well, other people label you as whatever, but that's only what they think. I mean, I change all the time- one day I might be nerd, the next emo. Plus, it depends how you act around others. I know this girl who's really quiet and shy at school, but with friends she has the craziest personality, and wears crazily cool stuff, like black tights with big blue spots, and orange and green arm warmers.
