Equinox flew toward a hill where he saw an assembly of people elves, humans, dwarves, and urgals. He wondered what they were doing, but they seemed to be seperating into groups. He looked the urgals, I wonder if any of them know Throat Ripper. he thought to himself. He flew above them to see what they were doing. He wondered if they possed a threat. He then saw them grab their weapons, What are they ready to fight... they shouldn't be able to tell what I am from this high. he thought then looked at the ground to see if he noticed anyone else.

Equinox flew lower down and he noticed Phalynx and Faefnir Shouldn't we kill them then? he replied to his master. He noticed the two=legs on the ground put up large weapon-blockers. Equinox flew lower so he could be in full view of the people on the ground. Even though he wasn't too old for a dragon he was still larger then all the two-legs.

"I can speak to them if you allow me too" said the elf to impreo. Impreo then replied "This is a good time to do that, they may think we work for the empire". The elf then touched the minds of the dragons without fear because he knew the shields is fortified with magic and he is very well trained in magic. "We come in peace, o mighty ones. We wish you no harm. We would just be on our way to that town their to stop the empire from taking over our home in Hedarth. We are also here on a journey to Surda" the elf narrated.

"We are not working for the Empire, O mighty Faefnir, we would go and attack the new town of the Empire who's only purpose is to conquer this land and beyond, we are only here to stop them and get revenge on them for what they did to our home", the elf said. Then Impreo said "We wish not to conquer this place, we will do no harm to any dragon except for that blasted black and twisted dragon of Galbatorix, if you can, search our minds, we are only here to protect our land and for revenge, and we also have a dragon egg to deliver to Surda, the place of the Varden". The urgal then said "I hope that you don't kill us for we have this egg Goldenscales". Then Impreo exited the formation and showed the silver dragon egg to Faefnir and looked the dragon in the eye.

Equinox greeted Phalynx then looked at the group below as they mentioned something about a dragon egg. He looked down to see the color and saw it was silver. That mad him grow It can't be... Galedrim took her's it can't be the same one. he told himself. The egg though reminded him of what happened to Quasar, what the evil dragon Frazer had done. And Quasar's four eggs were still probably with him... that accursed traitor.

"We saw it in the plains beyond the map of Alagaesia, it was east of Hedarth hidden in the plains" said Impreo to the dragons. He sensed their curiosity for the egg so he put the egg down in the sand for the dragons to see it. "Are you sure we can trust these dragons?" asked Kramer to Impreo. "Of course, they don't work for the Empire so we can trust them" replied Impreo. They kept all their weapons and all of them gazed at the dragons circling them.

"Can't we just leave the egg here and go back to Hedarth?" asked the dwarf. Impreo didn't reply, he was still thinking what to do next. "I can sense another being, not one of these dragons, it is full of darkness but I can't see anything" said the Urgal. Even before Impreo can reply they were ambushed by soldiers underground. There were about 50 soldiers. When Impreo stabbed one of the soldiers, the soldiers just laughed and continued attacking. "What kind of monsters are these?!" said Impreo. Just in the right time the Urgal picked up the egg and kept it so the soldiers won't get it.

IC: Phal watched as suddenly a group of soldiers sprouted from the warm-soft-ground. She growled in anger and immediately darted down to help. She smacked a soldier away with her tail and then bit another one around the back of the neck, effectively killing him. Phal growled and then turned to the horned-two-legs. Urgal, give me the egg! I can keep it safer than any of you ground-dwellers, and Faefnir and Equinox will be more help in this fight than me, she said, hovering just above the horned-two-legs.

IC: The urgal gave Phal the egg then continued fighting. "There are more coming in, let's try the formation now" said Impreo. All of them followed and made a big shield formation and with sword sticking out of the formation's holes, it killed some of the soldiers. None of the soldiers penetrated the formation. "Charge!!!!!!!!!!" shouted Impreo. Then they opened the formation, the elf jumped out and thrust his sword into the General of the soldiers. The soldiers were then stunned, they grabbed the opportunity to attack and kill all of the soldiers.

Equinox roared, it was nothing compared to Faefnir still it caused some to be startled. He shot lightning down at the soldiers. He focused mostly on round-ears-with-stick-throws. He shot bolt of lightning at them. As a few arrows came toward him instead of dodging them he encased himself in a shield of electricity and the arrows bounced off. He flew lower and blasted fire at many soldiers. He was like a crazed beast fighting them blood and gore were thrown everywhere when he slashed them apart with his claws.

The number of soldiers are decreasing, after just a few minutes almost all of them were killed and some ran away. "Well, do we still need to attack their city?" asked the dwarf. "We must or else these soldiers will attack Hedarth. It's not everyday a dragon or three dragons come and help you defeat soldiers, we need to defeat them so we won't need to worry of an attack. And thank you, mighty dragons on helping us defeat them, we would be on our way to the city" said Impreo.
