I agree what is so fun about killing something. I mean if someone likes watching something fall to the ground and die than they have problems. (I'm not counting video games or movies)

I thinks its fine to kill like tomato plants for food or whatever, but why do already rich people cut down rain forests for even more money? THats just being stupid and ruining the environment.

Well people are stupid somethimes. Why do we keep cutting down trees? We have sll this wood that know one uses and people thow out wood or whn buildings get destroyed why not just use that?!

I know, but we could use other things to build, without ruining the environment. We spend to much time on other things and not enough time on finding alternative energy sources and stuff... were getting a littttttle off topic

Yes i know, im fine with that. I just dont like people chopping down trees to make money... Same with the oil industry. At least use selective cutting or something instead of mowing the whole forest down..

People should try conservation. They don't think about what would happen if the rainforest goes away they are mosly (some arn't) consirned about money.

Erosien is a somewhat bad here but its worse in the west. Although we have a problem in the mid west with people wanting to drain the great lakes.

I dont really understand how people consider something like a snake or a lizard a pet. Same with a fish i guess. All you do is look at them you dont ahem "pet" them...hencen the title pet.

Genius, well they were fun to watch until they stopped doing stupid things. One of my friends had a lizard over one foot long. And for snakes people usually hang them around their necks. (Very smart expessially if they constricked.) *Sarcasim*

Chaeck your spelling on that last line.. if and they are the only correctly spelled words. I dont see whats so desirable to have a snake around you, or watch a lizard in a cage.. About fish, they die too soon and they are boring. A shark, i wouldnt mind.... ill have to put that on my to do list tommorow.

Yeah I am serious, they want to send the water to the south west. If they do that then the great lakes will eveuntually get drained and then both the southe west and mid west would have little water.

Well it may be hard to do that with so much water, but I do agree with you we can't just keep wasting our supply of fresh water. OR we could take it from the polar ice caps before they all melt away.

There is really to much of a diffrence except that cats, dogs, and the other domesticated animals act differently.

That's what I was getting at; they do act differently because they were bred for it.

Also dogs came from wolves so they are are more sociablle then cats. So its not entirly how they were bred, but I do agree that most of it is.

But dogs arent wolves. They are dogs, and they are domesticated. Wolves are wild. Tigers and house cats are related, but they arent that simialr. I live near the great lakes, but ive never heard they were going to drain them!!! Take some water from the yes, but drain them??

I'm not sure if drain them, but they want to conect a pump from the lakes to the south west.

Well theres a lot more variety in dogs than cats. I have a shih-tzu with maybe something else in it. My mom found her in a parking lot.

Yeah, dog breeds have more physical differences. My favorite type of dogs are black labs. Cats I dont know, not a cat person.

18 and a half years? thats old for a dog. I hope mine lives that long. I had a cat who was 20, my current cat is 8 i think. My dog chases my cat all around the house, but my cat goes onto a table or something and my dog cant get to him. Its so funny, she keeps walking around the table or whatever it is.

lol poor cat. My friend's grama had a cat that lived to be 22 I don't know how it did, he said all it did was eat and sleep.

Poor dog. One of my dogs would always run away to a corner when it started the storm but my other one didn't.

I dont particularly like spoiled dogs, like if they get a new toy every day or something... My cat always used to hide under the futon in the basement in the corner when there was a storm.

One of my dogs is sleeping next to me right now. My dog that was afraid of thunder was also afraid of fireworks so everytime during the 4th of July she would hide also.

Oh i was just watching discovery channel, i had cat on one side dog on other Its a good heating method, works like a blanket on the side. My cat purrs insanely loud btw

lol that does sound like a good idea. The problem is though if you have a onehundred pound puppy and she tries to jump on you it hurts.

Ahh yes, that tends to be a problem. But seriously, my cat is incredibly loud and incredibly warm. If i have a heavy blanket on in winnter in bed and my cat jumps on, ill serioulsy have to put on a lighter one...

i like cats and dogs equal. i have a cat named Arielle, and a dog named Sheeba. my dog just had her fifth litter of puppies!

our pets have always kind of come to us. One cat was found in backyard, other cat a friend gave to us, and my mom found my dog in a parking lot.

Yeah, all of my pets were bought except for one of my dogs who wandered up to my drive way.
