Post Eating Disoders, diets, weight, etc.
I am underweight yet whenever I eat, I start to feel depressed and guilty. I feel I have to earn my food. Like if I don't eat anything for two hours plus I go for a jog, I get to eat an apple. Is there something wrong with the way I'm thinking?

Thats okay I guess but I think your overduing it. Try to eat more and more freqauntly like after a a jog or so have an apple and perhaps something else as well maybe a banna na for isntance you may also want to make sure eat everything from the essetial four food grups (so don't eat too much of one specific catgeory try to vairy what you eat like toast then maybe an apple and so on) but above all make sure you eat at least 3 meals a day exluding snacks casue with out those your body well never be truly nourished. Follow this gudilines and you may some significant changes in yoir weight (no you won't become overweight!!!! it will simply moderate it to a good level) hope this helps

What i do to get my body i good shape is that i eat a lot, but i exercise a lot. There has to be a balance. Jog a mile, and when you come back eat a yoghurt or something.

I THINK THAT YOU CAN EAT AS MUCH AS YOU WANT, JUST AS LONG AS YOU EXCERSIZE IT OFF! EVEN IF ITS JUST GOING FOR A WALK OR SOMETHING!

That doesn't sound healthy to me :( I know someone who had a "problem" like that. It eventually led to serious anorexia. It sounds really difficult to live that way. It always seems to be from pressure from the media and stuff, making everyone think they have to be skinny to be liked. Of course, I'm not saying it's that way with you. Everyone has their little things they do.

hmmm, sounds to me like you are starting to be anorexic but don't want to admit it.
my mom told me she thought I was going to become anorexic once.
I would go all day without eating, sometimes a little bit at dinner but mostly nothing.
Then I got over it.
If u r even thinking about becomeing anorexic, don't!

ive got sorta the same problem exept i eat and eat and eat but never gain weight!!! i keep trying but i cant gain even 1 pound

Push ups and the one where you lay down and get up. Do about 20 of those every day. you'll grow a "six-pack"(?). and muscle weighs much more than fat. Get muscle up while burning some fat. though i could never stay away from frozen cream :(

my aunty used to be anorexic. She was taken to hospitalcos her lung collapsed. Wasn't pretty at all. She's in a wheel chair now. but, caterpillar!!!!! NEWSFLASH! arya_shur'tugal spoke in normal letter for the first time in like... ever!!!!! But yeh, my rowing coach set us a program of 20 mins run a day, about 2 miles if we can, or a 3mile bike ride, and in the evening, 50 press ups, 50 sit ups, and i do an extra 40 reps with 20kg weights

Eat a giganitc breakfeast
A small Lunch
And do not eat after a certain point like say an hour before you go to sleep
Be safe
