shruikan, because he's a lot older, and bigger. and not glaedr because he's injured

at this point i would say saphira because we still havent seen what shruikan is capable of and glaedr is too old and weak and thorn is too young i think at this point

i voted glaedr. its probably just me but it always seems true that wisdom always outdoes strength and brutality.

its shruikan, he is the second oldest so he has just been getting powerful, and hes more pawerful than glaedr cos he isnt a cripple

It's Shruikan. It is VERY obvious that temporarily, Eragon and Saphira are no match for Galby and Shruikan. While these two are young and haven't even COMPLETED their training, Galby and Shruikan had SO MUCH TIME to nurture themselves and gain experience in battle. Glaedr would had been a GREAT competition against Shruikan but unfortunately he's crippled like Oromis. Think about it, Glaedr's condition is just about the same as Oromis' since they are both SEVERELY injured and unable to do battle. The only thing they CAN do now, is tutor Eragon and Saphira who just MIGHT stand a chance against Galby and Shruikan after their training is complete.

It is Saphira, becuase Shruikin is cursed, Glaedr has one leg chopped off, Thorn is too young, greenie is an egg, and Oromis said she had so much natural ability.

I think that Saphira is the most powerfull, Glaedr is her mentor and he have lots of skills.
But i think allso that Thorn is one of the most powerfull dragons, his mentor is Shruikan.

i first thought thorn but then if saphira wasnt injured already in thier battle she would have been stronger i think, but shruikan is unknown 2 us so for all we know he might have only have 2 legs so i think saphira from my knowledge

i think that as of right now shruikan is the stongest but i agree with what someone else sai about shruijan being "cursed." i think that because of how shruikan was stolen there is a limit to the strength that he can obtain. saphira has the potential to be much more powerful than shruikan

it doesnt say his power was weakened so he has the full capabilitys of a normal dragon i thought...

i dont mean really cursed i just meant that the bond between shruikan and galby cannot be as strong as it is between normal dragon riders thus shruikan cant become as powerful as saphira has the potential to be

I don't get how anybody would vote for saphira when CP says that a dragon's power increases as his/her age increases. If saphira was so powerful then Eragon would have no trouble beating Murtagh.

Maybe glaedr got his stub from fighting more than one of the forsworn at a time, and he might be the most powerful dragon. Maybe in the next book there will be no new riders but Oromis and his dragon might be healed. Maybe Greeni will have his rider die early in the story and he will just stay with saphira.

No I don't think that will happen, with Eragon going off in Alagaesia.

I think greenie, nobody said he hasnt hatched yet or even if the egg or dragon is with galby. greenie might already have hatched away from galby and grew up in secret, the point is anythings possible.

No, didn't Brom say that Galby still had two other eggs in his possesion and then one hatched and it turned out to be Thorn. So doesn't he have one more?

Yes and because she has a true bond with eragon, but i think murtagh and thorn might have that too. for all we know thorn might have hatched for someone else and been twisted by black magic like shruikan.

I think Glaedr is the best canidate because Gleadr hatched for Oromis when he was ten, so that means Glaedr is probaly, like 100+ years old!!!

I'm thinking Shurikan...he and galbatorix managed to defeat so many dragons and rider, he must be like WOW poverfull, AND he has the advantage of proper training and some experiences...

i personally think that if Greenie hatches and becomes Saphira's mate then they're joint power will b stronger thn all the other dragons, i think greenie will hatch for arya and eragon and arya will fall in love, nd saphira and greenie will become mates, this would greatly strengthen the vardens side and help to defeat galby and thorn, however i do agree tht we havent seen how powerful shruiken is and thorn seems quite powerful, eventhough he is still young, but i belive in saphira and CP's writin skills so i hope for wot i have written to b included in his third book.
