Artifacts of Legend
A tall figure stood, looking out across the island of Vroengard. The sun behind him illuminated a creature dressed in black, with red hair and leather armour. The figure walked towards the ruins and sniffed the air. It seemed to sense something and then moved northwards.
The artifacts of the riders were no longer secret...

A young girl soon joined the man without words. Her long, black hair was tied back in a neat braid, and her emerald eyes stared out beyond the island. A cool breeze fluttered across the land, but she did not shiver. Her bare arms and exposed face revealed a fair complexion. Attached to the girl's side was an elven-made sword, it's name being Edoc'Sil, a word that emans unconquerable in the ancient language. A thin bow sat in the quiver with the arrows across her back.
For a moment longer, she was silent, unknowing if the man ahad realized that she was behind him. Then, she spoke: "Milord." Her voice was cold and hard, as though she had seen too much to be true. "May I have a word?"
