OOC: Alright Daidrea, this is that RP we discussed. I dunno if you want other people in it or not though so you should specify that. :p

Niriz was walking along the edge of Du Weldenvarden, participating in one of the border patrols that were so inherently important to the survival of the elves. She could feel her link with Slyth as the small dragonnette twiddled along somewhere within the forest.

Niriz had been out for several hours, now almost midway through her shift. She was alert and wary of almost everything. Though it was rare that they ever had any occurance near the forest. She moved along silently through the second layer of trees, having exchanged her normal garb for a black fit set of clothes to blend in with the shadows of the forest. Although she wasn't very well suited to silent movement, she could manage with being unseen.

She was getting lost in her thoughts however, thinking of her brother, Aescix, who had been seen lingering in the Hadarac. It was the entire reason that she'd taken the patrol closest to the desert. She wished with all her might to see him and convince him to come back home.

Niriz sighed and jumped lightly up into a tree, grasping several limbs to avoid making noise with her wings. She perched, quietly observing the lanes of almost unseen walkways that littered the forest layers.

Niriz huffed, "Winged elves? Thats preposterous. Unless they've used magic to change their appearance, then thats not possible." She moved slightly, trying to move her wings without making them noticeable. Of course she left out the bit that there was an entire race in the forest that looked like elves and were winged, but he didn't need to know that.

She sniffed, turning her head to look at a noise off to her right.

OOC: Sorry i havent replied... Ive had AP tests and work all last week and this week. But imma try and keep up now that my major ones are over..
