 Do mods pick other mods?Ok if someone wanted to be a mod would a mod pick them as a mod or would they just gain a rank and it'll say moderator?

Not quite
The admins chose the mods. I with the help of the hitnrunner and Glenwing select the global moderator and glenwing select the ones for the rpg. We currently don't need any and our methods of selection are always different. And please note that "moderators" and "administrators" are *very* different. You can say we moderators are nothing compare to administrators, and basically have no power except in moderating posts. (I mean, literally)

Admins can change people's profiles, add new forums/subforums, add mods (like the shop mod) select staff for the site, edit permissions, manage user-groups, add smileys, add skins/templates, manage word filters, loads of stuff. Moderators can edit posts, move topics and be bossy lol.

No alot of them have less than 1000 posts, but I would like to be a moderator though. I'd love to be one, it'd be so cool.
