Post How do you sleep?
There's already a thread about sitting, so why not have one about sleeping?

It may seem like there's only so many ways to enter the world of slumber, but seriously, everyone sleeps differently.

So, how do you sleep? What's your favourite sleeping position? Any particular bedtime rituals you feel like sharing?

Post Re: How do you sleep?
My body clock is extremely strict on me. I wake up either at 5:30 or 5:59am right at the second, and once I wake up, I cannot go back to sleep. The only time I can take a nap is sometime around noon. And when I get to sleep, I have to be in bed by 10pm or I get extremely delirious if I'm not already concentrating on something. (I start shaking like a leaf after 11, no matter what I'm doing)

I like to listen to music before bed, and I usually sleep either on my side or on my back. I also have four large blankets on my bed, including a down comforter, no matter what time of the year it is. I like the weight and warmth.

And then when I'm already asleep, I have been known to sleepwalk. But I wouldn't be surprised if I really do. My dreams are long and vivid, so waking up is both a pleasure and a pain, because although I am relieved from taking a break from the twisted landscapes of my unconscious, I sometimes wish I never wake up because it is still my world.

Two things: A stiff matrice and being really close to the floor. The only times that I sleep in a normal bed is when I am travelling and have to stay in a hotel. I've been sleeping with this arrangement for the past 4 years and I find it the most comfortable. Pillows are another thing

I sleep under three to four blankets, most of the time, on the top bunk of a bunk bed. Usually go to sleep on my back, then wake up to find myself curled up on my side.

I also employ a plushie cat as a neck pillow.
