Post Dimensions End War of Insanity
Ok, if anyone is wondering, this is bassicly the sequal to the Blood Emblem series, though it takes place millions of years in the future. So, no characters in Blood Emblem are in this, and yes, I do have to much time on my hands.

Chapter 1
The Last of the Emperors

In the years after the deaths of Zach, Eric, and Austin all three empires wept at the death of their greatest emperors. Though as they should, things carried on, all three went to be normal empires, they had the share of great emperors, tyrants, and everything in-between. They were even sometimes outmatched by other countries and dimensions, for dimensional superpower. Though as of now, like they were in the times of Zach, Eric, and Austin, they were the dimensional superpowers. Asia, North East Europe, South West Europe, and their colonies, the last of the alliance.
The alliance started to break apart, even in the ages of the three golden emperors. It started, as one could expect, with the countries first. Brazil, even after the Great War, was still incredible unstable after their government was destroyed by Mortalxoaix. In only ten thousand years, even with Zach, Eric, and Austin's help, they eventually fell apart into several separate countries. As of now, the former Brazilian Republic was separated into Brazila (Central Brazil), Republic of the Amazon (East Brazil), and the Theocracy of Anatramea (South Brazil, along with a bit a Paraguay). Though, Brazila was the oldest of the three.
Brazil's demise started when their government was reorganized. When Mortalxoaix had destroyed it, he left the military largely intact. With Brazil for awhile having trouble with the military trying to overthrow the government, once Brazil fell, the Military instantly took control of the country. Though, once the Great War ended, the alliance, reformed Brazil's weakened government.
Ten millennia passed, without much incident from Brazil. Then, seemingly out of the blue, it erupted into civil war. Part of the military stormed Brasília and slaughtered everyone inside of the city. It was a surprise attack, and it caught everyone off guard. Once that had begun, all of Brazil erupted into full fledged civil war. Every attempt, even by Asia, North East Europe, and South West Europe failed to quell the rebellions and halt the civil war. Even when the three emperors attacked and destroyed much of the Brazilian military, the survivors still fought to control Brazil's government.
Finally, after a period of twelve years of constant warfare, Brazil finally collapsed. The military took over all of central Brazil, and named it Brazila. It is the only one of the three original Brazilian states that remains to this day, it is still a military dictatorship. Its dictators rule for life, and they have supreme control over the country, and the military rules over the people. It did wish to take over the other Brazilian states to reunify Brazil, but the alliance did not allow for that. Though they never conquered Brazila, they at least managed for its plans of territorial expansion to end.
South Brazil, after the war, had been split into ten different states. They were at war with one another, and only one held on to the democracy that had come from its mother country. It though, would be the one to unify southern Brazil into one country. It took many years though, to unify all the small states.
Once the Southern Republic of Brazil was formed, they too went on a mission to reunited the long gone Republic of Brazil. They invaded Brazila, and were half way through the country when the allies forced them to stop the assault. Though they wished for Brazil to return to normal, it had already been more than two hundred thousand years since Brazil had fallen, and told the rebels, that it had been enough. They would not allow the reunification of Brazil.
After many thousands of years, they eventually became a theocracy, and after many civil wars, its named changed to Anatramea. They later went on another mission for territorial expansion and attacked Paraguay. Though they didn't make it far. The Prime Minister of Paraguay (It has also fallen, but the name Paraguay still refers to that region) requested a truce with Anatamea. Its leader, decided to agree and stop the quest of expansion, but still kept hold of the portion of Paraguay it conquered.
The last part of Brazil to unify, was the Eastern coast. Only in the past few centuries, did the Republic of the Amazon form. Like Anatramea, it too started off as several small states. Though unlike the theocracy, it didn't go for the reunification, but the count of states slowly diminished overtime to one. It went from twelve, to eleven, all the way to one, by warfare though not conquest. None of the original states started off to try and take control of another.
The Republic of the Amazon, was the only one of the three that remained a republic. It's people still ruled the government and voted for laws. Originally, it was supposed to be a monarchy, but after the last of the states had been joined into one, the king had a change of heart. He had researched the area's past and studied upon how Brazil was originally, before all this had happened. He began to wish things would return to the way they were, before Brazil had fallen. To make it seem more that way, he changed it from a monarchy, to a democracy. He then made a constitution that was identical to that of Brazil's, in ages past.
The second to fall of the Alliance, was Australia. They managed to last a few hundred thousand years before they too fell. A fourth empire was on the rise at that time, and one of their targets, was Australia. The empire would last for only a few centuries, before they too fell apart.
The Philippians, had moved out for quest of empire. They desired to claim all of the Pacific Islands of their own. Australia tried to halt their conquest, but were unable. Years of war with New Zealand weakened the both countries' armies, and they did not prove much of a match for the new forming empire.
Though weakened, Australia was the last country in the pacific ocean to fall. The only island to remain was Japan, because the Philippians feared attacking the mighty Asian Empire. Though like with Brazil, the alliance tried to halt the war in Australia, but it was another failure. Exactly seven hundred and forty thousand, six hundred and fifty four years after the Great War, Australia, the second of the alliance, had fallen.
One by one the alliance begun to fall. It did not stop with the defeat of Australia. Next, would be the Dragon Dimension. Though the largest dimension by far, it population would be greatly reduced by war and famine. The dimension went into a great Civil War mostly due to food shortages. It was so sever, that not millions, but billions and billions of dragons died. What was rest of the population had to bad together. They separated into several countries, though the countries were each enormous in size, they only had populations that numbered in the millions. The dragon dimensions population would rise again, but it would never again be at what it once was.
Then, was Symphonia, they, along with Hyrule after its Golden Age, splintered into many countries. Middle Earth, however, was different, it was unified into one country, Gondor, and had conquered the whole dimension making it the dimension of Gondor.
Only America, Canada, and the Avatar Dimension would make it passed Zach, Eric, and Austin's death. Both of countries though, would fall with the next generation of emperors. Both of their eastern coasts would be taken over by the expanding Cuban empire, which still exists to this day. Cuba controls all of the Caribbean, Central America, Mexico, and the East costs of the United States, and Canada. The rest of America and Canada, would splinter into several different countries. Finally, after America and Canada fell, the Avatar dimension would meet its end. The Water tribe, inspired by Ozai from the dimension's ancient history, went to conquer the whole dimension. The last battle for freedom there took place near the north cost of the Fire Nation. The fire and water benders fought each other for hours, until the water tribe, now the water empire, came out victorious. As the alliance had stated, all dimensions and countries had to remain the same and not be splintered apart or unified for the alliance to go on. With the fall of the Fire Nation, the Water Empire, had severed their part in the alliance. The alliance, was no more. Though Asia, North East Europe, and South West Europe were still alive, the alliance was formed off of more than three countries/ dimension, not including colonies. The three, were no longer the alliance, but just three countries, in a ever darkening world, that were allies.

In Berlin, the last Empress walked outside of the capital building. The capital building had remained the same as it did when Zach ruled North East Europe. Christianity was still the empire's main religion, and the same cross that was in there when Zach ruled was still there.
She, like a few emperors before her was a dragon. The first non human emperor was a wolf, and he was elected after Zach had died. He was a good emperor, but was overshadowed by the fact he ruled directly after Zach. Though not as great as Zach was, he was one of North East Europe's best emperors. He even halted the Cuban Empires advance through Canada and America.
Her name, was Ezerka, and she had only been ruling the empire for a few months. Her reign started after the emperor before her, a hawk laguz, had died of old age. She wasn't too old either, she was in fact, North East Europe's youngest emperor. At only the age of seventeen, it was a surprise she even became empress.
The story behind it is, that she had secretly joined North East Europe's army. While fighting The Gyana Kingdom (it rules over much of Northern and Central Africa) her general was killed, and she, though only a private, took command when he went down on the battle field. Though it took a few tense moments to reorganize the fleeing, and shocked army, she managed to gain control of it.
To everyone's surprise she was a excellent general, and ended up winning the war for the allies. Though joining the army was illegal at her age, the current emperor was impressed by her, and asked if she wanted to run for cabinet member. She too won that, and proved to be great at it, and she was never corrupted either. It was only a matter of time before the old emperor died, and she became the next one.
Ezerka was still not quite use to the duty as empress, but she had help from the high generals. Though she could choose the high generals, she was happy with the ones that were already in place. She knew that, unfortunately, the empire, like all countries eventually become, was corrupt. Many of the High Generals, and Cabinet members had tried to take advantage of her. That is the only reason why they let someone as young as her rule to their surprise, however, she did not fall for their tricks and lies. Her scales, were deep teal, but unlike most dragons, her eyes were a different color than that of her scales. Her eyes were brown, which was a color unheard of in dragon eyes. The chances were she had some wyvern blood in her, though even if she did, it was very minute.
She walked toward the outer edge of Berlin, near the great, white, stone walls that lined the city. She gazed at them for awhile, they were ancient, the same walls that were up when Zach sat as emperor. Though old, the stones were just as strong as they were back then.
"I wonder what it would be like to have lived back then. When the alliance still excited." she said to herself. She would occasionally go the North East Europe National Cemetery, where many of the hero's of the Great War, along with many other were buried.
She turned around and went back to the capital building, and was surprised to see four humans standing there. One was really young, no more than three years old. Another was only a few years older than she was, and the other two were their parents.
"Ezerka, nice to see you! What, did you think being an empress now meant you were too cool for your family?" said James, the son.
"Yes, we were starting to worry that you had forgotten about us." laughed Tina, the mom.
"I'm sorry, I meant to have you guys come over, but I just got caught up in ruling the empire. I'm sorry, though I'm glad you came. I have some time off now, so please come in." Ezerka said happily.
"Sissy! I want a ride!" shouted the four year old.
Ezerka gave a small laugh, "I guess being empress doesn't mean I can get out of that now can I? Alright, but hold on tight Matt." she replied. She wrapped her tail around him, and placed him on her shoulders.
"We aren't going to fly today because it's not safe right now, but we can later ok?" she said.
"Alright." Matt complained disappointed.
Ezerka never met her real parents. She was found almost dead near the border of Denmark. She had been found my Tracy, and her husband Mark, along with their son James, he was around seven at the time. Ezerka was raised by them, and was even sent to a human school. Though she did learn things about her own race, she mostly knew about humans.
Her real parents, were never found. She was only a few weeks out of the shell when she was found by Tracy and Mark. She was very weak at the time, and there was a high chance that she would die.
Most of her friends while she was at school were humans. It was primarily a human school, though there were some other races there. For being a dragon it wasn't needed much, but James said that he would always be there to protect her. They shared a very close bond as foster siblings.
Ezerka led them through into the capital building. None of them had seen it before, but Matt was the most entertained. He ran around the large main entrance, playing with everything he could get his hands on. It was odd she thought, to see a child running around the capital building.
On the walls nearest to her, the portraits of the past emperors were. Just as with North East Europe's second emperor, the portraits of all the tyrant emperor's were burned. It was a traditions that had long been started. In total though, compared to all of North East Europe's past emperors, there weren't many burned portraits.
She stopped at the portrait five down from her own. It showed an very old and sickly man. His reign lasted the shortest, only a few months long, the only reason he became emperor, was because the people really liked him. He was a good emperor for his short time in command. Though as time wore on, he grew weaker, until he eventually passed away.
"What are you looking at?" asked James.
"Just the paintings of the older emperors. I wonder, how much longer do you think North East Europe will last? It has been around for millions of years. Same with the Asian and South West European empires." Ezerka replied.
"Who knows, hopefully for many more years. It hasn't changed much if you think about it. It has remained similar since the time Emperor Zach ruled."
"Back in the Golden Age of North East Europe. It seemed at many times after him, that the empire almost fell apart."
"Almost but not quite. The closest was when Razada tried to overthrow the empire. Well, technically they did, but they were in the right. It was wrong for the government to say the people from the colonies couldn't become an emperor."
"Yes, it was. Really the only thing that has changed much is the amount of amendments."
"Yes, but we should be thankful for that." said Tracy. She picked Matt up and she and Mark came over to the two and examined the portraits as well.
"Why?" James asked.
"Because, as you know, South West Europe and Asia have changed a lot since the time of Zach, Eric, and Austin. South West Europe is much weaker than it once was and is almost always in a state of Civil War. And Asia, well they have been turned into a monarchy." Tracy said.
"True, but the current emperor of South West Europe is a great guy, and he has stabilized the empire. And as for Asia, the current king and queen are great people. I've met them each many times." Ezerka said.
"I'm not saying they are bad, I'm just saying that they have changed a lot. True, South West Europe has gotten much better over the past many years."
"Yes, it is much safer to travel through the empire than it was a few centuries ago." said Mark "Ezerka, how much do you know about this emperor?"
Mark was looking at the portrait of Adulios, the fourth emperor of North East Europe. He was the first wolf emperor. He is widely known for halting the Cuban Empire's expanse through the western hemisphere, and for being the first, and only emperor for marrying someone outside his own species. He had married Syria, the last of Cane and Lochcadema'a line. Though they did have descendents, none of them could breed with other creatures. How the two did manage though, is a mystery. It is rumored that the minute traces of Razadinian blood in Syria, triggered a reaction that allowed her to reproduce with Adulis.
Ezerka went over to Mark and looked at the portrait. Adulios, was larger than most wolves. He was standing on all fours, facing right, and had his head turned as if he was looking right at you. His face appeared calm, and he did not stand with a dominate appearance, instead, he was in a normal stance. He was one of the few emperors after Zach that did not strut around their dominance over the mighty empire.
In the portrait, the background was that of the sun setting in Tellius. It was over a cliff, and down below the Gull of Begnion. It was the end of a nice summer day, and it seemed as if every piece of fur on his body was visible. He had perhaps one of the best portraits of the emperors. Though his portrait was still there, the knowledge of the artist was lost to history.
"Yes, of course, who doesn't know much about him." Ezerka said puzzled.
"I'm just wondering, because being such an old emperor, and right after Zach, a lot of information about him has been lost. Besides the artist who did his portrait." Mark replied.
"Like what? Why are those paintings missing?" Matt piped up. He was pointing at the second emperor's portrait, and at the seventh's ones portrait.
"Well, first of all, no one is sure who his parents are. Of most of the emperors, there is a complete record of their family. Also, his exact death date has been lost, though we know around what time it was he died, just not the day. As for the missing paintings, they are from the bad emperors." Mark replied.
"Why are they bad? What did they do?"
"Let's just say that they were really bad emperors." said Ezerka.
"No Ezerka, he's old enough to know the real reason why. We don't have to tell him every little detail though." said Tracy.
"Yeah, I wanna know!" Matt complained shaking his arms around wildly.
"Oh fine," Ezerka gave in. She went up to the second emperor's portrait first, "Out of all the past tyrants, which is basically an emperor who uses his or her power for bad, the Executer is the most widely known. He was the one who killed the first emperor and enslaved all the other races but humans. Thorn, Zach's first second-in-command, led a rebellion against the Executer. It was the first major war in the empire's history, besides its formation. Though Zach was just a general in the rebellion, Thorn put him up for the ballet to become emperor."
"Why did he do that? That's silly."
"Because Matt, you're a little young so you might not understand it, but not everyone wants power most do, but not everyone. Zach didn't, but Thorn knew he would do good at the job. Thorn though put his own name for Zach's second-in-command though." said James.
"Ok, but what about for the seven one?" Matt asked.
"The Seventh Emperor, name was Igor, but he would later be call Igor the Sloth. He wasn't a true tyrant, but as emperor, all he did was sit around doing nothing, but having people honor him for being an emperor. For his election speech, he sounded good, but really, he just wanted to be known as the emperor, not have it as an actually job. He even sat around here in Berlin, eating of course, as England was invaded by Gondor on their attempt for dimensional expansion." Ezerka replied.
"What happened? Did he finally get off his butt?"
"No, his second-in-command took over the army and the empire to fend of Gondor. Igor though, just complained that they weren't honoring him and that he had everything under control. Once the war was over he went into a loud argument with Igor. He had a small uprising and Igor was overthrown. It is rumored that his last words were, 'Oh how could one of my standing be treated so unjustly.' He still lived in the Capital Building, but that was because he was too fat to get exit the doors."
James gave a sharp laugh as he went and observed the burn marks, "He wasn't only a sloth, he was a glutton, so it was no surprise that once he died it took two dragons to carry him. They had to knock down the wall around the main entrance to lug him out. He was only a cheetah, but he weighed over five tons!"
Matt wore a great look of shock when he heard that, though he was only four years old, he still knew five tons was a very large weight. Five tons is a great amount of weight, the only way Igor lived was due to magic. Many people placed spell on him to account for his vast weight. Still, not even the magic could protect him from his own slothfulness. After eight years in the capital building, Igor 'the Sloth' died of obesity. He was so large, that to get him out of the kitchen they had to tear down part of the Capital Building. His double chin slid against the ground as they carried his corpse on a large stretcher. It is said that his ashes filled a large fish bowl to the brim. He isn't buried with the other emperors' and their wives or husbands, but with the tyrants, and other failure emperors. A very small funeral was done for him, and only a stone with his name graved into it.
Not far from them, was what known as the Wall of Shame. After going past the first few emperors, up to the tenth, the room widened and the walls went right and left as the room opened up. Going left from the eleventh, up to the eighteenth emperors, were only burn marks where portraits once were. It was called the, at least that part of the wall, the Wall of Shame, because eight emperor's in a row had their portraits burned.
"Well, you can all make yourselves at home here. If you don't mind you can move in, it gets lonely in here." said Ezerka.
"We can't do that. It could get you into trouble, besides we would be a distraction from your work." said Mark.
"Yeah you can, there isn't anything that says you can't. And I can do all the work that is required still. Besides, this is better than the run down house we had. And I can't thank you enough for raising me."
"Alright, I don't mind at all. Besides I could get a lot for having my little sister be empress." said James. He gave Ezerka a small punch for a sign of affection.
"Yes of course, but remember, you will have to do all the cleanup work, and do as I ask. North East Europe may be a free country, but that doesn't mean the capital building is." Ezerka replied with a small laugh.
"But remember, it was us who elected you as empress. If we wanted to we could impeach you."
"For what? Not doing my homework when I was at school."
"Exactly, mom and dad still don't know that I did most of it for you."
"Yeah, but they do now smart one." laughed Ezerka.
Tracy and Mark decided to ignore the last comment. Besides, they had suspected that James was doing most of her work. Otherwise she couldn't of fulfilled her past position of head of cabinet well.
"Are you sure Ezerka?" Tracy asked, "You wouldn't mind if we came to live here?"
"Of course not! Not at all." she replied.
"Well in that case we need to pack up our possessions. Unless you have anything you need to do, you can come in help." said Mark.
"Alright, I don't really have anything new right now. So I'll come."
Tracy and Mark lived in a small house in a town just north of Berlin. It was small, only having a couple thousand inhabitants. It was rather small, and in the winter could get cold and damp. Though they were really poor, they never accepted charity. It was a harsh life for them though, they were mocked and ridiculed by some of their neighbors, but they put up with it. Ever since Ezerka become empress though, they had stopped talking bad about them and acting nice trying to get money off of her.
Ezerka remembered her last days here. All their friends and family had come and given her a large party in her name. She thought back to then, the time when she didn't have to worry about the whole empire, but she was glad to accept the responsibility as empress of North East Europe.
She remembered all the good times back then, when she used to live there. All her friends coming over, and hers and James wanderings around late at night. Those were the times, back when they didn't have a care in the world. Back when they didn't have to deal with the corruption that overwhelming the dimensions.
It was hard to believe this would be the last time she would see it. Due to its bad shape, after her family moved to live with her in the capital building, it would likely be torn down. She would miss it badly, but she was glad to see it go. No more would her family have to put up with the neighbors that were rude to them, and only pretended to like them to gain money.
When they arrived there, a large wyvern flew down to greet them. He was only a year older than Ezerka, and like her, he was too raised by humans. They met awhile ago in Razada and had been almost inseparable. The wyvern had deep red scales, and like most wyverns, had brown eyes, though his had a tint of red in them. The wyvern population was now fully recovered, just like before the massacre, which was now so many eons ago.
"Ezerka, James, Matt, Mr. and Mrs. Johnson, nice to see you five here." the wyvern said cheerfully.
"Renazar, what brings you here to the mainland?" asked Tracy.
North East Europe was often now known as the mainland. Though Razada and Tellius aren't islands, they are not referred to as North East Europe's mainland. Originally called the mother land, North East Europe was called the mainland because it was the ruling part of the empire, and where the empire had formed.
"Just to come and visit you all. I haven't seen any of you in awhile, I'm still wrapped up with everything that's going on in Razada." Renazar replied.
"Like what? Nothing odd has been happening at least that I know of."
Renazar gave a small smirk, but none of them noticed, "I just mean with politics and everything like that. I tell you, being governor of a whole dimension can be quite tiring."
"Tell me about it, I rule over a whole empire." Ezerka replied with a laugh.
"Well Renazar, if you have any time off you could come help us. We haven't spent time with our future son-in-law for months." Tracy commented.
" I do for now. Besides, I can give orders to Razada from the capital building. Things in Razada have at least not been too bad. We quelled another Razagin uprising yesterday. They have been getting much worse." Renazar said with a small note of triumph in his voice.
"If they get too bad I'm going to have to send in the army. I really hope I don't have too, the dimensions have seen too much war in their history. You think they would learn to get along." Ezerka replied.
"At least we are better than the Old Order was, although we were never fully conquered by Mortalxoaix. Now, less talk for now we should get packing. Renazar, would you mind helping?" asked Tracy.
"Of course not." he replied.
Each of them went inside the dark gloomy house. Matt went right to his room where he had various toys. Mark had to get him to pick them all up. Tracy sent a message through radio for a cart to take all of the furniture and other items back to the capital building. They didn't have much, only a sofa, two chair, two beds, and the smallest and least expensive cooking appliances.
The reason for their poverty wasn't because Mark or Tracy were lazy, but it was because they were laid off from their jobs a year before James was born. The business' manager didn't want to go bankrupt, so he twisted a law in North East Europe's constitution that would allow him to take money from his former employees. Mark filed a law suit against the manager of the company, but the governor of Germany ruled in the business' favor.
The ruling shocked the whole empire, none of them had expected to government to be at that level of corruption. The emperor at that time had the governor of Germany impeached, but he did nothing for the countless people who had lost thousands, even millions of dollars. Matt and Tracy did manage to get new jobs, but they were terrible pay and hours, and they were reduced to poverty and they refused charity. The manager of that business was never prosecuted, though he was murdered a few years later by one of the people he had ripped off. That wasn't the only case of corruption in the once clean, and corruption free empire.
Two hundred years in the past, there was a scandal that was now called the Iron Circus Scandal. The emperor at that time was a female werewolf who when transformed had fur the color of iron. Approximately two years into her reign, someone found out that she was allowing people to come into the capital building, and they had to give her money. The person snuck in to see what was happening, and was shocked to see the empress at work as a prostitute. The person left, and spread the news around the whole empire in only a few days. The Scandal was put in the press the very next day, and spread widely through the Berlin Times. The news even spread to South West Europe, Asia, and eventually the rest of the Dimension Plane.
Once her night time antics were found out, she didn't try and cover it up, or resign. Instead, she tried to pass a law making it legal for everyone though because of trying to pass the law, the empire had found out she had been doing that since her first week in office. She was impeached and them imprisoned, but that is not where it ended. A few months after her impeachment she said that the governors of Norway, Crimea, and Iceland were doing the same thing. It turned out to be a lie, but she wanted the attention away from her.
Once imprisoned she tried to seduce the guards, but that didn't go as she planned. The guards prosecuted her for attempted sexual assault, and sent her to the maximum security prison in Denmark. On the way to Denmark, people filed by to watch as the shamed empress tried to hide her face from the crowd.
'Oh how cruel life can be!' were the last words she said, before she commit suicide. She attacked the guards, and stabbed herself with his sword. Once her body was buried, her portrait was burned to join the other failed emperors and empresses.
It wasn't only North East Europe that was now a little corrupt, but the whole dimension plane was. There were no longer any countries or dimensions that were free of corruption. The worst of them was the Avatar Dimension. It begun when the Water Tribe went to conquer the whole dimension. The Northern Water Tribe was ruled by a ruthless man who wanted the whole dimension as his own. He didn't have to fear the Avatar, because Aang, the last Avatar, was long dead.
The Northern Water Tribe then took over the south, and they then attacked the Earth Kingdom and Fire Nation. The war went on for many decades until the Water Tribe had come out victorious. The tribe then elected its leader of the dimension, and it soon turned into a dictatorship. The Prime Minister of the dimensions could only be from the water tribe and he or she ruled over every aspect of the citizens lives. They controlled where they worked and what they did, but there were some aspects of the free market so the dimension wouldn't become too poor.
Renazar walked toward Ezerka as she was putting away some bags full of food, and small objects. The bags would go into a crate which would be taken to the carriage and by horseback, pulled to the Capital Building.
"How are you doing my dear?" Renazar asked, and put his arm around her neck.
"I'm fine, thanks. I'm glad that my family will be living with me in the Capital Building. It gets lonely there sometimes." Ezerka replied.
"I bet it does. At least things aren't as bad here at they are in the rest of the dimensions. South West Europe is finally out of the state of civil war, and Asia has monarchs that actually care for their people. Now, if the rest of the dimensions could be like that." Renazar replied.
Ezerka gave a low growl of agreement. She turned her head toward him, and the two looked at each other for awhile. Ezerka loved him ever since they had first meet, and she knew that he felt the same way toward her...
Renazar had became the governor of Razada after the last one mysteriously died. He was a healthy man, but suddenly died of what seemed to be liver cancer. No one knew who the killer was, and to this day they continued to search for the assassin. Renazar even had some soldiers go out and find who the killer was, and eventually, it came down to a lone male wolf that had immigrated to Razada. The wolf was immediately put in Razada's maximum security prison, but many doubted that the wolf was the actually assassin.
"How have things been going with the Razagin? They have been much more active than in the past years." said Ezerka. As governor, Renazar had to constantly cheek on the people following the Razagin. It was the most popular religion in Razada, even more so than Christianity. Though it changed much since it was founded, it still focused on Detholisarr, and was still a cruel religion.
"There fine, they aren't actually causing any trouble, they are just going by their rituals and are causing no trouble. They haven't tried to rebel for a few weeks.." Renazar replied.
"Are you sure? That doesn't seem much like them."
Renazar gave a smile, "Of course I'm sure. Would I ever lie to you hun." he said, than held her in his arms. Renazar was strong, even for a wyvern. Dragons weighed much more that wyverns, yet Renazar was strong enough to carry Ezerka. He had no dragon blood which would explain his strength if he did, he was pure wyvern.
"No, you wouldn't." Ezerka replied and put her head on his shoulder.
Renazar and Ezerka staid like that for a moment, then broke apart. James walked into the room they were in and shook his head. He had seen them do that many times, but preferred not to walk into it.
"Sorry, did I disturb you two?" he asked.
Renazar laughed, "No you did James. Next time give us a warning though. Now, would you help us take this outside?"
"Of course." a James replied.
"So James, I have asked, but how is work going?" Ezerka asked.
"Well, I'm actually getting promoted tomorrow. My boss was going to keep it as a surprise, but he couldn't help it and told me today." James replied with a smile.
"That's great! So he isn't like the bastard that ruined your dad's work." said Renazar.
"No he isn't. He actually gave me a raise early because he knew we wouldn't take charity. I also might get transferred to the company in Razada, so we might be able to see each other more." said James. He and Renazar had become great friends ever since he met Ezerka. James ever sometimes would help out in the Razadinian courts.
"That's great. What about your family though?"
"I'll still be able to see them. It's close to a dimensional gate so I can travel from Razada and Berlin easily."
"Great, you two in the same dimension for a long period of time? I don't know if Razada can handle something like that." Ezerka said jokingly.
James gave her an affectionate punch in her leg, "That's why you're the empress, to keep us out of trouble." he replied with a laugh.
The three took the boxes out to the carriage, and once everything was in them, they too loaded onto it. As they begun to leave, Ezerka took one last look at her home. Though it was run down, she would miss the good times she had there. As they carriage returned to the Capital Building, the German countryside flew by them. It was still as beautiful as it was in millennia past. The hills rolled by as the horses trotted down the road. Matt managed to coax his parents into letting him ride the horses. Ezerka looked up at her little brother as he threw his arms up and around the horses neck.
She flew above the horse and said to him, "Are you enjoying yourself?"
"Yep! Can I keep the horsy?" Matt asked.
"I'm sorry, but this horse has a very important job to do. How else would we get good and people around."
"Demensionol gate and dragon riding. They already do that."
"Yes, but we don't have enough dimensional warps for everything. And some dragons such as your sister have other duties. I'll make you a deal though, in a few weeks I'll buy you your own horse." she said.
"Yay!" Matt shouted happily.
Ezerka flew back, and landed inside one of the carriages. There were three in total. Two were for the furniture, and the third were for the people. It was very large in with to account for a dragon and a wyvern. James, Tracy, and Mark sat in the front of the carriage as the other two took up the rest of the space.
"Are you sure everything is fine in Razada? We keep hearing reports, and you yourself said that the Razagin are starting revolts." said Mark to Renazar.
"They are, but they are very small ones. I have managed to stop them quickly. I doubt we will see anything on the scale of when Detholisarr was brought back from suspended animation." Renazar replied.
"Hopefully your right Renazar. It's very strange though, we haven't had any large problems with them for over three hundred years, and now it's as if someone had rallied them." said James.
Renazar looked away and gave a cough in place of a sharp laugh. He looked back at them, and took time to reply as if he was thinking of a suitable answer to James' question.
"Maybe they just think they can get off to a start again. I mean, it has spread fast in Razada over the past centuries, it beats out Christianity now for the dimension's top religion. So maybe they just want to expand to other dimensions."
"That could be true, but there are several strands and sects of Razagin in other dimensions; such as Death Bringers of Earth, and the Great Flame in Gondor." Mark commented.
"Not only that, but there also some throughout the dimensions that claim Detholisarr never massacred the wyverns, and that he really was a peace loving man. It's odd how people think that even though we have countless history records and books of Detholisarr's reign in Razada." Tracy replied.
"It's just like with the corruption now. People will believe what they want no matter how foolish it is. It is very hard to believe though that some fools think Detholisarr was a great man, and that he stood for peace." said Ezerka.
"Well I guess you can't stop all the fools in the world." Renazar said with a dark smile.
"What do you mean by that?" Ezerka asked him confused.
"Oh nothing."
They passed by several more carriages on the way back to the capital building. North East Europe, was now the most powerful of the three empires, and it was also the most populous. So many people lived in it, and it had ten of the 15 largest cities in the dimensions.
Its highest density regions though were in France, Metropolis, Gallia, and Razada. It was hard to believe that it once started out as an empire of only a few hundred thousand. On the horizon Berlin was seen as they approached the capital. The city gates remained open as the horses passed under them. Outside the capital building they stopped and begun to unload.
"I should probably return to Razada. Just in case anything new has happened." said Renazar.
Ezerka looked at him surprised. He had said earlier that he would stay in Berlin for awhile and work from the capital building. She asked him, but he refused to say anything. He did at least stay, however, to help unpack everything into the capital building.
"Do you wiwwy have to go Renazar?" Matt asked.
"Yes I do Matt. I'm sorry, but don't worry, I'll be back soon." Renazar replied with a dark snicker.
"Ok, dat good! Tell me what it's like in Razada and bwing me a souvenir please."
"Ok, don't worry I will." He said. Before he left, James, Tracy, and Mark came up to him.
"We don't know why you are returning to Razada, but we wish you good luck like usually. Especially even more so in these dangerous times." Said Mark.
"Don't worry, I'll be fine. I just hope everything goes well here." Said Renazar and he left them to depart to the dimensional warp.
"Something is really odd with him." said Tracy.
"What do you mean?" asked James as they returned into the capital building. They went into one of the larger rooms near the back of the main floor and sat down on a couch. Ezerka was nearby filing out the empire's taxes. They had to be done once every month and Ezerka was left with the job of making sure everyone paid and they came in on time.
Matt was playing with some toys on the ground and the other three continued their conversation. They left Ezerka alone though, they all knew how much she hated being interrupted while working.
"Well, he has been contradicting himself a lot to day. Sometimes he says there have been a lot of Razagin revolts and he just stopped on a few days ago. And other times he says it's really all fine and the revolts are just people trying to intensify it by saying there is none." Tracy replied.
"Yes... I know what you mean. He had to know what is going on. It could mean that he is having trouble dealing with the fools who claim Detholisarr never massacred the wyverns, and that's it's all one big fabricated story." said Mark.
"Ignorance is all it is. The whole dimensional plain has seem to have been going down the hill and getting worse over the past few centuries."
"Yeah... more murders and corruption it seems every year. I can't believe those slime balls got off free for mugging and beating up that old lady." James said angrily.
"That's only because the cabinet overruled me! Those greedy corrupt scum! I don't even know if they paid attention at all to the arrest they just wanted to show the system of checks and balances even if that meant letting a criminal walk free." Ezerka shouted over towards them angrily.
"Severs that Bores right for getting kicked off the cabinet. About the only right thing they have done since they were elected." Said James.
"At least we aren't as bad as other countries or dimensions... remember from history class James. The Great Slaughter in Hyrule that took place ninety years ago?" said Ezerka.
"How could I ever forget that. I hated that unit. Well I guess that does show you all the injustices taking place. Makes you wonder how back in the time of Zach, Eric, and Austin that things were much better." James replied.
The Great Slaughter of Hyrule was perhaps the worst, and greatest amount of corruption in the dimensions to this day. It started over a century ago where the whole dimension of Hyrule was in a great drought. The worst affect region was Hyrule field. No food grew for twelve years and several people were starving. The king of Hyrule, the country, gave out little rations to his people saying that it was all they could afford.
Everyone believed him until a servant accidently wandered into Hyrule Castle's storage room. What he found shocked him, great supplies of food, in all verities. He left the building, but guards saw him come from the storage room. The guards chased him and tried to kill him before he left the city, but he managed to escape into the Hyrule country side.
Then, he spread news that the king was hoarding up large amounts of food in the castle and only gave it to the royal family and guards. Once the king found out news spread, he immediately closed the gates, and started giving ample food to the people inside Hyrule Market Town only. A group of over ten thousand people marched up to city gates and demand the king hand out more food and be fare to all the people.
The king, mainly worried for his and the royal families didn't go to their demands. Instead, he sent out his soldiers to deal with the people. When they saw the draw bridge go down, they all assumed the king had agreed to their demands. Instead, to their surprise, hundreds of soldiers rushed out of the city and instantly started to kill people. The group shocked at first, ran off in several directions, but the soldiers followed them and killed almost all of them. Only about one hundred survived, and many of the survivors were wounded.
Once news of the slaughter spread out, rage and fury went through all the dimensions. Several declared war on Hyrule, the country, and invaded. The king refused to admit he did anything wrong, and stood there as his kingdom was invaded. He was captured by Gondor and later hung for war crimes and crimes against humanity. Gondor though, didn't do as most expected. Though no longer the empire hungry dimension there were in the days Igor 'the Sloth' they couldn't resist the urge of dimensional expansion. So once they hung the Hylian King, they took control of the country. To their surprise though, the citizens didn't resent being conquered. They were glad to be part of an empire that wouldn't be selfish and dominant over its people. Though by no means a perfect Empire, Gondor is much better than several of the other dimensions and countries out there, in terms of its people's happiness.
"Well, it's getting late, and some of us have to be getting off to bed." said Tracy talking to Matt.
"But I not tired." He complained tiredly.
"Well, it's way past your bed time mister." Said Tracy and she carried Matt to another room to put him to sleep.
"I think I will be going to bed also. I have to get up tomorrow morning really early for a meeting." Said Ezerka. She said goodnight to all of them, then went into the main bedroom and went to her bed to sleep.

What do you mean? Like a summary? I could, but I'm not good at summaries, and, since this has a lot of plagerism, I won't have it published.

I'd advise you to break this up quite a bit. I got lost when they started talking about the bad emperors. It is a little long, and the spacing could be a bit better. Basically what I advise you to do is choose a part of it to be a prologue, another part to be the first chapter, and maybe even break another off to be a third chapter.

What I generally do when I write, is limit each chapter to being between three and six A4 pages long. I also put a one line break between each paragraph. The break makes it quite a bit easier for people to read it online.

I hope I don't appear to be too harsh, but what I'm trying to explain to you is that most people don't like reading that much online at one time.

Bad, its a character from a Anime she showed me, and I liked it, so I'm adding stuff from that into it. Anyone else who had seen Elfien (SP) Lied should also reconize her.

Yeah, you're right Shade lol I swear, he has mind reading powers or something. I don't think I'll have Nyu in it though... I'm too lazy to do the split personality thing.
And if anyone wants to see it here's chapter two lol

Chapter 2
Looming Chaos

A few days passed without much incident. James was transferred to Razada for his work, but would be able to travel between the two dimensions via the dimensional warp. He would be making a lot more money, and it would help support his family, which they no longer needed because they now lived with Ezerka. So with their extra money, they use it to give to charities. Mark and Tracy also got jobs in the capital, and it paid them decent wages. Matt, who was too young to go to school, helped out Ezerka any way he could while his parents and older brother were out.
Ezerka was currently working on electing a new second-in-command. Her old one mysteriously died while on a diplomatic trip to the Avatar Dimension, now called the Water Empire, to restore relations between North East Europe and the Water Empire. He was found dead near the North Pole, it shows that he died of frost bite, which was really odd because he was a wolf. They did retrieve his body, but the Water Empire refused to accept the alliance, but claimed no part of his death. Many suspected it, but no one could prove it.
Ezerka sat in her office, looking at the stacks of paper, trying to think which person should be the new second-in-command. The problem was that none of them she thought would make a good one. They were all knew to politics, and some of them came from corrupt families. To make matters worse, the cabinet ruled that she had to pick one by the end of the day, and she just gained the papers two days ago.
"Why can't I just wait? None of them are qualified and you corrupted fools are forcing me to make the decision too early with people who will do a horrible job! If you aren't going to let me choose them, then at least give me more time! Or at least people who will do a descent job!" she argued to them in a past meeting.
Several low mummers went around the table as she said that, most we at the fact that she called them corrupt, "Then why don't you do our job if you think we are corrupt. You don't even know a thing about politics empress." said Shinder; he was a middle aged, greedy, and arrogant cabinet member that Ezerka hated very much. He had tried time and time again to foil her laws she tried to pass, and make ruling the empire for her very hard. It was common knowledge that he wanted to be emperor of North East Europe. Many more mummers went around because of his insult.
Ezerka wasn't angered though, she was just amused at his cockiness, "Then tell me Shinder why is it that whenever my laws pass they work out. And when you manage to overrule me because of your beloved loopholes which, I am working on making illegal. Not to mention all the people who you have up for my second-in-command are no more fit to be in the position as a crazed drunkard."
"But empress, we only do this for you because we feel you are too young..."
"Yes I know! And I know for the fact the only reason why you let me run was to take advantage of me! And if you haven't noticed you failed miserably at that and now you, like other corrupted fools are going for loopholes, many of which were only added by emperors or empresses who abused their power!" Ezerka said angrily at Shinder.
None of them had anything to say at her remark. They all glared at her as if she had dreadfully insulted them. It was true; she had made them fail at trying to take advantage of her for being a very young empress. Everything in the room when into an awkward silence for all but Ezerka she hoped she had finally convinced them to stop arguing with her and to finally shut up. The only one who seemed happy about her remarks and approved of her was an aging elf around the age of five hundred.
Finally, to break the silence Shinder spoke again. He was slightly shaking and furious at Ezerka. When he spoke, it was with much stress and malice, "You, will, have, that, done, in, two, days, or, we, will, use, our, so, called, beloved, loopholes, to, impeach, you." He said, and ended by glaring at her, and he had his fists shacking at his sides.
"Ha! Just like I thought. You can't get your way so you threaten to use your loopholes. Well, I know something that you can't get around, and that's I'm the empress, and I hereby say this worthless meeting is done." Ezerka said threateningly and walked out of the room and went back towards the capital building.
Now, she had to choose which one of the incapable fools was most capable to be her second-in-command. She looked through them all, none of them had in of the qualities suited to help rule an empire. "I swear... how the cabinet even came across these people." she muttered.
Finally, after what seemed like hours, she picked the most able of the unable. It was a young cat laguz by the name of Ben. He had only one year of service in North East Europe's army, and a half a year service in Begnion's courts. Though he seemed really poor for the job, he was better than any of the other choices, the worst of them being the dentist of one of the high generals. She grudgingly put all the papers into a folder, that was made for dragon use, and took the folder outside and had it shipped to the cabinet building.
"You all sit back at watch. I will make this guy a good second-in-command and spite you once more for being unable to take control of someone." she said to herself.
When she returned, Matt had woken up from his nap and demanded a dragon ride. To get some of the stress of her mind, she had one of her friends help her get Matt all safe and saddled up on her as she flew into the air. She looked back at Matt to make sure he was alright. He raised up his arms and shouted "Weeeeeeeee!!!!!!!" as the wind went passed them. Ezerka was happy that he was at least managing to enjoy himself.
As they flew, Ezerka thought about her short term so far in office. Everything for her was going fine, until the Cabinet tried to take control of the Empire. They failed, but they still forced their way by loopholes and false laws to take over some of the tasks and jobs. Ezerka did try to cover it up, only so the people wouldn't think they government was weak, but she was unable to that. Now, several people were wondering who really was in control of North East Europe. As Ezerka thought about it more, it enraged her even more. She couldn't believe the level of corruption that had been occurring. Once I return to the capital building, I really have to start working. The Cabinet won't be able to grasps their dirty hands around the empire by the time I'm through with them. She thought to herself.
Ezerka returned to the capital building, and helped Matt climb down from her by wrapping her tail around him, and setting him back on the ground. He bounced inside the capital building, but Ezerka stayed outside. She looked up at the clouds as she drifted by. It was a very difficult time in North East Europe, she knew that, but not because of the economy, war, or even the Razagin, but because of the cabinets corruption. They had only started to this degree once she became empress, and she knew it was so they could take advantage of her. They were unable to except the fact they failed, it was as if there was a privet civil war in North East Europe, because both Ezerka, and the cabinet were fighting over what they controlled. Though it put great stress into her life, she couldn't help but laugh at the fact she was winning the privet war. She let very little slip into the cabinet's wet slipper greedy hands.
Only in a few days though, would she be able to arrest them for corruption charges. It only took so long, because she couldn't ask the chief of police for help, because it would be too easy for the cabinet to figure out what she was doing. Instead, she had to do everything herself, collect the evidence, everything. Once she had a good enough case, she would show it to the police and in the same day get several people to arrest every last cabinet member.
She was disgusted at the amount of corruption in the whole dimensional plain. She wanted it all to be over, why couldn't people just not be greedy power hungry fools? It all made no sense to her, but, she decided to try and not let it bother her. It was getting late in the day, and soon, her family along with Renazar would be coming, and she could get her minds off such matters.
After about a half hour, as she expected, Renazar arrived. Matt was off playing with some of his friends, which gave Renazar and her time to talk without being interrupted. Though happy to see him, Renazar had a lot of explaining to do to her.
"Renazar! About time you came. I thought you were going to stay here for awhile. Why the change of plan." she demanded.
"I'm sorry my love. I had to report to Razada, because I was informed of an emergency. Don't worry though, everything is alright there." he said slightly surprised by her remark.
"An emergency! If there was one in Razada I would have been informed of it by now. And if there was one! Why didn't you tell me!" shouted Ezerka. She didn't mean to be angry with him, but she was just angry about the corruption of the cabinet.
"You already have a lot of things to deal with. I didn't want to trouble you with the small events happening in Razada." said Renazar.
"Renazar... I know you care about me, but Razada is part of my empire. I need to know what is going on. You can't keep me in the dark even though you just want to protect me. Besides, I know most of what the Razagin is doing there." Ezerka said.
"I'm sorry my dear. I should have known, but I just didn't want you to deal with the events in Razada and the mainland at the same time. Though, do you really want me to tell you?" he asked her, hoping she would say no.
To his dismay, she just glared at him, "Yes, I do wish for you to tell me." Than in a nicer tone she walked up to him, and looked into his eyes "Please?"
He gave an affectionate laugh, and put his arms around her, and picked her up. He went to a large chair for dragon or wyvern use and sat down in it. He looked back into her eyes, seemingly the same emotion of love as hers were.
"Ezerka... how much do you want to know of what I hid from you in Razada. Most I didn't, but I only his some so you could deal better with the cabinet here." Renazar said.
"I know... and thank you for that Renazar, but I'm a big girl, I can deal with my whole empire, though I do highly appreciate your help. I wish to know everything, even what I already know."
Renazar had a strained look on his face, but it instantly left him, "Well then Ezerka, as you know, it begun a few centuries ago when the Razagin became more active."
"Not that. I mean, since you become governor."
Renazar gave a small chuckle as if he had done that on purpose, "Well then, as you know, the Razagin for some reason have been increasingly active around their temples and shrines and holy places. Mass migrations of the Razagin from the rest of the dimensional plain are massing around its capital. Even the different Razagin sects are coming, along with the fools who think Detholisarr was a great person and that the Razagin are right in their opinion. I don't know much, but they are hoping to do what they call an 'ethnic cleansing'. We have no idea on who they are trying to kill off." he said in a very convincing voice. Ezerka had a very concerned look on her face as she said that. She knew that in the past the Razagin had came close to exterminating the wyvern race.
"Renazar! Are you serious? You... you should be careful. What if... what if it is the wyverns they are trying to kill off again." she said, great concern on her.
Renazar shook his head, "Don't worry my dear, I have a feeling it's not my race they are trying to destroy this time. Even so, I will be careful. Just to make you happy I'll increase my security as governor." he said, with a small, seemingly harmless chuckle.
"Well, you don't have to. You could just stay here and work from Berlin. Besides, it would be nice to see you around more often."
Renazar grinned at Ezerka, "I would love too. Do you know when James and your parents will be back."
Ezerka shifted her position, and turned around laying backside against Renazar's chest. He put his arms around her and she replied to him, "They should be back any minute. Why?"
"Oh, I just wish to talk to them more. I have only seen James once even though he was transferred to Razada. Has the cabinet been causing you any more trouble?"
Ezerka went off and told him all the troubles the cabinet had been causing her. Though she was managing them and would have them dealt with relatively soon. Renazar seemed to be pleased by this, but his face was more of indifference at the news.
Truthfully, bad news was striking all the dimensions. It seemed as if corruption and government issues were on the norm for the past few centuries. On Earth, the Australian region was a very dangerous place to enter due to all war wrecking the region. The nations there were always at war with one another, and it was rare for a human to live over forty and a dragon to live over one hundred and fifty. Though Earth had its own share of problems, it wasn't nearly the worst off of all the dimensions. The Symphonian States were constantly at Civil War themselves and warring with each other for one reason or another. The countries of Symphonia changed so much that many had stopped making maps of that dimension.
War wasn't that only problem, but so was government corruption, and racism and bigotry. Though always in the dimensions, racism wasn't normally a problem, but because of the Razagin's popularity, even some of the people who weren't of the Razagin now hated others. The worse though, was the diclonii. Originally, the experiments on them were forbidden, but now, because the fact racism was now high among the dimensions, most didn't care that the evil experiments happened. Now, it was common to here on the news about diclonii slaves, and many of the horrors that were being done to them. The majority of the people hated it, but a lot didn't care, and a few, even approved of it.
Ezerka looked up, as the front door opened. In came James, Tracy, and Mark, all of them finally returned from work. Matt did a full sprint to the front door, to get a hug from his parents and older brother. His friends had left a few minutes before they returned. After a few minutes of greetings, the three went off to put their things away and change into non work clothes. Ezerka went to see James specifically when he finished. She had something very important to ask of him, and did have much of a chance to be overheard since his room was on the far end of the Capital Building's ground floor.
When her brother left his room she asked, "James, has anything odd been happening in Razada since you were transferred there. I know that the Razagin are acting up again, but Renazar seems to be hiding something from me. He claims he isn't and it doesn't look like he's lying, but I just can't tell right now."
To her surprise, James shook his head. She expected him to know what it was, he always did back in school, then again, dimension politics is much more complicated then old schoolwork.
"I'm sorry, but no. Everything appears relatively normal in Razada. I don't think anything is being covered up. Why do you ask? I doubt Renazar would keep something secret, especially from you." James replied.
"I just have a feeling, that something is happening in Razada... that something really bad will happen soon, and we only have one chance to stop it. I don't know why, but I get the feeling that form that dimension... I don't know, but it's so odd." Ezerka replied to him as they walked down the ancient halls of the Capital Building.
James stopped walking, and she stopped a few feet ahead of him. He didn't want to take the chance any of them would be overheard. He stared beyond her as if checking to make sure no one would look or walk down the hall. On the walls themselves, were large paintings of scenery and greatly remembered people of North East Europe's history.
Closest to them, was a picture of Zach's famed cheetah general Cane. He was greatly remembered for his skill and bravery in battle, but also for his manner of great sarcasm, and humor, even if it was only him who thought he was being humors at the time. He was also the great leopard sage, Lochcadema's husband. His death, however, was very unexpected. Only a few years after his three children were born he suffered both a heart attack and a stroke. He was rushed to Paris' medical facility to be cured. It was too late though, by the time they arrived, he was close to death. They called on his family and close friends to comfort him in his final hours. No one knew how he had the heart attack or stroke because he was very healthy and kept his body and great condition. It was found out later, that it had occurred by an old war injury.
The blood around his head was clotted because of it, and so was by his heart. Some of it broke free, and caused the blood to clot up. Though barely able to talk at the hours before his death, he told Lochcadema, and his children that he would miss them and he loved the greatly. He also told Zach that it had been a great pleasure being his close friend and severing as one of his high generals.
James looked at Ezerka as he spoke. His words were quiet, but very serious at the same time, "Why would you say that? Do you not think that Renazar is doing a good job? He would know if something terrible was going to happen in Razada."
"I know but... I just have this feeling." she replied.
"It could just be the fact that you’re stressed about the issue with the cabinet and you’re just nervous that something will break out in Razada."
"Yeah, you're probably right. I'm probably just over reacting, though I don't have the same feeling with Tellius."
James let out a small sigh as he replied to his sister. "Well, Tellius is often left out of the equation because we rarely have any problems with it and it's not as deep into our history as Razada is. Several people leave out the fact that Tellius is in fact part of North East Europe."
"I know what you mean. It is always the mainland or Razada that is getting all the publicity, never Tellius. Speaking of which, I have to visit it soon, I've always meant to get it more in tune with the rest of the empire. Though several people to travel to it and from it, it's been decades since it was last mentioned in the news." Ezerka said with a smirk of happiness.
"At least it has managed to avoid much of the chaos that is engulfing the mainland and Razada. When are you going there anyway? I might want to come."
"In a few days. I'm not going for fun though, well, part of it is, but most of it is for government purposes."
"I see. Well, it should be interesting going there; I don't even think our last emperor went to Tellius through his own reign. He just controlled it though Earth."
"He went there near the end of his reign," Ezerka corrected him "but yes, he didn't go there much. I'm going to try and change that, to get Tellius as well known and active as Razada and the mainland are."
The two walked back to the main family room of the Capital Building. When they arrived, Renazar, Tracy, and Mark were having a talk and sometimes were interrupted by Matt.
"What were you two talking about?" asked Tracy.
"Nothing, just about the empire and things of that sort." Ezerka said half lying.
Mark went over to the TV and turned it on. It was almost time for the dimensional news, and he liked being up to date on all the current events that were happening in the dimensions.
He turned on the TV and it zoomed out from a large factory like building. Large chimneys with smoke were coming out of it, and several carts with cages on it were being pulled by horse into a tunnel which went underground. It led deep inside, and eventually went up into the building.
A women stepped in front of the camera, she was middle aged, and had graying hair. Next to her was a much younger leopard who appeared to be her assistant.
"We bring you live footage from the West American Kingdom of their head diclonii experimental research factory. For the first time, we get to see a live diclonius from the factory. And do not worry, the thing will be in chains." said the spokes women.
"Do we really have to listen to this? I hate that woman." Tracy said loudly.
"Yes we do. I at least have to though I'd rather not, I hate her too, she just thinks diclonii are monsters." Ezerka replied regretfully.
"Oh yes, you are trying to get rid of the research correct?" said Mark.
"Exactly, though I have to convince the people that diclonii aren't monsters." Ezerka replied.
Back on the television, the leopard was now speaking. Ezerka had never seen him on the news before, and guessed that he was an American Leopard. As soon as he started to talk though, she knew that she despised him. His voice was so cocky and arrogant.
"And do not worry people. If it does get away, I am skilled enough to fight it off and kill it is necessary. So don't worry, there is no chance that the beast will break free and go ravaging the country." The leopard said with a click of his mouth at the end.
"Thank you for that Mister Aganinnar. Now, am I correct, that not many people are trained at diclonii killing?" asked the women.
"Yes, you are correct. It is very dangerous, and I advise everyone to not try it. I only took the job to protect the people's lives." Aganinnar replied.
"More like just to show you’re so called strength and kill innocent people." Mark said angrily to the TV.
"Well as I know everyone watching wants, let us go meet this beast in person." The women said happily, and Aganinnar lead her and the cameramen closer to the factory.
As they grew closer, the factory became more prison like. Large bars were up on every window and doorway, and several guards with bows and swords were stationed. Each of them had proud looks on their face as if they were defending the dimensions against a savage creature.
As the three walked closer, harsh movement could be heard coming from one of the underground tunnels. The guards in front of it stood away from it and stood by the sides of it. The each gripped their weapons for whatever was going to come out.
Three figures could be seen coming from it, the third fighting against the two. The two in front were a human and a lion laguz in human form. They each carried the ends of heavy looking chains which were each ten feet long. The bulk of the chains though were wrapped around a girl who was only around nineteen years old. The chains pinned her arms to her side, but seemed to float in the air as if they were around some odd force. In fact, they were also forcing her invisible vectors against her body. The young woman was a diclonius. Her teeth were a bit sharper than humans, and she had two small wolf ears on the sides of her head. Like all diclonii, she had several invisible vectors which were claw like arms around her body. She had dark red hair, and deep red eyes an angry snarl was on her face as she tried to break through the chains, but to no avail.
The two men pulled her up closer to the camera so it could get a better look at the young woman. She was very beautiful, and the only flaw in her beauty was a long scar that ran from her right temple to her jaw bone.
"Oh my!" said the news woman in a very corny shocked and frightened voice. She put her hand over her mouth as if she was frightened, but anyone with half a brain knew she was kidding and only doing so to try and put on a good show.
"Don't worry; we will make sure this beast does not escape her shackles. We have never failed before, and this wench isn't hard to deal with." said the lion laguz trying to sound all macho.
"Why don't you say that to my face while I'm not in chains!" spat the woman on the ground.
"It can talk!?" said the news women is a poorly shocked voice.
"Yes, surprisingly as it is they can. Though they aren't nearly as intelligent as real humans." said the human this time.
"Yes, these sub-humans, this one in particular named Lucy, are very barbaric and savage. That is why we must have these chains around them while they're out at all times, or who knows what damage they could wreck upon our civilized society."
"So you’re calling us barbaric when it is you who does all those..." Lucy was cut off though by the lion laguz and human who kicked her in the side at the place some clothes were visible. It was right by the lungs so it knocked the air out of her. She gasped for breath and glared at the humans, laguz, and leopard.
"Anyway Mister Bater and Mister Franklin, what was your reason for bringing this particular diclonius out? Does it cause more trouble than most?" asked the women.
"Actually, it does, but that is not the only reason why we brought out this particular one. You see, though savages they are, under the right tests and treatments, diclonii make remarkable slaves." replied Mister Bater, the lion laguz.
"Oh my. Are you sure it is safe then?"
"Oh course it is. I am the one who will be taking it on nice long walks, if you can take a diclonius outside without it killing you two seconds later." said the leopard, and he, the woman, the man, and the laguz all laughed.
Lucy glared up at all of them with great venom and hatred in her eyes, "I... I will have revenge. You will all have to sleep with one eye open once I get out." she said angrily, but also sadly.
Mister Franklin kicked her again, but this time in the head, "Oh don't worry, once we get the tests up and running again, we will make sure that you become as civilized as we humans and other races."
"You are the one who's not human." Lucy said quietly.
"Aww, for a complete monster she has some humor with her! Now, I'm afraid that is all the time we have folks. But join us in three more days, and we will show you all the things that these great people do to tame the diclonii."
Lucy snarled at her, about to say something, but they human and laguz pulled tightly on the chains around her, "You are quite welcome. And we both look forward to seeing you again next week." They said, and all three of them shook hands, and they shook hands and paw with Aganinnar. The human and laguz then turned back towards the tunnel and pulled Lucy behind them. The screen split, and on the right side it showed a woman inside a news broadcast studio, "And now to Miss Jennifer Hangolman with the rest of your dimensional news.
"Thank you Jacqueline. And I hope everything goes fine over there in the West American Kingdom." replied Jennifer and the screen showed only her and the room.
She was sitting behind a desk made of maple wood. Behind her was a dark blue wall, and several papers were on her desk. Her face was oddly pale, as if she had been inside for months on end. The corners of her eyes were slightly crusted, as if she had just recovered from a deadly disease.
"Well, that was our inside scoop on the diclinous labs. Next time we will show you the horrors that are being done to them up close, but I must warn you, though it won't be for a week, the images will be obscene, and should not be seen by small children. It is unsure of, but several people have reported hearing screams of pain from the direction at night, and think that the diclonii are being tortured. Which, most unfortunately, is most likely true, though at the time, the empress is unable to do anything about it, though I have been informed, that she is working very hard to end the horrible treatment of diclonii." said Jennifer.
"Ha! Your right I am. They won't be able to get away with that for long." Ezerka said angrily at the TV.
"As of yesterday, approximately twenty six hours ago, civil war has broken in out Federation of Anatherith."
When she said that, Ezerka, James, Renazar, Tracy, and Mark all had looks of shock on their faces. None of them had expected the mighty and government and economically stable country to erupt into Civil War. Anatherith occupies much of the southern part of Africa. It formed roughly over four hundred years ago, and was a very secure nation.
No one had expected it to go into a Civil War. It was odd the more they thought of it, the country had for so long been proud of what it was, and its people had all loved it really much. When it first formed, it was a very poor nation, but now, it was one of the most powerful in the dimensions. It had been for so long a symbol of peace in the dimensions.
"We are unsure why it has happened, but the rebel army is lead by a man named Hades. He was unheard of, and it seems that he had just appeared out of the blue. Whatever his origins are from, he a ruthless fighter, and is very talented with fire magic. It is suspected he came from a small village near north Anatherith. He is apparently the leader of the rebel army, and he denied an interview request with us. Now, is our reporter Tom Gradhof with live footage of the war.”
The screen switched to a human male around his thirties by some soldiers and a man who was the prime minister of Anatherith. The soldiers were his guards, but they were to guarding the reporter.
"Thank you Jennifer. I am here today with Anatherith's Prime Minister Rakyon Makkare along with several of his guards. So mister Prime Minister, what do you have to say about the Civil War that is enveloping your country?"
"Well mister Gradhof, as of now, we are unfortunately unaware of the size of the rebel army. They have attacked two of our major cities near the north of the country and we have taken heavy losses there. It is uncertain who this Hades is, but from what we have learned he is a cruel and self-centered man." replied Rakyon.
"Are you aware of why he started the war in the first place sir?"
"No, I must admit that I am not. There is a chance that it could have to deal with my nation’s refusal to participate in the diclonius research. Though very unlikely as only a small percentage of the population disagreed with me. We are trying very hard to get in contact with the rebel army and resolve the reason for war. But most unfortunately, they refuse every attempt by us to talk to them and solve this problem."
"What shame. I find it hard to swallow that people would want to declare a Civil War on such a loved and great nation. What are your plans of war right now? If you are able to release them?" asked Tom.
Rakyon looked behind him, than scratched his chin, "Well, for obvious reasons I cannot release too much information, but we are massing our army, and increasing the defense of our capital."
"Well, I hope things do get better here. That is all the time I can stay here for folks, the Prime Minister must get back to his duties." said Tom and the screen split in half and showed both Tom and Jennifer.
"Thank you Tom and Prime Minister Rakyon, I too hope things get much better there." said Jennifer and the screen went only to her again.
"I hope you have enjoyed our inside scoop of the conflict in Anatherith and the horrors of the Diclonius Factories. Now, on to Brinton Coiler for your local news." said Jennifer.
As it screen switched to an elderly dwarf, Mark turned off the television. He, Renazar, James, and Tracy had all heard the local news from Ezerka, and didn't have to listen to it. Besides, all it would be was if Ezerka was really in control of North East Europe.
"Well, you can really tell the difference of several people's opinions on diclonii." said Mark.
"Yes... I really hope I'm able to get it pass the cabinet that we need to do something for them. That shouldn't be hard though, the cabinet don't have any authority of what I do with foreign affairs." Ezerka said with a smirk.
"Hopefully soon, the West American Kingdom can't think they can get away with that barbaric for too long. They are already at great odds with Mongania on that policy."
It was common knowledge that Mongania, the country that made up the north central part of America and the southern part of Canada and its centered around Montana did not approve with the west's torture and experiments on diclonii. Both countries have been for years wanting to go in war with and destroy the other.
"Maybe this news footage will finally push Mongania over the edge and force them to finally declare war with the West American Kingdom. Though another war would be horrible, it is perhaps the only thing able to be done to get the diclonii out of their current situation." said Tracy.
"Unfortunately, you may be right mom. That woman... she drives me nuts with her bigotry. And that leopard! What an arrogant cocky piece of dirt. I really hope a diclonius does escape and kill both of them." said Ezerka.
"Yes, but you do realize that would cause a mass killing of diclonii and people who are on the margins of feeling sorry for them will most likely be against them, though however wrong it is." said Renazar with an grimace that none of the others noticed.
"Still, that won't stop me from hating those two. That poor diclonius, Lucy was her name I think. You could tell she just wanted to get free and kill them."
"Well Ezerka, if any of us were in her place I'm sure we would all want to do the same." James said.
"What is a diclonius? Is it a kind of person? Why wouldn't people like them?" asked Matt.
"They are a technically a sub species of human, but it is very inappropriate to call one a sub-human. For generations the other races have treated them as a lesser being and not equals, though several countries don't think that way, and hate the fact other nations do cruel experiments on them." said Mark.
"That stupid. Why do people think that way?" Matt demanded.
"Because Matt, several people are mean and think they are better than everyone else."
Renazar stood up, and looked at all of them. "Well, I'm sorry, but I must get headed back to Razada now."
"What!?" Ezerka said astonished, "But you said you would be staying here in Berlin."
Renazar lowered his head, "I'm sorry dear, but I can't stay here. There are very important things for me to be doing in Razada now. Tracy, Mark, James, Matt, I'll see you four again later." he said, and shook Tracy, Mark and James hands, and gave Matt a quick hug.
Ezerka stared at him, and he walked up to her, "Once again I'm sorry my dear."
She just looked up at him, her eyes full of love, and his, seemingly full of love also, "Just be safe ok?" she said worryingly.
Renazar picked her up in her arms and held her. She looked up at him, and he bent his head down and kissed her, "Don't worry Ezerka, I will be." he said.
"Good, I love you Renazar."
"And I love you too." he replied to her. They kissed again and he set her back on the ground.
He looked back at all of them, and turned around. He left the Capital Building doors and took one last look at them, and gave a smile. He closed the door behind him and gave a mad laugh, and smirked as he strutted back towards the dimensional warp.
Back in the Capital Building, Ezerka, James, Tracy, and Mark all stared at each other. Something was wrong with Renazar, and they knew it, but they couldn't tell what. He was just acting... different.
"I really hope he's ok." Ezerka said worried.
"Don't worry; I'm sure that he is. He is probably just worried about you and about the events in Razada. Not to mention the very distressing news that was just on." said Tracy trying to reassure her adopted daughter.
"I hope so..." she replied.
A few hours passed, and Ezerka spent most of it putting down all the evidence of the cabinet’s corruption and abuse of power. She had it all in a special folder that she kept under the most secured filling cabinet technology could buy her. It was made of the hardest metal in the dimensions, locked by key, DNA scanner, and Retina Scanner. There she kept those sacred documents.
She added a few more notes to them, and stared at the white wall in front of her. She looked out the window at the setting sun as she thought about any more possible evidence. She decided, once the issues on the mainland were dealt with, she would force Renazar to accept her help in Razada.
She was still in the room thinking about what was going on. She really wanted to end it and restore order to North East Europe. It was distressing her that this had all happened when she went into reign, and wanted everything to go to normal again and she could continue on making the empire a greater place to live in. She heard a knock on the door, and quickly put away the folder and closed the cabinet. "Come in." she said, and to her surprise it was Tracy.
"Ezerka, your father and I would like to see you." she said.
Ezerka was even more surprised by that. She hadn't expected to have her parents talk like that, not that she was being disrespectful to them, but she was used to them talking like that to her when she was in trouble. She looked at her mother, but she looked more worried than angry.
"I can't right now mom; I'm doing a very important job right now." Ezerka replied.
"That is exactly my point young lady! I don't mind that you're doing your job, I know it's important, but you have been over stressing yourself with the cabinet issue that you don't spend much time at all with your family." she said in a concerned, but slightly raised voice.
Mark soon walked up to them and stood next to his wife in front of the doorway and too looked at Ezerka with great concern. "Yes Ezerka, you have to stop being so wrapped up with the cabinet that you forgot your family and your others duties as empress. You have been stuck in the Capital Building for days, and haven't much gone out to see your people and see if they need anything or done anything of that sort."
"But... you don't understand! This could be terrible for North East Europe if it intensified. I can't let that happen." Ezerka said trying to fight back.
"Yes, we are aware of that, but it doesn't mean that you have to spend every waking hour of your time with that problem. Besides, I'm sure by now you have enough evidence against them. You just have to turn it in to the Chief of Police. And we want you to spend more time with us. Both Matt and James especially us want you to." Mark replied sternly.
"Well... I guess I could just turn these all in then. I just... I dunno, I wanted to solve everything as fast as I could." Ezerka said.
"That's our point, you don't have to spend every waking hour of your day doing that, besides, you have more than enough information to get the cabinet arrest and over thrown. You're doing a great job Ezerka, we just want you to spend more time with your friends and family." said Tracy.
"Alright then, I will. I'll be there in a few minutes, I just have to turn these in." said Ezerka. She took the folder, and left the Capital Building to go to the Chief of Police office in Berlin. It was large, but much smaller than the Capital Building. It had only two floors, but it was highly guarded due to the fact that was where North East Europe's police and central intelligence agencies were located.
"Ah, hello Empress, I wasn't expecting you to come here. But anyway, nice to see you." said the Chief of Police, a human named Robert he gave a small bow in respect to her when they greeted each other. The Chief of Police was always selected by the emperor or empress, and only sometimes was a high general. Though Ezerka trusted Robert over most of her government, she didn't make him a high general because he wasn't serving as head of the central intelligence agency for long when he was promoted by her as the Chief of Police, though she said in a few years if he kept up his good work she would make him a High General.
Normally Robert would be at his office or out arresting a prisoner or other activities, but he was free to return home for the rest of the night. Though he had a busy day, he was glad to see Ezerka when she walked into the building.
"I'm sorry to disturb you at a time like this Rob, but, I have much of the evidence against the cabinet that I have to show you in privet."
"That's good, that's good," he said excitedly "I knew that you wouldn't let what they were doing stand. But come, we must go discus this in my office. We don't want to be overheard."
"Ok, good, but aren't you done for the day?"
"Yes, but this cannot wait. You're going to Tellius tomorrow correct?"
"Yes, for about a week, though I'll be back in Berlin in two days just to make sure everything is running clean here." Ezerka replied.
"Then it definitely cannot wait a day. If you're out in one of our colonies than the cabinet will not hesitate to try and take over the capital while you're out." said Robert as they walked to his office.
Once they arrived, he unlocked the door, and the two stepped in. He closed the door and locked it again so they wouldn't be interrupted by anyone, or anything. The inside of his office was dominated mostly by filling cabinets and a large computer where many important documents were stored. The carpet was on odd tan color and the walls were painted white. There were three small lamps around the room, on the main desk and the others on two side tables.
"So empress, please tell and show me what who have discovered?" asked Robert as he and Ezerka sat down.
"Well, as suspected, they were going through loopholes and false laws they made in the constitution. I'm working on banning them, but first I had to get enough evidence to lead to their arrest before I could even try to do anything. If I didn't, then they would fight till the end to keep on to their power." said Ezerka.
"I have guessed the same thing, though as empress you know a lot more about this than I do. May I see the documents?" Robert asked.
"Yes, of course." Said Ezerka and she nudged them with her noise over towards him.
"Thank you empress." said Robert and he took out the documents to start examining them.
"I can't believe them! Well, I guess I can't expect much more, corrupted government scum. Well empress, I will examine it more, and I will get an arrest team out for the cabinet members arrest in a matter of days, and don't worry, these are perfectly safe with me." said Robert.
"Thank you Robert. I knew I could count on you." said Ezerka.

Yeah, you're right Shade lol I swear, he has mind reading powers or something. I don't think I'll have Nyu in it though... I'm too lazy to do the split personality thing.
And if anyone wants to see it here's chapter two lol
