to find some place to get out of this wind."

Void rolled several times in the air as she was hit from all directions, then the winds became steady toward a distant building with a large clearing around it that was full of occupants.

OOC: think of the wind as a vortex with the center at the house.

As Elika moved, the mist in air was sucked down and flowed around her, she didn't breathe, but she felt as if it was coming through her skin. The mist blew back toward the house.

OOC: anyone having fun yet?

ooc: I'm having fun Kit! WEE!! P.s I'm noting going to bring mah new char kay? ;]

Alucard's face remained as it was, he had no fear for her. His gaze followed her head as she slither around him. "Maybe it's your great admiration for me," He answered sarcastically to her. As she released him, Alucard wiped some if the dirt residue Circe had left on him. He looked up to see her in her natural form, the elf/human hybrid form. "If you want me to be honest, I was looking at the woman that changed shape in front of me. And if you didn't want me to see you should have been more secluded," Alucard responded, smiling. A huge guest of wind it him, but he kept his ground. He looked over at the house, it seemed that was were the wind had come from. "How odd," he muttered.

"So you think of me as prey or an enemy that you need to sneak up in?" Levina asked jokingly. She started to remember how they met, he was right it was complicated. She chuckled at the memories of his face when she took her shirt off so it would dry from the heavy rains also when she showed him her other form, and when they both tricked and lied to a dragon rider. "Yeah, was a good introduction to the land," She said, smiling. Levina fell with Anthony when the wind hit them. "What the hell was that?!" She yelled, getting up.

Come now Artemis, if you stay secluded for so long, the world will spin without and you'll be left behind, Cratos told her with a hint of sincerity. He heard a greeting from not so far away, he looked over to where the voice came from. It was Athena, he smiled as she descended to them. Good to see you again Athena, it's good to now you've been well, Cratos greeted her, slightly bowing his head. After they got acquainted, that was when he was knocked out of the sky.

Tialgo stumbled back as Shrya flew into him, he held on to her as he tried to keep his ground as the winds got stronger. He tried to yell everyone, but the vortex blocked his voice from getting into everyone's ears.

Phal jerked her body down to hug the ground, the wind flowing easily over her smooth scales. She cast worried glances at Alna'ir and Sirius, but they seemed alright. They had crouched down in time and had snapped their wings to their sides. Good to know they learn more from me than geography, fighting moves, and stories, she thought with a small laugh. She had sensed the magic building, and now her gaze shifted wildly around it, taking in the swirling magic. This wind is infused with magic! Stay on guard! she cried into everyone's minds. Something was happening. Were they being targeted? What was going on? Phal could see nothing abnormal besides the huge vortex of magical wind.

Na'ir smiled at Railyn and she and Sirius let out small jets of starfire. Hers was infused with small specks of blue, black, and white, and his had flecks of white that were stunningly bright. That is starfire, she said as she ceased the stream, and watched with interest as Railyn showed off her dark flame. Are you kidding? That's awesome! Your fire is infused with almost a shadowy magic, but it's really cool! she insisted. A few moments later, the wind struck. Na'ir flattened herself to the ground in fear, keeping her wings closed tightly as she crouched.

Sirius nodded as Na'ir spoke to Railyn. Yes, that's an interesting flame, he added, but was cut off by the wind. His instincts worked quickly and he lowered himself, and he remembered his lessons equally fast, snapping his wings to his sides. Phal had warned them about the dangers of sudden storms or high winds. Even she could not navigate some winds; it was simply not possible. He felt an uneasiness grow within him; something was dark about this wind; he could sense the magic within it. His mother confirmed his suspicions when she spoke.

Rigel shrieked in surprise when the wind rushed him away, tearing at his feathers with a ferocity he hadn't felt in a long time. This is a magic wind! he cried angrily, his outline melting away as he burst into his fire form. It consumed energy, but he would not get swirled around wildly in the spiraling wind. He noticed a new presence just then; that of Phalynx, and glanced down in time to see the house with several dragons and two-legs within.

Solarae smiled at Anthony and gave a small, elegant fluorish of her wings in greeting. Pleased to meet you, she said. She snorted at Levina. Of course not. It's just that my necessity to sneak up on them results in my sneaking up on many people by accident, without realizing that I am in fact sneaking, she explained with a mock-haughty nod. The sudden burst of wind made her jump forward and lower herself to the ground, claws gripping it and wings snapped tight. Anthony's magic air-pocket brought relief. Woah, that was crazy! Dude, what's causing that? Wind doesn't just decide to randomly try to tear your wings off, she exclaimed, looking around.

With Tialgo's help Kit laid Shyra on the bed. He used magic to block the windows and to take the glass from Shyra's face.

Shyara could feel the worry that burst through her connection with Kit, but couldn't do more than wait because of the wind.

Shyra tried to remain still as the glass was plucked out of her cuts, but tears streamed down her face from the pain.

Ecivres took shelter behind Ramoth after he hit. He wanted to go to the house, Shyra was in very much pain, he just could not.

Elika picked up a voice in air, very, very faint, she doubted even the dragons would hear it, but she had been wrong before. She reached with her mind, but couldn't find the person, so she spoke tot the voice. "If you're the one doing this stop it!"

The wind blew Mia in swirling patterns, till suddenly, it stopped. She opened her eyes and spotted Anthony, with some girl and dragon. She darted over. Anthony, I'm so glad I found you. You left me suddenly and I was lost and scared, but now you're here. What was that wind?

The wind stopped just before Void was in full view of everyone gathered. She recognized several of the occupants, all enemies, all together, really outnumbering her and Rigel.

Ramoth stood when the wind stopped. Is everyone okay? she asked loud and authoritative.

Anthony was surprised by Mia's arrival, he had forgotten all about her. "Uh, Levina, this is Mia, she sort of my dragon, though not as your Riders and Dragons are attached. I don't Mia, but come on, I here voices this way." He grabbed Levina's arm and pulled her along with him.

Elika was surprised when the wind stopped, but worried even more because the mist seem to be dissipating into the dragons, people, and etc. including herself. She ran back to the house, everyone seemed fine. She walked around on the porch for a minute, watching the dragons. Suddenly she felt sick, very sick. She doubled over, and coughed. When she looked at her hand, it was covered in blood, she could taste it in her mouth, feel it in her throat, it was her blood, not something from her stomach. She felt a huge pressure come over as if something was trying to crush her, then another came from the inside, pushing out. She collapsed through the railing onto the stone path.

Kit, something is wrong with Elika!!

Kit patched up Shyra double time. He picked Shyra up, whether she was ready or not and brought her outside with him.

Shyra dropped to her knees next to Elika, gasping at the blood that was running from her eyes, nose and mouth. She tried to use her magic, but felt it fading, even when combined with Ecivres'.

"What the hell is going on?!" Kit yelled to sky as he tried to do something, but what could you to to help some like Elika?

Shyara suddenly felt woozy and began stumbling around as a sense of unbalance hit her. She couldn't tell what she was hitting, nor realize that she had fallen to the ground.

Ramoth tried to help with Elika at first, but her magic was leaving her. She tried desperately to grab it, but became disorientated somehow.

Ecivres was becoming worried, something was very wrong with Elika, and Shyra's anxiety was eating at him as well. He tried to move toward them, but could move, he was froze in place, he could feel nothing of his body.

Anthony burst into a clearing with a magnificent house and surrounded by several dragons. He didn't recognize any of them, but maybe they could explain the wind and weird mist he saw.

OOC: Since Fang hasn't been seen and since her characters are already in place I think we should divide up her characters to who know them best. I can take Levina and Tialgo, unless someone else wants one of them, who would like to take Alucard and Cratos?

OOC: Guess I could handle Alucard since I have RPGed with him before, unless there are any objections...

IC:
U'lfr screeched as his forward progress in the wind was stopped by the intense wind, then something even worse happened, he began to og backward, no matter what effort he put into his flight, he could not fight the fierce winds, and after a short while, he became exhausted and was hurled aobut by the wind onto the ground, where the fall knocked him senseless.

Eroth roared even louder, however soon the wind was rageing so fast, and so powerfully, that he lost consciousness due to the lack of air.

Ara began to see things, then began to go into a rapid succession from normal, to invisible, then to camoflauge, then back. She felt more and more pain until she lost consciousness, then fell to the ground.

Circe cursed loudly as she was hurled to the ground by the wind. She began to crawl forward, on all hands and knees toward the vampire, then she began to hurt. First, there was a terrible screeching noise in her ears. She fell to the ground and cringed in pain, and there she stayed.

OOC: Pass, and is this when everything becomes "normal"?

OOC: Fine with me, and we'll skip Fang's charries this go around. So Cratos...?

OOC: Well, I know Astral's rped a lot with Cratos... maybe she could control him? What do you think, Astral?

IC: The magic of the wind shifted, suddenly tightening and pouring into the mist, and then into the living creatures. Phal hissed in surprise as she felt the magic flood into her and around her, and immediately began feeling dizzy and sick with the pain. She cried out and tried to stop the magic, but it was flooding in too fast, and she could only slow it. She watched as the others collapsed, all suffering various degrees of pain and sickness.

Na'ir roared in pain as her head flashed white-hot. The intensity was too much, and after the first wave passed, she found herself on the floor with no memory of falling. Another wave overtook her, and she cringed, willing it to end. She got what she wanted as the third wave of pain ripped through her and left her unconscious.

Sirius looked with concern as his friends became sick around him, and then he felt it too. He frowned, uncertain. The magic was not affecting him as he thought it would. He did not feel sick at all, only tired. So tired. He sank to the ground, suddenly feeling as if he could sleep for a thousand years. Shadows crept over the white's vision before he even realized they were there, and when he did it was too late. He sank from the waking world.

Solarae glanced at the tiny, pale, draconic creature that joined Anthony. She was puzzled over the small creature, but could do no more than race after her friends. The wind suddenly began to die down, and a choking, magical mist soaked into them. Solarae growled low under her breath. Up ahead was a large building, where she could make out the scents of several distinct dragons, some she knew. Before she could call out to them, her mind was entrenched in fog. The orange hissed, shaking her head, but she could not rid herself of the foggy feeling. She became very dizzy within moments, and collapsed to the ground.

Rigel soared along with Void as the wind lowered its intensity. He could see many dragons and two-legs gathered at the building. He had just enough time to recognize several of his enemies, including Phalynx, before a jolt of pain crackled through his spine. The intense pain felt like lightning, tearing its way through every one of his nerves. He shrieked and lost altitude, crashing into a large tree and hanging suspended from the net-like canopy. He could not move his body, only feel the electricity race through him.

Phal slowly sank to the ground, fighting to stay upright but finding she could barely feel her limbs. She watched as her children and friends lost consciousness one-by-one. Her vision was going dark, bit-by-bit. Soon, all she could see was magic. The magical colors and energies of their bodies were being ripped away as the mist flooded in. Phal saw new shapes emerge where her friends had been, and she felt only confusion as the last part of her vision went dark.

OOC: Your turn Astral, and would you mind doing Cratos?

OOC: Just a reminder to you to post here, Astral.

OOC: Yes, sorry, I was starting to reply when I had to leave... But yeah, I can god-mod Cratos...though I don't know how good I would be at it...hope Fang comes back soon...

IC:

Syllwin felt herself hit solid ground, as she let out an agonized grunt of pain. It was difficult to maintain conciousness, and she only managed to keep her eyes open for a short amount of time at the strange lights and colors shifting and bending their bodies. That was when she had completely sunk into darkness.

Elcyon cried out in pain as she landed on her side, her tail becoming bent in an unnatural way. Everything was beginning to spin and nothing would stand upright. El blinked against the brightness of light before finding comfort in the shadows of her mind.

Railyn had landed on her back, a shot of pain running up her spine when it connected with the ground. She rolled over onto her stomach, but otherwise wasn't able to go anywhere. She growled in frustration as she fought with herself to stay awake, however a magical force kept her from telling her body what to do. She strained to keep her eyes open, but Rai couldn't manage it. She too fell unconcious.

Apollo was the first to be blown away, then Ares, Athena, and finally Artemis. Apollo landed against the ground, paws first, but he was too dizzy to stand up. He fell to his side, unsure of whether it was his mind that was spinning or if it was some other magical force he was unaware of. It wasn't long before he also sunk into the shadows of his mind.

Artemis, for the first time in her life, was afraid. She had no idea what was going to happen, nor what was waiting for them once the whirlwind had stopped. She looked over at Cratos as he moved closer to her as though attempting to protect her. Mis couldn't muster a glare, she only looked into his eyes as they mirrored what she was feeling at that moment. Before long, she went unconcious.

Cratos had only a couple moments before his mind retreated into the saftey of a healing sleep. His instinct was to protect Artemis, she hadn't realized it, but her talon was twisted in an unusual way and he only wanted to help. However, he hadn't had the chance because the last thing he remembered was the ground rushing up to meet his face.

Ares and Athena experienced the same thing as their siblings as they both went unconcious from the dizzying experience of the whirlwind.

OOC: I've done some thinking and I think that we just take Fang's charries out. I know I'm contradicting myself but with as little as we are getting on here and the difficulty of the posts I think this is the best thing.

IC: Kit suddenly extremely tired, so much so that he collapsed onto the deck, barely conscious. He last waking moments were of depression everyone looked as if they were dying, as if the world was coming to end. Is this what is happening to our world? he said before slipping onto that dark path of nothing.

Shyra clutched at her daughter, blood pooling beneath her. She began seeing double and weird colors flooded her vision. Quickly it was to over whelming and she retreated to the recesses of her mind.

Shyara quickly follow Kit down the path of darkness.

Ecivres tried to hold on as long as he could for Shyra's sake, but it was impossible with the pain that was overcoming him.

Ramoth tried desperately to grab at the magic and tried to stay awake at the same time, but the energy she was using up was massive and she blacked out.

Anthony watched as everyone around him began falling asleep, or passing out, he could distinct either. His thoughts began jumbling together and he didn't even know he was standing on the ground, and then lying on it. Soon the waking world faded in to blackness.

Void crash landed into the forest, her head striking a massive rock as she to blacked out.

Mia grabbed onto Anthony shaking him to try and wake him up but it proved worthless. Soon she was the last one awake, but soon began feeling tired, so tired that she couldn't even fight it and fell asleep while still hovering in the air.

OOC: When everyone comes to, leave Fang's charries out.

OOC: Hey, question, where should my charries wake up, sorry, but I forgot what we decieded...

OOC: Uh yeah, just have them wake up I guess. But like in a different place and try to approach it as if their pasts never happened.

Phalynx opened her eyes, blinking at the bright light and trying to shake off her sleepiness. She crawled to the entrance of her burrow, which was simply a hole in one of the highest branches of a very, very tall tree, and let the sunlight soak into her glittery scales. Her claws gripped the bark tightly, and she climbed completely out of her home and up the trunk of the tree, getting as high as she could to reach the strongest patch of sun.

Na'ir saw her mother from across the branches that separated their trees, already awake and climbing out of her burrow. Her blue scales felt cold and dirty from the long sleep in the mossy hole in the tree, and she darted out of her home as quickly as she could, intent on a good grooming. Before she went out onto the larger branches, she poked her head into Sirius's neighboring den. Her brother wasn't there, though. His scent was fresh, indicating he had just woken and left, and Na'ir saw a flash of white as he climbed down the tree further along.

Sirius had woken early, hoping to find a smaller lizard or rodent to sate his hunger. Also, he liked patrolling his family's territory. He was good at patrolling, and keeping their area free of intruders and dangerous creatures.

Solarae woke that morning with a purpose: today, she was going to steal some territory. She wasn't the biggest of her kind around, but she was certainly the best fighter. And she wanted more trees and forestland to explore. There was a question though: should she steal it from a member of her own kind (one that was not a friend, obviously), or a different kind of predator?

Rigel peered over the edge of a branch from his nest high in the canopy. Food was on his mind at the moment, but later, the bird of prey would go hunting for a different sort of quarry.

OOC: Squawk!! They are critters!!!! lol

OOC: Hey, Kit I think we should probably skip Fanghur as well as Asralwing, and if we do, it is your turn.

OOC: Well, Fang hasn't been around for quite some time...and I've only been inactive because of...eeck...college as you've all seen on another few posts... But I will try my best to remain active of the duration of my college life.

IC:

Syllwin came to in the comforts of her burrow, deep and dark within the crevece of four large boulders, hidden away from the rest of the world. She stretched her long, white-scaled body and flicked her tongue to taste the surrounding air. She was hungry, and desired something to eat. When she moved closer to the surface, she hissed in annoyance at the surrounding heat. However, Syl knew that she neeed to heat her body up somehow so that she could hunt.

El woke along some twisted roots of a very large tree, her daughter curled up nearby. She yawned a little, blinked at the brightness of the sun, and stood to get her bearings. Her memory was very faded, as though she were knocked out...perhaps a predetor had attempted to make her its meal and she had barely escaped. The idea was plausible, after all, who wouldn't want a small lizard that could do no more than hunt for insects? El scittered out of the roots hesitantly before observing the surrounding area, as she felt Railyn begin to stir behind her.

Railyn had risen from her slumber when she felt her mother's warmth disappear from her side. She spotted her mother on top of one of the roots of the large tree they had nested in. Rai hurried to join her, attempting to keep her balance on the fragile roots that just barely held both of them.

Apollo opened his eyes as the sun made its way past the hills and the light filled the land. He was perched in a tree, a golden eagle, though began to wonder how he had gotten there. Perhaps he had eaten something that made him sick the night before. He scanned the area, his hunger heightening, as he searched for his next meal.

Artemis yawned as she felt the warmth of the sun spread over her black feathers. She turned to look for her brother and found him just above her, already looking around. How typical. Mis began to preen her feathers, getting ready to take a nap when she realized how hungry she really was.

Athena found herself lying against a rock, her snow leopard fur glistening in the sunlight with a silver hint. She shook herself and licked her shoulder a few times before wondering how she ended up on a rock in the middle of nowhere. Instantly, the wind stirred her when she caught the scent of deer not too far away from where she rested.

Ares was grooming himself in the tall grass, his muscles rippling with power like any normal tiger. His claws retracted as he thought about making his next kill, and how quickly he could do it. His hunger caused him to stand up and sniff the wind for any prey, however, he caught nothing, just the smell of some other predetors perhaps in his territory...
