Swordplay: Leonitus is a great swordsman. He has the rank of swords master in his clan, because of the fact that he has so much skill with his broadsword and battleaxe. He is very quick and powerful with his blows. He is quick on his feet and has a lot of determination. He never gives up. He works daily to make himself better with his blades and is extremely fast with his battleaxe and sword.

Intelligence: Leonitus is very intelligent, despite his foolish and stupid acting. He is a wonderful tactician and has studies almost every form of combat. He can use almost any weapon known to man, elf, and dwarf. He likes puzzles and riddles. He likes to challenge others also. He does not study all that often, but when he does it is very in depth.

Dragon Riding: Leonitus is a good dragon rider. He is by no means the best, but he is good. He is able to stand on Syrca's back (when she is older of course) and fight. He cannot, however fight from all parts of Syrca as he wishes. He can fight, like I said earlier, but not as well as he does on the ground, but that is expected.

Character Personality: - Leonitus is very brave. He is a loud man and is very powerful. He enjoys a good drink every now and then and loves to make fun of others, in a joking manner. He likes to train and fight and enjoys a good battle. He is very compassionate and caring toward Syrca and loves her more than life itself. He tries to do what is best for, Syrca, his men, and himself. He rarely ever gives up and likes to listen to others. He trains hard and works ever harder. He enjoys good hard work and sometimes wished he had never gotten the life of a soldier. He likes to joke around and have a good time, but when he is serious, back away. He is especially serious when his, Syrca, his friends, his men, or his family’s lives are at stake. He dislikes extremely stupid people. He likes to train and better himself and admires anyone who is willing to put forth the effort to make themselves better. He respects authority, though he does sometimes go over their heads and dislikes Galbatorix because he views him as a coward who hides behind his armies. Leonitus always puts his men before himself because he understands the true meaning of leadership. He is a tough man, and is constantly working to make himself more and more tough. He likes his rest and loves to sleep. He always does his best in any given situation, except when he has had too much to drink. He misses his father and mother, but knows that he has a duty to the Varden and to Syrca, so he stays.

Character History: - Leonitus was born in the highlands, at the very Northern tip of the spine. His father, Hrothgar was the head of their clan. His mother, Bera was a daughter of a leader from another clan, uniting the two into one powerful clan. Leonitus was the son of these two people. He was always in this sort of political environment. However, instead of being spoiled, as most children of powerful rulers, he was forced to work just as much and just as hard as the others in his clan. He lived the first ten years of his life in the local barracks, and was forced to train, and learn how to wield, the spear, battleaxe, or sword. Just as all children are in that area. They were forced to do so, because they were few in number, and urgals as well as Kull were a common sight in the area. This militant life was Leonitus' until he left his home when he heard about the plight of the people of the Varden against the evil Galbatorix, so he left home. He traveled in a Southwesterly direction and soon came into a gigantic forest. He wandered in it for days, however no matter which direction he went, he always ended up at the same mountain. He finally gave up trying to leave, and went to search the mountain. He looked about the mountain, observing its odd shape and such, and then fell through a small, and nearly invisible crack in it. He fell and took a bad knock to the head and passed out. When he woke up, he was laying in front of a small silvery white stone that had small lavender veins running through it. He was overcome with joy when he finally realized that the "stone" was in fact an egg. He took care of the egg for about two days. He woke one night, in the cave to the sound of squeaks; he turned and looked at the stone, and was surprised to see a small silvery head with soft lavender eyes pop out of the egg. He and the dragoness were then confronted by a group of dragons and riders, the largest of whom was a red male, named Eroth. It seemed that Syrca, which was Leonitus' dragon's name, was both his, and the large blue dragon’s brother. Leonitus said, "I am sorry to intrude upon your home, but I kind of got lost, and Syrca and I ended up together." luckily, the dragons let him go and allowed him to leave in peace.

Weapons:
Battle Axe: Leonitus' battle-axe is a powerful weapon. It has been handed down in his family for years and is almost unbreakable, due to the north-Lander’s skill is smiting which rivals that of the dwarves. The ace has a blade on both sides, and the haft is made from seasoned oak. It is about eight pounds in weight and he uses it with one hand.

Broadsword: Leonitus' broadsword is a powerful weapon. It is four feet long and weighs thirteen pounds. This is his most powerful weapon, due to the fact that is so heavy. It is almost unbreakable, again, due to the smiting genius of the north men. It is his most un-used weapon and has a silver diamond in its hilt.

Shield: Leonitus' shield is by far his most versatile weapon. It is about four feet from the top to the bottom, and three from the left side to the right. It is an oval shape and is made mainly from wood, overlaid in iron. The rim, however that goes all the way around it is steel, allowing him to stop blows coming down upon him, as well as to hit his enemies with surprising power.

Likes: - Fighting, training, eating, Syrca, and drinking.

Dislikes: - Quiet, when there is no beer, and when someone he likes is injured.

Animal Companions: - None.

Character’s Physical Description: - Leonitus is a very tall, and muscular man. He stands at six feet, nine inches tall. He has long blond hair that comes to about his shoulders. He has a blond moustache and beard. He is usually wearing leather armor. He carries his shield with him; which in the center bears his family's crest, a shrrg jumping through the air with its claws out-stretched. He also has with him, his battle-axe, usually in his left hand, and his broadsword, usually slung across his back with its scabbard. He wears no helmet, but does wear a small golden crown like band around his head. In it, there is a dragon with green colored eyes.

Dreams for the Future: - To kill the mad king and finally return home.

Reasons for Dreams: - He hates Galbatorix and evil, and misses his clan.

Parents: - Merak and Vega.

History: Leonitus found Syrca’s egg deep within a mountain. He had been in the area and felt something drawing him toward the mountain and he went and searched. He looked and looked, until he found the "stone". It was a silvery white and was very beautiful. So, he took the "stone". It was about two days later, when the stone began to crack. The stone finally broke apart, revealing a small silvery dragoness with soft blue eyes. Instantly, Leonitus loved the dragoness. He took her and allowed her to choose her name, Syrca. The two have been inseparable ever since. During this time, they have become the best of friends and constant companions.

Personality: Syrca is a very kind dragoness. She does not like to be mean to anyone. She cares for her family and friends. She loves Leonitus with a passion and is nearly never in a bad mood. She loves to fly and for Leonitus to succeed. She likes to see the Sunrises and likes to watch the moon. She is a hard worker and respects those that do the best with what they are given. She hates people who are overly jealous, greedy, and mean. She likes to have fun and play around. She is constantly cleaning her scales, because she loves the way the light shines off of them. She also likes to be around others.

Color: - Silver.

Appearance: Syrca is a very beautiful dragoness. She, as a hatchling has silver scales and soft blue eyes. She has small blue/white claws, teeth, and spikes. She, as an adult will have relatively normal sized wings and a body. She will have a blue colored fire. She will have a lithe body, built for speed, strong legs. She will have a soft lavender color eyes that seem to stare into your soul. When she is older, she will be a slim dragon, with decently large wings. She will have very long claws, for fighting, and her teeth will be decently long. She will have a tail barb on the end of her tail, but it even at the age of two will still be in development. The older she gets, the sharper and larger her tail barb will get.

Dreams for future: - To help Leonitus to be remembered as one of the greatest warriors ever to live.
