O.o due to obvious...kincks in Shosetsu's character application, I've decided to put in Noaru's app as I think it'll be more readily acceptable.

Name: Noaru (alias: "the winged freak")

Age: 21

Gender: Male

Skills: Specialized wings: His wings have the ability to not only fly, but able to shoot out feathers as projectiles. The feathers are similar to daggers in their sharpness, and their flight pattern/shape can be affected midflight due to the strange magic aura that surrounds his wings. So, for example: if an enemy were to try and sidestep the dagger, Noaru can change it's direction to make a U-turn and hit the person from the back. Also, if he felt like it, he can change the shape of his feathers into swords and such to use as weapons, although he ultimatly prefers to use his twin katana's. Also, his feathers can disintegrate after use, so throwing feathers back at Noaru is impossible. Also, the powder left behind by the feathers when they disintegrate is a neurotoxin that, when it enters the system either through the bloodstream or through breathing, will cause intestines and skin to melt into a black liquid. Actually however, losing feathers like this is neccesary due to how he grows feathers at a disturbing pace, often growing 20 in two seconds forcing him to constantly throw feathers somewhere. This may be a cause as to why he's so skinny, because his feathers are leaching away the neutrients from his body.

Instant teleportation= Noaru has the uncanny ability to be able to teleport at will, but he can only teleport up to five feet away. It also causes slight dizzyness that can stack up if teleporting too many times without recovery time.

Twin personality changes: he has an eyepatch normally located on the middle of his forehead, and his personalities seem to change drastically when one of his eyes are covered, depending on which is left to be seen. His right eye, when shown, will cause him to act in a beastly manner, while his left eye, when shown, will be extremely passive and somewhat kind. When his eyepatch is in the middle, he's somewhat stable. Also, his eyepatch has a mind of it's own, switching at random causing him to be slightly bipolar. The eyepatch also affects how he fights, changing his fighting style drastically. Right eye shown= acts almost sadistical, destroying things excessively. He abandons all weapons, using only his wings and his hands which turn into claws because the skin would burst. left eye= uses extremely clever tactics, often using the oponents mind against them, often creating hallucinations, changes in surroundings, entering people's minds and playing mind games using their worst fears, ect. The magical aura in his wings can only be used in such a way when his left eye is shown.
forehead= mixture of both right and left eye, he uses both swords and magic abilities for attacking. Magic used is the teleportation magic, which is only accesable in this form. Most balanced and reliable of the three.

Race: The race he belongs to hasn't been identified. He's a mix between a Raz'ac and a human

Hair: Half black-half blond hair that's split in the middle. It's somewhat spiky but it's extremely short, due to how raz'acs are bald (if memory serves me right...)

Eyes: Bicolored, with blue on the pupel and a black iris with a red stripe in the middle of the iris(left eye). His eye colors are opposite on the other side with a blue iris and a black pupil with a red dot in the middle(red eye).

Home Village: A small remote dwarf village in the mountains. Shunned by the locals except by two dwarfs who's name he never learned, prefering to call them "he and she", for both of the dwarf's genders respectively.

Parents: - doesn't know his parents aside from the fact that he's a mix between a raz'ac and a human from a small memory of when he was four.

Siblings: none that he knows off

Character Personality: He's extremely cold on the outside, mainly due to the years of social depravation he's expierenced. He's also slightly sadistic, pessimistic, and will oftentimes self-pity himself. He consider's himself the number one priority, never bothering to ask for things, only taking them. He has no social manners, calling things as they are, instead of using suggestiveness. He hates books based on fantasy or poetry, especially romance novels due to how he thinks that they're untrue. He devours food endlessly, possibly due to the strain the wings put on his body. He hates his heritage and often laughs at how his wings are contradictatory to the raz'ac, sinse they resemble angel's wings and the raz'ac are associated as evil things. Inwardly, he's not much different from his outwardly self, but he seems to prefer the people who've cracked through his social barrier. He oftentmes is very easily amused sinse the most he ever saw as a child was the cave in which he lived. He's an athiest but is willing to believe about things like spirits sinse he figures that if something as weird as him exsists, then something like spirits can exsist.

Character History: His father was considered an oddball among the raz'ac, instead prefering to eat an entierly vegetarian diet and has an odd fetish for humans instead of other's of his kind. His mother was the same, being eccentric among eccentrics, she had no fear whatsoever of the raz'ac and believed she truely belong with them. Both met the same end by being killed by both raz'ac and humans at the same time. Before that however, Noaru was born and left in hiding on a cave within a cliff face. He was soon found by dwarves who took him in as a normal baby. At the time, he had no wings and his eyes were a normal blue. Around adolescents however, he began developing his wings, and his eyes began to change into what they are today. He was then evicted from his home and village by his foster parents and the rest of the village, forcing him to live outside the village on the cave where he was born. There, he learned and perfected all his life skills and combat skills as well as learn about his wings. His two most loyal friends also showed up and visit him regulary however he was still socially deprived as they oftentimes could only visit him monthly. He then, with short notice, decided to leave his home in search of something substancial that could possibly fill the hole in his heart. It wasn't power, riches, or honor. It was something as simple as friends.

Weapons: Besides his wings, he has two twin katana's, both of which they found next to him when he was born. His two katana's are just as contradicting as his twin personalities as well identical. The katana's are both engraved with characters which only he could read. The katana's are also colored, one being red and another being blue. The red katana is engraved with life. The blue katan is engraved with death. Their similar to dragon rider swords as they cannot break due to enchantments. They also can bend into different shapes at will, so they can easily become hooked swords, daggers, short swords, ect.

Likes: social interaction, meat

Dislikes: books (espicially romance novels), social depravation, evil people

Animal Companions: none

Character's Physical Description: His body is extremely skinny, almost to the point of bony and looking as though he has eatting disorders. His wings however, are disperportionally large and almost look burdensome to have on his back. He has two sets of wings, one set on his shoulders and another on his back. He has a custom made tunic designed for himself that has holes in the back and shoulders for the wings. He likes to have alot of pockets, and his pants and tunic have neumorous slots and pockets for items. His skin is suntanned brown due to his hours in sunlight

Alignment/side: He persues after evildoers with an almost zealotish frenzy, causing him to be counted as "good" although his impression of good is somewhat unstable for the moment.
