Skills: He is an excellent swordsman and can defeat most of the beings he fights. He has no hindering aspects, except that he is blind. But this doesn’t make any difference when he is fighting. He can see through listening. He never lets that get in his way though. His eyes also mesmerize all who look into them and their future can often be seen. He can get the people he hunts this way.
Race: Elf
Hair: Spiked silver (Not the silver that comes with age, but Rather unnatural glowing silver.
Eyes: - Midnight blue, they may not be able to see but they are still beautiful.
Home Village: Elsmere not far from the Elven kingdom, but far enough away he just recently moved to the capital.

Character Personality: Niliki has no hard feelings because he is blind. He has been blind since he was born, and has never questioned why he can’t see. You wouldn’t be able to tell he was blind, unless he was alone without his friends, or animals. He hates when people think he should be treated delicately because of being blind. He is fiercely independent not liking to depend on others. He has an aversion to contact with others, being much of a loner, but not being so mean as to shun others, like Reb is known to do. He also doesn’t discriminate races. He doesn’t care if you are Kull or a dragon. You are all the same to him, since he can’t see you. He is protective of the ones he cares about, but isn’t quick to anger. He is the type of person that believes in finding the one true love for his soul, and searches for her. He is tall and very agile. He hates those who deal injustice to others, but he is also funny. He knows how to make anyone feel better no matter what their mood. He is an all around nice guy but not when it comes to threatening the innocent. He will be a caged tiger when those who can’t fight for themselves are in danger, so he fights for them. He has his attitude around close family/friends but when around strangers he is a closed book. He doesn’t speak out unless spoke to, he doesn’t engage in anything with a stranger, not knowing or trusting them enough to let them get past his rough interior. The only one to do that was Reb.
Character History: It was considered a miracle when Niliki was born, ten years after his sister. But when they found out he was blind, the elves didn’t treat him as an equal in his town. He was babied and not let do anything. But his independent nature soon had him getting into trouble at the ripe age of five. He then soon taught himself the art of sword fighting. He became a natural at age ten and was not treated so much like a baby any more. But not all respected him, and other elves, despite their good nature, began to bully him.
He was walking home from an exploration of the surrounding forest when he heard a sound. Being blind prevented him from seeing his surroundings, but he could hear the footsteps all around him. Five of the other elves, had surrounded him. One came up behind him and pushed him to the ground, another savagely kicked him in the side. Then one delivered a blow to the head. “You should have stayed home cripple.” A boy taunted. Niliki was a scrawny elf for his age, and unable to fight back, but he lashed out with his leg anyways and knocked one backwards, but another kicked him in the kidney. He cried out in pain and then his head snapped back when a girl kicked him in the head. These children were at least five years older than he, and had the advantage of being bigger, but Niliki didn’t give up despite only being 4 feet nine inches and 95 pounds.
He kicked one girl in the knee and heard the sickening pop, and then a dapple grey mare charged from the forest and lashed out at the older kids, rearing and hovering protectively over Niliki. The horse gave a horrid screech that sent the children running, and the adults coming to investigate. Niliki’s parents scooped him up and hurried them inside their home to tend to their wounds.
At age 15 Niliki grew. He grew to be very muscled and tall. Standing at a whopping 6 feet 7 inches, weighing in at about 210 pounds, he wasn’t messed with anymore, but they still taunted him about his blindness. This didn’t bother him. He soon left home, to become a nomadic bounty hunter, ignoring his sister’s and parent’s pleas that a blind man couldn’t be a bounty hunter, but he didn’t listen and went off, becoming a great bounty hunter. When one night, his chance meeting with a new shade/girl set off a great friendship. The rest is history……………..
Weapons: A black long sword with a hilt that has running horses engraved in it. The blade is black silver, and the hilt is black gold. He also carries matching daggers.

Beauty: The small dapple mare that saved him on that chance meeting. She has no mental strength but is fast, lithe and very beautiful.
Graceful With Every Step: A large black and dapple grey stallion, at two years old he is Cobalt’s only offspring. The son of Beauty and Cobalt. He is smart and has a mental connection with his owners as does his father. He is tall like his father but his height consists of all legs like his mother. His mane and tail are dapple grey while his body is black. He has grey socks.
Mud: His traveling werecat who is a smart and lets everyone know he thinks them inferior to himself.
Character's Physical Description: He is tall (understatement) and very muscular. He is also blind but he doesn’t care. He has short spiked, silver hair that raises many questions, but again, he doesn’t care. He knows he is tall and occasionally will hit a tree branch while riding, but his horses look for those things and often alert him. He has strikingly blue eyes that captivate people when they look into them. People often claim they can see their future when they look into them.
Dreams for the Future: To one day find his true love(he already thinks he knows her)
Reason for Dreams: He needs his eyes, and heart. His true love would give him both sight and love. Seeing through the love.
Alignment/side: Eragon because Galby promotes injustice.
