funkyfab New Peasant Joined: November 22nd, 2006, 8:32 am Posts: 2	rent these days what are your peoples opinions about the inflated rental rates in the past 3-4 years? do any of you guys remember the time when you were able to afford to pay an apt. rent on a minimum wage job. What kind of an economy is it where people need to split the costs with a roomie just to get by. f****** outrageous.

I'm just 14, but ya might be surprised at what I hear at school. smothered laughter It's pretty bad there. Even from the elementary kids. Course, me and some of my other fellow high schoolers try not to curse that much in front of them, but sometimes we do it involuntarily. Like, when I was in 7th grade, I used to baby-sitt this 10 yr old kid and his 6 yr old brother. The 10 yr old came at me one day with one of my mom's knitting needles. Needless to say I cursed a blue streak in front of the little brother. To stay on topic: Nice to meet you!
