 The WatchmenAnyone wanna see this movie? I wanna go to see it so bad, but i've been hearing a rumor it might be pushed back a little from its original release date of March 6th.

The movie looks amazing, but did any of you hear that they may delay the release of the movie because apparntly fox bought the rights to this movie in the 1980's and never made the movie, so WB decided to just make the movie since fox was just wasting the rights to it, and now that the movie looks awesome and all, fox is saying that WB cant make the movie since they have the rights..... Even though im not totally sure that itll happen, its sound like something fox would actually do knowing them

Re: The Watchmen I watched the trailer Wolvie posted and also the one on the official site, and it looks pretty cool. The idea is definitely original, but I've never heard of it before. It's based off a book, right? Hopefully that works out.. I can name a few movies based off books that didn't turn out how people expected them to.

Re: The Watchmen Well, kinda sorta.... its base dof a comic, but we kinda already know its not totally from the comic.... like its along the lines of the actual story but its different.... Its why the author of the comic didnt want to have anything to do with the movie.... yet i think WB represented the actually idea of the watchmen well enough to still look like a great movie

Re: The Watchmen Okay, thanks for clearing things up, elve King. Is it another Marvel movie? Because usually those are really popular and are box office blow-outs lol. Either way, I'll consider checking this movie out.
It does (I'll refrain from using that word and having it blocked out  ) stink. If it doesn't release, I bet that would disappoint a bunch of expecting viewers out there.. like you guys.  _________________

 Those are usually popular too I think lol.Aw, that stinks if it doesn't come out then. They already finished making the whole movie though, right? If Fox doesn't let Warner Bros. air the movie, that would be a total waste of time, money, and effort for Fox. _________________

Re: The Watchmen Watchmen..greatest graphic novel ever i read it about 3 times and im rereading it now haha
its like such a complex story all the characters are soo indepth its amazing and zack snyder is staying as true to what the graphic novel was as he could and thats why it gets the R rating.... i cant wait for this to come out! |
