well when i heard it, someone suggested that they were infact dragons themselves and eragon would find a way to wake them and they would help him kill Galbatorix.

I think that Eragon and Saphira will go to the small range of mountains in Du Weldenvarden (Anybody else notice that, Du Weldenvarden sounds like Do well then Varden? Hmmm) that Eragon, Orik and Saphira flew over on their way to Surda and they will find an unhatched dragon egg.

Galby would be able to sense them in the spine. if there ARE wild dragons, then they are outside of Alagaesia. I doubt it, because it would make Greenie irrelavent.

If Arya can talk to Eragon if she was on the edge of Du Weldenvarden and him in Surda, then Galby would be able to sense dragons in the spine.

again i will say that other dragons would make 1. Greenie irrelavent, and 2. Saphira irrelavent, Saphira being the current possible mother of her race and Greenie being the only available egg that a good rider can arise from.
