You need another program to change your avatar size (eg. paintshop). You need to save it, then go to profile. Scroll down to the avatar bit, and click browse. Find your picture and you're done. As for a poll, when you start a new topic, write your message and scroll down. You can see the poll options there. In poll question, type the title/what you want to ask. In poll option, type the first answer. Click add option, and another box will come up. Repeat this with the other answers, then hit submit.
