So you're giving us something through the Wii? Aw, that's so nice of you, Wolve! I wonder what it is though...

Not exactly.... Though that's a good idea too btw...! Maybe I'll do that instead... That may even be better actually.. Thing is.. If I'd want to give you the prize I want to give you.. (complicated sentence to type.. O.o), then I'll have to ask you all for your address (through PM) and I'm not entirely sure if you (and especially more your parents would like to give me that... )

Are you sure though, Wolvie? I mean, you don't have to do that...I'm sure Sokka wouldn't mind...well I'll just PM you

Hey, what's this about a prize? We can't just accept a prize like that, Wolvie! No need to be so nice, it was just a simple competition for fun. Why go through the trouble? I'm fine with how things went, we all had fun, and that's it.

Lol, can't decide what style to get, hm? I'm not saying you SHOULD accept it, but I do like to give it! =) (Yeah, I'm weird like that! ) You're not the only ones who've received gifts from me on here you know.. I've given presents to several members on here now.. =)

@Wolvie: Yeah, but.. I don't know, I just don't feel right accepting a gift from you like that. Come on, we're your friend, forget it. But I guess if you really want to, then go ahead. Knowing my siblings, they'll probably receive it secretly.
Anyway, thanks a lot Wolvie. You really are a strange one, huh? Giving out random gifts? Jk, it's really nice. It's good to have a friend like you, man. @Toph: You found some you want and you didn't even show me? What up with that? Lol jk

Heh, yeah we're all friends indeed =) And you're all very, very welcome Just look at it this way: It's your choice to take it or not (does that make it harder? Haha)
Oh, never mind...you're not sending it from your house, so it doesn't matter. This is really nice of you...I don't even think people in my family would send us a gift like that....

Nope. We beat it, but not 100%. I tried, but it's just too hard! I can never beat these certain levels, even on Easy. Did you get 100%?

Yup, looks like you did. But come on, I was so close! Us two got tied up in a Sudden Death. Lol, I guess I wasn't close enough...
Sokka said it; we haven't been able to complete 100% of the S.E. Some of the levels are impossible to ace, like the Great Mazes.

I don't think we're going to try to get 100%, it's takes up too much time and we just can't do it. Besides, I would rather just play the game, or people online.

We actually haven't played for a while now. Mario Kart's got us addicted. And to get screenshots on the Internet, you have to first save them onto an SD card, and then I guess transfer them onto your computer.

well thats the thing. Dark Dragon does not have an SD card. do you know if you can get one at like wal-mart or meijers or something? or am i just sounding retarded and making things more complicated because an SD card might just be a regular memory card? lol
I'm pretty sure Wal-Mart has them. Or some store like Best Buy or Circuit City. I have one, but it doesn't work for some reason. Probably 'cause it's old.

Yeah, ours is probably too old, or if it's not that then maybe it doesn't have enough space.
We just sent dark dragon a replay, so I hope it works. And I think to be able to send snapshots or replays, you have to have the person in your Wii Address Book and as your Brawl Friend. Or I just don't know what I'm talking about.

When you send stuff on the wii it takes away points. Are they wii points or not if they aren't how do you get them back?

Hey Wolvie, can you add our Wii Number to you address book? I'll try to get yours in as soon as possible. That way we can send you stuff and vice versa like we are with dark.
Yesterday when we sent dark another replay, it said that we still had 20 points. It didn't go down at all yet for us. This whole thing is confusing me.

Actually, you may be right. We only sent you two replays and no snapshots. But can you send two things in all, as in to more than one person? Or can you send two things to each person?

Okay, I found out that it actually does cost points to send replays and screenshots. I think that snapshots and replays are both 10 points each. But the thing is, each day, you'll always have 20 points. So, you can send up to two things in all, but no matter what you do, you'll always have 20 points at the start of each day, no more, no less.

This is a random question, but has anyone beat The Ruins in the Subspace Emissary? I just can't seem to beat it! Oh yeah, and I checked today and found out that I'm done my game 96%.

You may want to use characters with long ranged attacks against him. The first time I fought Tabuu my first character was Sonic and I killed my self in the first two seconds by accidentily running of the edge

I'm 96% done too! I don't play it much, though, so I probably won't be beating it anytime soon.

Yeah, it does sometimes. I like challenges though, so it's not always boring.
So we still need to get to post some snapshots here.... we need an SD card. It would be so cool to show you all of you guys our snapshots.

How does that affect it? You can save as many things on your SD card as you want per day, so when you save them on it, just post them in here I guess.

Oh, alright. And if you want to beat Boss Battles, I suggest Marth or Fox. Marth can reflect every move they throw at you with his B down special move, and he's pretty fast compared to his Fire Emblem partner Ike. Fox, well, he's fast, and he can easily dodge every move. He can also reflect Meta Ridley's mini fire balls back at him, which is a huge help. He can also shoot them consistently with his gun, B, which is an excellent long range move.
Yeah, it would be cool to post our screenshots in this topic for everyone to see.

Alright I'll try it I'll probably use Marth because I'm really bad with fox lol. My friends beat me 9-1 with Olimar when I was fox lol. Or if it was Melee I could probably use Link because unlike with Brawl I was awsome with Link on Melle.

Lol Fox is really hard to control, due to his speed. That's why I don't like Sonic much.
What's the difference between Link in Melee and him in Brawl? Besides his enhanced strength and he can hold his B up move when he's on the ground.

I think he is slower in Brawl. I may be wrong though. I just know I was much better with him in melle than in Brawl.

Well, I main Sonic, so I have no problem with his speed. Does anyone use Snake at all? I'm okay with him, but I find him fun to play as.
I mained Link in Melee, and use him a bit a bit in Brawl. He's actually faster that he was before, and a bit weaker because of that. His jumps didn't really get any better, but his up-special is so much better now. I think that's the main stuff... yeah.
Sonic is good, I just can't use him well because I'm used to a slow player. And no, I don't use Snake...
I use Link sometimes too. Most of his moves are good, except the claw shot is kind of slow. But yeah, his up special is really better in Brawl.
Who do you guys think is the worst player? I'll have to go with Mr. Game and Watch. I mean, he seriously s,ucks. His moves are crap and he's so annoying.

Oh yeah, you use Ike, right?
None of his throws are that great either. The only good throw I've found is Mario's back-throw, because it can send people offscreen easily.
I think it's Olimar. I can't do anything with him, all his attacks are so clumsy.

I don't think Sonic is that bad. Actually, he's kinda fun to use since he's so fast. And using Snake is just annoying because he stinks so bad!
Link's okay, but I don't really use him much. I actually though his B-up move got worse in Brawl since it doesn't go that high anymore.
Mario actually became better in Brawl. Though I don't throw people off-screen much to kill them.
I know! He's terrible! But Mr. Game and Watch, Snake, and Olimar are all tied for the worst.

And watch out for her when she does.
Mario does have a really good back throw. Some other good ones are Pikachu's front throw and his back throw too. His front one does a nice amount of damage. And his back one can throw them off-screen easily, but you have to be a little far from the edge or else you could be killed as well.
I have to agree with alpha. He's worthless unless he has his Pikmin with him. And he's extremely weak, and I've never seen someone decent with him.

I'm glad they toned Marth down in Brawl. He was extremely cheap in Melee.
Most characters have crappy grabs, though. Marth especially, because they don't go flying and don't do much damage.
Lol, I hated Snake at first. You just have to stick to using aerial attacks, and strong attacks rather than smashes, unless you're trying to finish.

He was cheap in Melee? I didn't think so. Sokka used him all the time and I beat him at times. I don't know... Marth is still the best in Brawl though. He got the highest character rating in some magazine: 9/10. But I don't go by what they say....
True. The advantage they have is your opponent can't escape them with shields. I think that's why they made the grabbing addition.
I think he's okay. He can be cheap at times, with all those weapons. And whenever I do A left or right in Multi Man Brawl, I expect a faster move, but I end up waiting too long to hit the people and they hit me before I can.

I thought he was. His side-smash had incredible range, it he was really easy to cliff-guard with. --Yeah, I'd say Sonic is the best, but he's my best character.
Probably. Although I hardly shield, I almost always dodge or sidestep.
Yeah, most of his moves have a delay. I always think I'm going to get an attack with his down-smash, but he lays a mine.
Who do you guys think has the best Final Smash? I'd say Sonic or Wario, just because you're invincible and can knock people really easily.

Lol sounds like you don't like Marth all that much. I don't see how he was ever cheap in Melee though. I always thought that they made Sonic's moves kinda corny. I mean, half of his moves involve that ball thing. His up-special is good, though.
@Aang: Yeah, they gave Pikachu a 5/10. But doesn't it really depend on how good you are with the character?
I don't use shield that much either, because then someone can just grab you.
Snake's A-right/left move is pretty strong though.
Sonic's is a little hard to control, but it's really good. And Snake's is good too. Each time you get hit by one of those bombs, you get about 30 damage. And Ganondorf's is awesome.

Yeah, I don't see how he was cheap either. He's supposed to have a long-range side smash because that's his specialty. When Marth hits you with the tip of his sword for any move, it does more damage.
I know, how could Pikachu be worse than Olimar? That doesn't make any sense. How good a character is doesn't depend on what some magazine says, it depends on how skilled you are with him/her.
Me neither. I've gotten used to dodging by sidestepping now.
I like Ganondorf's and Mario's because if you get them all on the ground in your path, then basically you've got them killed. Snake's is also excellent, and Zelda/Sheik's is awesome too.

I just don't use Marth that much in Brawl. I used him a bit in Melee. Well, rolling around and the rolling jump are Sonic's trademark next to speed. EDIT: Alright, only I think he's cheap.
Ganondorf's is easy to dodge, though. If you have anyone with decent jump, you can get over it easily. And the Link's and Ike's are pretty good, almost a guaranteed KO.

I guess so. I always thought they could've been more creative with Sonic's moveset for some reason. Idk...
Yeah, it is. Sometimes you have to wait for them to land of the ground to attack them with Ganon.
The only thing wrong with Link and Ike's Final Smashes is that you have to get your opponent exactly in your clutches to use it on them. Which allows your target to dodge and avoid it.

I'd prefer if his down and side specials weren't so similar, but I'm okay with his other moves.
Yeah, but they almost always KO when they hit.
I hate Luigi's Final Smash. It's so... stupid, and it doesn't do that much, either.

You mean his down and up specials? His side one is pretty is different.
Yup. Ganondorf's Final Smash does 55% damage when your opponent has none.
I know! Why did they make Luigi so moronic in the game? Peach's is pretty stupid too, but you can quickly wake up and eat all her peaches.

No, for both his side and down, he rolls along. The only real difference is a small hop with the side one, which doesn't make that much of a difference.
Yep.
All of his attacks are stupid, and his up special is a lot worse than before. Peach's isn't that good, but if you can get everyone near you, they stay asleep a bit longer. Samus' is pretty good, and her Varia Suit is a pretty good throwing weapon.

Oh, right, sorry. I know what you mean now. And you're right, they are really similar, except for that small difference you mentioned.
You can get Peach's Final Smash to put people to sleep longer if you get closer to them? I thought the amount of time you stayed asleep depended on how fast you tilt the control stick to wake up. I'm probably wrong, though.
Samus's is great, too. How could I forget about her? Lol anyway, if anyone is in her path then they'll basically be blasted off the stage. And Varia Suit is the suit when it falls off, right?

Peach's is pointless though. If you hit them they wake up and it doesn't do much damage. Also Donkey Kongs is bad its easy to avoid and not very powerful
I think Marth has the best because his will kill instantly kill you.

Peach's is only good if the opponent has high damage. That way, when they're sleeping, hold up a smash and then blast them off-screen. And I agree, whenever I use DK, I only get the Smash Ball so others can't. His Final Smash definitely s,ucks. Does anyone even know how to control it? When I use it, I just press buttons.
Agreed. But you need to be careful; if you miss then it's possible for you to go flying off-screen and killing yourself.

I think you have to press A to get DK's to work. Also Mr. Game and Watches is ok I guess. I was playing against one and he got the smash orb and ended up killing himself

Thanks, I'll try it out next time. Game and Watch's in only good in completely flat and small levels, like Final Destination and Smashville. In Temple, it's completely useless, because anyone can easily run away and dodge.
That's my secret technique against Sokka. You just need to jump and then press L or R in the air, and he ends up dying.

lol also Jiggly puff is easy to avoid in small courses. Link's is really good because he puts like 100 damage on them before he smashes them. Meta knights is ok, but only works well if the oppoment is above %40 damage.

Yup, it is. But if you touch Jigglypuff when she becomes big, then I think it's a guaranteed death. You're right, Link's is amazing. But do you know if you have to get close to your opponent to use or can you do it from the other side of the level? If that's too confusing let me know. XD
I think Meta Knight's is okay. You need to get your opponent exactly in front of you, and it's not that strong. But the advantage is that is hurts everyone no matter what if you're successful.
Good, good.

When you use it, a beam of light shoots out if front of him. If that hits someone, you'll use it on them.
Olimar's is pretty good, because even if it doesn't hit, it does a lot of damage.
Speaking of Jigglypuff, do you guys know about the glitch where she stays big?

Yeah, I think you just have to be a bit far away from your opponent. Check out this video and you'll know what I'm talking about:
Olimar's is surprisingly good, actually. It does around 150% damage I think. I guess that makes up for his terrible moveset.
Oh yeah, I saw that on youtube once! It was weird... let me find it... Hereit is.

It wish Fox, Felco, and Wolf each had a different final smash. One should have the great fox and another should have the sub.

@Aang: Wow, I never knew Link's final smash had that much of a range.
That's what his final smash is meant for! To actually give him some kills! lol But seriously, I don't know anyone who actually uses Olimar as their main character.
Lol! I laughed when I saw that video! I wonder if it'll mess up your game somehow if you do that though.
@Dark: That's exactly what I thought! Fox could use the Landmaster, Falco could use the Arwing to shoot the opponents, and Wolf could use the Sniper Rifle gun in Star Fox Assault (kind of like Snake's final smash.) Also, I was thinking that Lucario's grab attacks are terrible! All he does is throw them! Just like Mewtwo in Melee, he should have thrown the opponent back and then shot three Aura Sphere thing at them or something.

Yeah, me neither. I always thought you had to be right next to them in your range in order to use it.
Lol that's true. Without his Final Smash, Olimar's worthless.
I think it might, but it would be funny if we had a glitch in our game. I can imagine playing as freakishly huge Jigglypuff.
Those would be some cool Final Smashes. I personally think they could've been more creative with some characters' movesets. Lucario could have had much better grab moves, like Mewtwo did in Melee. In fact, they all could've had more creative grab moves! Maybe they'll consider that if they make a new Super Smash Bros.

I guess not.
I do like throwing Pikmin on people, though. His over special? Although, that might be because it pisses my brother off.
I've done it a couple times, it doesn't mess anything up. It only lasts until Jigglypuff dies or the match ends.
There'll definitely be another Smash Bros. They've been making them for every console since the N64, so I don't see why they wouldn't make another.

ya i hope that they keep the smash ball as well. that was my favorite thing about the game (well the tom nook theme was pretty good as well ) my favorite final smash has to be Ness' because it just looks flipin cool

Yeah, that would be cool. I don't know who, either, lol.
It's also dumb how Fox, Falco, and Wolf have the same final smash, too. Though I think Wolf's doesn't last as long or something. Maybe they're all a slight bit different, idk.
So, did anyone unlock all of the stuff in the vault? In the challenges place. I think we have like 3 more things to do. We didn't use any of the hammers, though.

Lyn... from Fire Emblem, right?
Despite how great the game is and how much work they put into it, they could've have added some creativity to some of the additions. Take the Final Smashes for example. Fox, Falco, and Wolf share one, Lucas and Ness share one, Toon Link and Link share one (although that's more understandable), and Luigi's is plain BS.

yes Lyn from fire emblem
I know what you mean a bout the final smashes. its really kinda stupid that they put that much thought into the game and yet some final smashes s'uck. that fd up.

When we add it all together, there is a lot they could add to a new game: -New final smashes for some characters -Assist trophies into characters (Waluigi, Lyn) -And maybe they could get some old characters back from Melee like Roy, Mewtwo, and maybe even Pichu. But then there would be way too many Pokemon. -Maybe they could improve the Wi-fi connection somehow too...
But would the new game be on the Wii or for their next system. Because so far, they had one Smash Bros. game for each system. Though how on earth can they make a new system?! lol

They will probably continue to have a new one for each system. They should also have every stage plus some new ones in it.

I don't understand why they kept Jigglypuff in the game. I've never known anyone who actually uses her when they're not joking. If they wanted to bring in another Pokemon, they could've at least brought in someone who is a good fighter.
It's going to be a while until they make a new Super Smash Bros. game. If they continue the pattern of one game per Nintendo system, then imagine how long it could take, after just coming out with Wii, which in one of the highest selling items in stores these days.
Lol, really, dark? That's a good technique to use against Warios over Wi-fi.
I guess they didn't want to cut out any characters...besides, they gave us Lucario.
True...I don't even know what new system Nintendo is going to come out with. With the Wii being so popular right now, I don't think they'll have to worry about a new system too much.
I'll keep that in mind. I can't stand Wario....and his gas problems.

Why would they keep Jigglypuffthoug? Its not like many people like her. At least they took peachu out. I'm mad they took Roy out though I was really good with him.
Probably though they may make a knew one eventually. Or just make tons of updates for the wii.
lol yeah Wario is creepy. I only use him to mess around
