Xelin jumped a bit when Jia called out for him to 'get his tail over there'. He crouched and ran to them, gaining an odd look from ka, who otherwise stay quiet. Xelin went over to one of the deer Jia had killed and sat down. He wasnt sure how they worked, but in the wild one had to ask before taking somone elses food, and even that could be dangerous. "May I?" he asked humbly.

Xelin dipped his head in thanks and began eating the deer. In minuets, it was gone, bones and all. He had laid down in the grass, comfortably full. He closed his eyes and momentarily forvot that Jia and Ka were there, but a slight shift in the wind reminded him. "thank you for the food... he said to Jia without opening his eyes.

While this was going on, ka was watching with mild fasination. He had never met a wild dragon before, Jia didnt count. He had assumed them to be bad tempered and dangerous, but this one wasnt. He seemed to regard Jia with respect, as if she were his leader. Ka foumd this intereating, and decided to wat h them both while he ate, as he had never seen what Jia was like around other dragons, her family and other bonded dragons didnt count.

Xelin cracked open an eye when he heard Jia shift closer, but didnt object. He had expected her to tell him to get lost, so her question caught him ny surprise. "My name is Xelin... he said simply. He had been about to ask her name, but remembered she had already given it.

Xelin was relieved that she didn't press her attack, but he could tel that she was still angry. He turned to go the opposite way, but was stopped by Ka. "Yes, Shur'tugal Ka?" He asked, using as much respect as he could muster. Ka didn't reply, instead he pointed at Jia. Xelin hesitated, and Ka glared. Eventually, Ka won out and Xelin headed toward Jia. Quiet as a church mouse, he followed behind her. He waited until they were in the trees before he made his presence known. "Jia..." He kept his distance, not wanting her to strike him. When she looked at him, she would see that his head was low, and he wasn't making eye contact. "I'm sorry I lost my temper with you...it was wrong..." He didn't know exactly what else to say, so he waited for her to respond.

OOC: I don't know any honorifics for Dragons... o.o or at least, any that Xelin could use for Jia...

Jia wasn't exactly fuming, but she was still a little irked. She clenched her teeth when she heard Xelin call to her. She turned her head to look at him, and was truly startled when she found his head lowered close to the ground, with his eyes averted from hers. Her irritation vanished instantly, and she sighed. She turned her body around to face him and lowered her head down to his, hovering her snout just in front of his so he had to look at her. You are not at fault, Xelin. I of course understand why you said and acted as you did. I had no right to challenge you. she murmured. She touched her nose to the underside of his jaw, lifting his head up to regular level.

I don't either...Maybe I could think of a few if I tried, but I'm too lazy. XD

Jia merely grinned. No lasting damage. That areas just more sensitive. she said. She sprang straight into the air, twisting around so she faced him. Her eyes narrowed playfully. She activated the Bolt Fire Seal and opened her jaws, shooting rapid fire balls of fire wrapped in lightning.

I can't remember if it was fire wrapped in lightning or lightning in a shell of fire.lol

OOC: you got it right. The charged ones are the lightning in a fire shell...

Xelin watched her dodge his 'attack' and then counter with one of her own. He had never seen an attack like that before, be he knew he didn't want it to connect. He shot his own fireball at Jia's, canceling it out, but shot another one in it's shadow, one that hopefully Jia wouldn't see.

Jia grinned. Something like that. she said, her eyes twinkling with mischief. She abruptly turned to Ka as he made the Seal beneath her and Xelin. Her pupils narrowed at the challenge. She leapt out of the way as he activated a Holocaust Rain Seal. She spread shed wings and followed after the black male. You can fare against me just fine, but two dragons at the same time? One being much older and stronger than myself? she said with a gleam in her eye.

Ka laughed at her implied statement, that he would loose. "Two dragons yes, but one of them I know like the back of my hand and the other, well...is nothing special." He said jokingly at Xelin. Xelin glared at Ka, but not in a mean way. He disappeared into his shadow and appeared right behind Ka. "Nothing special eh?" He said swiping his claw at him from behind. The claw hit but went threw; it was an illusion created by a heaven seal. Ka was actually up in the air, higher than Jia. "Nope! nothing special! Haha!" Ka held out both of his hands and made an interlacing grey and red seal, a combination of Hell and Reaper. Ka can only do this with Reaper seals, any other time he would have to be in his True Form. "You haven't even seen this one Jia..." The seal took on a bell shape. "Seal of Death: Reaper's Bell Toll!" The seals began to thrum in deep bass notes, each accented by the other. The sound would disrupt the equilibrium of anything with sensitive hearing, like dragons. Xelin shook his head and began to stumble around, now unsure of which way was up.

Jia's eyes narrowed at her Rider. Right. Do you know everything about my powers? she challenged him. She gazed questioningly at the grey Seal, wondering what it did. She found out quickly. She shook her head and stumbled, a strange feeling of nausea coming over her. She growled at him. Not fair. she said crossly, growling softly. Her eyes brightened and abruptly sent beams toward Ka, entering his chest and focusing on his heart. She pushed the feeling of nausea away from her and into him. She was startled a bit. She could influence others with her own feelings or sensations? She shook her head again and sprang toward her Rider with glittering paws extended toward him.

Just as Jia mentioned using more than one seal, Ka took one hand away from the Dragon Fire seal and held it out to his side. He formed a Void Seal of Leeching. Jia would know this seal, because he had used it before to take energy from his environment. Two tendrils of energy shot out of the seal, but rather than going to a tree or bush, they went to the two dragons. When they connected, Ka began leeching their energy. Not enough to kill or even hurt, but enough to slowly weaken them both. Xelin gasped when he felt the tendril touch him; it felt cold like ice. His breathing became more labored as he continued to shoot fire at the Reaper, but his strength was leaving him faster than before. He looked over to Jia for help, maybe she knew a way out of it.

Jia was startled when Ka sent a tendril of Leeching toward her and Xelin. She gasped sharply as she felt it attach to her and drain her strength. It wasn't huge or enough to be majorly noticible, but she could still feel it leeching her energy. Her eyes suddenly narrowed. Could she do the same with the Leeching Seal as she had before? Reflect it back onto her Rider? Only one way to find out. She ended the River of Fire Seal and sprang into the air, angling her wings so she was above Ka. Her eyes exploded with light, beams of green-gold cascading from her irises and into Ka's chest like before. Again, she pushed her feelings into him, the feeling of being slowly drained and fatigued. Xelin, attack now while I have him distracted! she cried.
