Anyone else find humor in the title AND book cover being the same as everyone's been using since, idk, there were only supposed to be three books?

He already has ruined it. He's taken so long to get this book out that most of his fan base will only read it because they feel obligated to, from reading the first three.

Honestly I think someone needs some time management skills.

I'm pretty sure I know what happens. Well, I'm pretty sure I know how it ends. He might add a little meat to the story before then, but I'm pretty sure that Eragon is going to kill Gaby.

Or even Eragon + Saphira dying to defeat the king. Or Arya, for that matter.
Something to break up the inevitability.

I have to say I am interested in this, just because of the unresolved questions that have been around for so long, you know?

And I'm kind of obligated to read it, I suppose.

On the cover of the book, it'll probably look different in an 'in-person' picture.

Yeah... Harry Potter to me was done quite well. If it did happen like you and I said, with their deaths though, that would seriously raise my respect if done right. No one would ever see that coming.

Geez, why are so many people not exited?! I literally flipped across the room, yelling at the top of my lungs (Good thing that my parents weren't home) when I found out the news.

I'm probably going to reread the cycle twice before reading Inheritance, while at the same time trying to finish my fanfic. (Even though it's probably not anywhere near close to the book itself, many of my readers say it's amazing, so I will finish it.) And once I finish reading Inheritance the first time, I'll sit there holding the expression I expect to have for a minute, turn to the beginning page, and start again.

Though, just to calm everyone down, CP promises that 'everything will be revealed' in this book. Yes, there are a LOT of loose ends to tie up. That's probably why he took so long to write the book; he probably had to keep track of everything and make sure that everything was fixed by the end. That's what I'd do.

But after hearing more released information, Eragon will be tortured at some point, but not in Galbatorix's dungeon, there are moments in the book that made Christopher "shed a few tears", many characters will make reappearances from the novels, along with much more chapters regarding Murtagh, Thorn, and Saphira. Angela is going to have a major role, Galbatorix will become much more prominent, and new people, places and creatures will be seen, while one major character will die.

Man, I am shaking with anxiety! Like I said before, the mainstream Inheritance Forum site I believe became overloaded, or they shut it down for it's own protection. Shurtugal.com is barely able to load by itself. This is causing an uproar!

As for shurtugal it is probably because they are being listed on the front page of Alagesia.com, this is why they have a hard time keeping up with traffic. I don't know how SF would fair if we had a lot of traffic at once.

Everyone needs to be there for the book release

I too, am struggling to be excited for the book, however, i would be more excited to meet and see the team and forum members at the release. - actually way more excited for that then seeing Paolini in person. I suppose perspectives change with time along with appreciation (or lack there of).

Can't wait to see others at the release.. now to buy a plane ticket..

We're thinking of events and such to promote the release, but chime in if you have ideas.

Thats most unfortunate, because this book will sell more than any book prior to november this year Look at how many Theory based sites his fans have made, theres soooooo many and im curious as to why (if your not that big of a fan) your on one discussing these theories with the rest of us?

I'd put a 5, 2, and 1 day reminders everywhere so I could prepare to camp out by the book store. I don't care if I miss a day of school!

Fortunately, most of the book readers in my area are LoTR, Harry Potter, and *shudder* Twilight fans. Not much competition between me and my copy of Inheritance. I'd preorder it, but my dog made it so I can't get mail. Good thing a book store is just a block away!

And if it comes to a fight, well. . . I'll feel sorry for anyone who gets within 5 feet of the last copy on the shelf. . .

I don't know what they're thinking with the release date, after all it's not like anyone has class or work on a Tuesday in November.

i hope amazon will do a night delivery like they did with Harry Potter ;P

The Book's name is Inheritance, not Alagaesia. Yeah, I know, it's also a bit annoying.
