Well it's that time of year again, and it's time to shake some things up. I need some help for what's upcoming. I can't do everything myself, much as I'd like to lol. So here's what I'm looking for::
EP TeamThis position is related to website coding and design, so it's for those with experience in that area. The job would be helping us improve and maintain the EragonPlus network of sites. (Which is only SF at the moment, but will change in the future) PM me or post here if you're interested in learning more/applying. HTML, PHP, Experiened Graphic design are all applicable talents.
ModeratorThis is a bit simpler, I'm looking for a mature, level-headed individual(s) who can keep this place in order when I'm not here micromanaging. You do not need to have been here forever to qualify, but it does help if you have been here for at least a few months as it's likely we're already familiar with you.
Your duties would be keeping the website in order, ensuring topics and posts are in the correct location, and enforcing the rules in a friendly demeanor. That last part's important, we take our culture of not being a bunch of jerks rather seriously, as so many internet staffs across the web are that way. Please PM or post your interest/questions here. :]
This isn't set in stone, and I'm not looking for a particular amount of people. I have some possibilities that I have not mentioned here, for those who apply, but I'm waiting to see the responses I get first.
Those who express interest will be interviewed, after which decisions will be made on whether or where to place the candidates. It will depend entirely on the people, there may be other positions offered depending on what we hear back from you all.
And if you're not selected, I want you to know that I always keep my notes. There will be other opportunities in the future, which will be made known in the coming months. Ps: If you're on the staff, and discontented with your role, want to move around, or any other concerns, feel free to contact me in our sections or through PM's/IM etc. We can work something out seperately.
Just for a bit of levity, I'd like to share that I accidentally PM'ed myself this message when I thought I was posting. Ladies and gentlemen, your SaphiraForums team!
