sound so much like a pirate series hahahaha. It also sounds a bit like Pirates of the Carbbean and yet I've never heard of the series. What is it really all about?

Their about a young girl in london in like, 1790's i think, anyway - her family dies and she is thrown into the streets. so she disguises herself as a boy on goes abored a ship in the royal navy - and the books are about her adventures on the ship and after she is found out - they are really really good
