ho sorry, i was about to edit my post before, but i forgot. He borrowed my copied sometimes ago and he was reading it. At the beginning i got some of my friends to help me start the forum, so all of them had never read the book then, but i needed there help.

i was thinking
there were two mysteries in the book that really stood out in my mind and r majorly annoying me
1.)Eragon has a dream of a ship leaving a man (or an elf??) behind and 2 dragons flew abouve it... does that hav a meaning? I wonder who were they??
2.)brom was dieing and b4 he died he wispered 7 words of the ancient language in eragon's ear and their translation.... what were they??

I was wondering the same thing. I have a feeling that those will become apparent in the third book where everything gets pulled together. I have read the first book 3 times and the second once through completely and the end 4 or five times because there was so much to picture and grasp and pull at my thoughts at once. Though I hope to read the second one I again, I think I may just get the CD's so I can listen the second time and not struggle with some of the big vocabulary lol the word Quagmire is still my favorite word from that book lol I annoy my friends with it now…Muhahaha

I decided to do what CP did becuase he lives in a remot part of(i wont say) he cant just go to the store and by a video game or rent a movie like most people can. He originaly wrote eragon to entertain himself(youno like somthen to do) and when he found out it became so populare. he decided to continue his story world wide and eragon wasnt the first book he wrote eather and i wont say what was becuase I don't know if he wants me to tell.
