OOC: Anyone may join. Please do tell me what you think of my first post, I've been working to make long first posts for awhile now. Oh by the way, for anybody that hasn't read Vlad's bio, he is evil, he can float, and he can change into a variety of different animals.

IC: Vladimir was flying above Du Weldenvarden (in a small bird form), searching to see if what he heard about his brother was true. He had been told that his brother (Paconio) had hatched a dragon egg, the dragon egg that was rightly Vladimir's inheritance. When he heard this, he immediately set out for Du Weldenvarden, determined to kill both Paconio and his dragon.

The wind underneath Vladimir's bird wings felt so good, but he was not paying attention to it for two different reasons. He was on a mission and such things got in the way of his goals, and because he was in enemy territory and he must assume the worst and think Paconio and every other elf in Du Weldenvarden knows he's there. It was very unlikely, though. Who was going to search every small bird's mind?

Vladimir never really got to know his brother. He had left the night Paconio was born, determined to set up a successful empire and bring Alagaesia to its knees. It sometimes made him sad when he thought about it, but who wants to be allies with a no-good do-gooder? Not Vladimir, that much was for sure. Killing shade's with the help of a dragoness was not something to be proud of.

Suddenly, a huge bird attacked Vladimir, almost knocking him out of the air. It then proceeded to grab Vladimir's small bird body with it's claws and fly off. Along the way, Vladimir noticed a yellow tag on the birds leg, meaning someone probably owned it. That was when Vladimir decided to try to get out of this birds grip. He bit down on the birds leg, forcing it to release him.

Vladimir flew into a near-by tree and that was where he changed. He had changed into an eagle. He flew out of the tree, wondering how someone watching would react to a very small bird flying into a tree and coming out an eagle. He shook the thought away, there was a rider to be killed, and it was his brother.

OOC: Aww, thanks *blushes* lol

As Vladimir flew, he noticed a dragon was tailing him. He cursed himself for screeching like that, he already attracted a possible threat. He acted like a normal eagle afterwords, but he continued to grow nervous as the dragon got closer and closer by the minute. Either he had been found out, or he is about to be some dragon's next meal.

Time to loose this sky lizard He said to himself as he took off at an extremely high speed. He flew low into the forest, dodging around trees and scaring away any animal dumb enough to approach him. He continued to fly quickly as he smugly celebrated. By doing this, he failed to notice the tree right in front of him. He crashed into it, and fell to the ground, automatically switching back to elf form.

OOC: It was good, and may I join?

OOC: Of course ya can join Voenth The more the merrier!

OOC: Don't wait on me, but I will post here day after tomorrow.

IC:Fenor watched the small bird changed into an Eagle and had to rub his eyes.Rima am i dreaming

Ouch.Apprantly notFenor immeditanly set off after the bird and watched it crash. Before he could reach it, It became an Elf but not like any he'd ever seen. Then the Dragon landed.Rima can you hear them if i reach out they'll sense me
No the elfs mind is well guarded and the dragon is already considering leavingRima sniffed Fenor it would be safe if we left this place and studied them from a safer distance

"Goodbye then" Vladimir said. He went around the tree and continued walking around, still searching for his brother. After he was a safe distance away from the dragon and the human and his wolfhound (which he was unaware of at the time), he snickered, but anyone looking at him from a distance could swear he was crying. He didn't even do it on purpose at first, but it did prove to gain people's trust and sympathy.

Vladimir, after several minutes of walking, ran behind a tree. He said a few words in the ancient language, and his body began to take the form of the small bird again. He went back up to the sky, this time flying directly above the trees, searching for Paconio.

OOC:sorry i didn't say this before but Rima's a wolfhound,Well actually no one knows what she is but she takes the form of a wolfhound not a Dragon lol Sorry i didn't say most people get it confused as well

IC: Solarae flew low over the treetops, inhaling the lovely scents of prey below. She had decided to go to visit her friend Paconio and his dragon Gus, and was nearing their home. She hoped that they were there, but if they weren't, she'd just have to track them down.

As she was flying, she noticed one of her other friends, the young dragoness Syllwin, flying down into the forest. She sped over, though she was still some distance away.

Solarae flapped right above the clearing, where she saw Syll talking to an elf and a wolfhound. Hey, Syll, what's up? And hey to you two. Name's Solarae, she announced cheerfully, twirling down into the clearing and landing with a flourish of her fiery wings.

OOC: Lol, I was hoping/figuring you would join

OOC: Yay! I like it when people join!

IC:Rima sense another Dragon coming and this time accompained by a RiderA gathering of many shall only led to an extermly dangerous adventure.... or a really boring reuinonShe sniffed at the ground. There is such a gathering magic is seeping into the the soil
Fenor turned to the new Dragon and Rider. "Ah finally some i dont have to open my mind to speak to" He laughed to himself he was giddy from meeting so many Dragons and the thought of what must lie ahead.As for what is happening Me and Rima stumbled across this Dragon Syllwin,he gestured towards herTalking to a elf who not so long before hand was a bird and has hyper ... oh what was it

OOC: I think there are three dragons, not including Fenirexex, Sera (Mine) Syllwin (Astralwing), Solaree(Draco).

OOC: lol Ben, of course I'm joining. Solarae'd get mad if I didn't let her join her buddies. And you skipped me, Fin.

IC: Solarae grinned in welcome to the others. She glanced up as a familiar blue dragoness landed near them. Hey, yeah, I remember. We all thought Shruikan and Galbatorix killed you. Nice to see you're doing well, Sera, she exclaimed happily. She glanced between Syllwin and Sera, an ice dragon and a water dragon. Strange, the dragons I make friends with, she thought with amusement.

Solarae glanced up again as she caught the scent of another familiar pair; Fenirexes and Mesaraih. Hey, guys. Been a while. And who's Vladimir? she greeted the newcomers, and then turned to Syllwin when she mentioned an unfamiliar name. Solarae caught the scent of yet another dragon just then. Hey, there's another dragon in the area. Still pretty far away, but getting closer I think, she announced, mostly to herself. Solarae had very keen senses, which came from spending a very large part of her life in a region that required she remain on constant high alert.

OOC: I think we may have to go over the order so no body gets confused. It is:

Actually, I am not sure I didn't die, I was lucky I had bound myself with layers of spells over my years, otherwise I would be dead. Laughed Sera. Then she said, Would anyone like a drink? I can bring up more if necessary. Sera noticed the gleam in the eye of the white draogn andn said, I am Sera, as I have already sta ted, who are you. I see you have noticed my powers, wait until I am in a real body of water, then you will see something.

OOC: Pass...

OOC: I suppose it's my turn now. This round was kind of confusing turn-wise, but I think we'll get better at it later on

IC: Vladimir scampered around again, still searching for Paconio. It was pretty unlikely he was going to find him now, but Vlad wasn't going to give up. He changed back into an elf so the constant stream of energy required to maintain animal form was cut off. He would need every ounce of that strength if the dragons he had seen happened to already know his plot and were going to ruin it. If they did that, Vladimir would never get his revenge, and he would probably be killed in the failing process.

Augustus dived into the trees, searching for a meal. Almost immediately, he found a fat deer. The deer took off, and Augustus grinned. It is so fun to chase your food! Augustus would tell Paconio whenever he went hunting. He flew right after the deer, and after a few moments of excited chasing, he clamped his jaw down on the deer's back. The deer fell over, dead, and leaving Augustus victorious. He was just heading over to his usual clearing where he ate, when he noticed several dragons, and some other creatures, were already there. Being his shy self, Augustus started to fly away to find another clearing.

OOC: Yea... It's all getting a little confusing for me too. After you post, we will follow this order:

(but of course after you go Draco will go) Then Voenth and Fin and then we start over in hopefully the right order.

OOC: I won't skip you, one whole day isn't much of a wait. I would only skip you if you didn't post for over two weeks

OOC: Lesson number one when you learn to know me: I generally try to keep from doing something for a long time, and set a certain goal (in this case 2 weeks). But usually in the end I get really bored and do it anyway, so I'm going!

IC: Vladimir ducked low as a green dragon hovered above him. A little later, two other dragons joined the green one. That has to be Paconio's dragon! Vladimir said to himself. It's the same exact color as the egg! His veins coursed with blood lust now, but it would have to wait until later. He had to wait until the green dragon was alone with Paconio. Striking any earlier could prove fatal. For now he would just follow this dragon until it returned to Paconio. Then he would take action, then he would succeed, then he would get his revenge. He laughed manically in his mind, obviously satisfied with his plan

Augustus had nearly had the wind knocked out of him as Solarae hugged him. Hi Solarae, long time no see He said, still feeling a little shy. Uh... Hi Sera, my name is Augustus, but you can call me Gus Augustus said in a very quiet voice. Making new friends was just not really his kind of thing unless he had someone there he already knew to help him through the process.

Most recently Paconio have not really been up to much, just training and stuff like that Augustus said to Solarae privately. Solarae had known Augustus since hatching, thus explaining his casualness with her. She even saw him hatch and make Paconio his rider. That also made Paconio very casual with her, but then again, he was casual with almost anybody.

Would one of you like some of this deer? Augustus asked, suddenly remembering that he had it.

OOC: It's your turn

No thanks. Said Sera as she walked closer to Augustus. She observed the young dragon and said, Who is this Paochino, I do not believe that I know him.

OOC: Pass..

OOC: voenth, the order is Astral, Red, me, then you.

OOC: I am so sorry, I thought I was after Astral, I did join after her didn't I?

OOC: He joined before it was your turn. To resolve this, this round red will go after Voenth and then Fin. Then next round we go by the order I posted before, if you missed it, here it is again:

IC: Solarae grinned. Great to see you too, man. Ah, pretty normal stuff then? she responded after Gus told her about what he and his rider had been doing. Her eyes immediately gleamed with interest when her friend mentioned deer. Deer? Hey, I'll take a leg of that, she said enthusiastically. Solarae couldn't say no to food.

She glanced at Mesaraih when he mentioned someone named Vladimir. She had heard them talking about him as she had joined them and then flown off, and wondered who he was. Perhaps Gus would have some answers, or maybe Paconio. If he lived in Du Weldenvarden, she wouldn't put it past Paconio that the rider knew who he was.

Sera just stood nearby, hoping to learn something new.

OOC: Pass, sorry...

OOC: Fin, it is your turn.

OOC: Okay, I'll just skip him, then.

IC: As Augustus gave some of his deer to Solarae, he said to Mesaraih, Now that I really think of it, I could swear I've heard that name somewhere, probably in one of Paconio's memories, though it just seems so distant that he probably doesn't even know what it meant. Augustus searched into the depths of his mind, looking in every corner, until finally, he found it. I've got it guys, I know how Paconio knows this name! He yelled, sharing the memory with everyone.

The memory was from Paconio's childhood, Paconio, as usual, was running around with a wooden dagger, stabbing imaginary enemies and winning great battles. Something, though, made him stop. His parents were in the kitchen, discussing something apparently very private. "I can't believe Vladimir did that to us, he just up and left, after everything we did. He always rebelled against us, no matter what, no matter how nice we were about it, not even when we begged him, he just turned his back on us like that"

"Now, now dear, don't talk like that, he is your son you know. Mothers are not supposed to treat their child in such a manner" Paconio's father said, trying to calm her down.

"No! I am not his mother anymore. We may share blood, but we do not share the same heart. After being double crossed like that, after we get raised him, we fed him, we took care of him, and yet he does that to us, he is not my son", and with that, the memory faded out.

OOC: Okay, this is too confusing!!! *Rips hair out* Uhhhh... actually it's astral's turn, but I'm not entirely sure we can continue this topic, everyone is getting confused.

OOC: Okay lol, I'll do that, I'll just compile the list by the order the people joined. (Though I will probably leave out fin since he hasn't been on for quite some time now.

IC:"What's going on here?! Why is everyone asking about Vladimir?! I don't know who that is! Can someone please explain to me who this guy is and why he seems so dangerous?" Paconio said, wanting to know everything about what was going on.

As if to just make his curiosity increase even more, a rock with a piece of paper tied to it flew down in front of Paconio's face. The elf curiously took the piece of paper off of the rock. It read: May your final hours be filled with hatred for me as I slowly and painfully kill you...

"Okay... this is starting to creep me out a bit" The elf said...

He's spotted us! We've gotta find him! Yelled Gus, not unwrapping himself from Paconio, but rather just lifting his head and searching.

Vladimir smirked, obviously pleased that his brother got the message. He knew when he was going to make his move: when the last of the dragons except for the green one sprang into action to find him. He was almost positive he would win then, considering his numerous useful powers...
