You play this game like this: The first word, for example apple, ends with an 'e' so the next word has to begin with 'e' so then the next word can be elephant, hence the name of the game. it ends when noone can think of the next word ps: try not to use the same word twice
So it can go like this:

Elephnt
Toy ect.
