half the time you can't understand what rappers are saying any way. And rock sends a message other than abusing girls and stuff like that.

yes sometimes rap has a good message and sometimes rock has a bad message. But in my opinion i just like rock music better than rap. I mean the beat.

A tough decision. I'm going to say rock, but I have to give some props to the new rap coming out, some crazy innovative stuff is out there now. M.I.A. is my favorite rapper, she's amazing and has some incredible beats.

Johnny Cash is Awesome! And here in New Mexico we have a lot of varity. Lifehouse to me is like (corret me if i'm wrong) Punk Rock a little of each but not quite rock.

rap with a female vocalist just doesnt go eh? i like only various isolated songs, no particular bands or singers. 'fly away' by black eyed peas is pretty cool, and 'big city life' by mattafix is the best song ever.

I like almost any rock. Metal, Alt, you name it, I like it. However, rap can jump in a handbasket and go somewhere hot (AH SO HARD TO CLEAN UP LANGUAGE).

So yeah, rock forever and music is like candy (better without the rappers).

I like rap. Of course not bad rap. It's a style of music, but unfortunately some people have used it to say bad things. But some of it is expressing anger about real things. It's also not the only kind of music that uses bad language or talks about bad things.

Anyway, I like a whole bunch of kinds of music, R&B, Hip Hop, some rock, and even some Arab bellydancing music!

i like RAVENGA and GREENDAY. stuff like that.

I love Green Day. They're one of my fav. bands, right along with Nickelback.

People kill themselves not just because of the music, come on, it is because of all the crap that being a celebrity comes with: Drugs, alcohol, women, men and stuff. It is usually the music the keeps them alive longer. And personally I don't enjoy listening to metal but do every once in awhile.

metal is a type of music for the angry or sad to express themselves and not all metal is screaming like slipknot (have you ever heard of Mettallica, twisted sister or bands like that?)

i prefer rap over all, but rock is pretty fun to ROCK too lol
