Who cares WHERE they will be living? What really matters is that they will be living together. I love happy endings. Bad endings leave me hating it.

Happy ending: As Eragon and Arya were stolling down the path to the the new king. Arya whispers in Eragons ear "I love you". Weeks past where Eragon and Arya with her dragon Glenwing could not be seperated. A year later Eragon and Arya move off to the Old keep of the riders and rebuild it.

Bad Ending: Everyone dies

Not going to happen like that. It's gonna happen around 1/2 to 2/3 through the book.

Most likely...but then again the surprises start quickly in CP's books. Maybe it'll come early. But I doubt it...it'll probably be near the end. Like maybe 3/4 into the book.

NO duh Arya loved folin. Remeber folin made her those flowers and when Eragon tried to talk to Arya about him on the way to Ellesmeria, she didn't say anything but gripped her bow tighter. Of couse Arya liked Folian.

he was one of her gaurds while she was transporting saphira's ege. he died, so did glenwing. I think that is one of the reasons it's hard for her to love Eragon. maybe she doesn't relize she does because she doesn't want to. losing a love is an incredibly hard thing. i know. they cared for eachother for god knows how long, so it would take a lot of time to get over. but i think 2 years has passed, so maybe she'll be ready to accept eragon into her heart.

Umm... yea. Folain was one of the guards that transported saphira's egg. I think Arya likes Eragon, but as Oromis said, she doesn't want to interphere with his training. And it gets annoying having someone go after you when you don't want them. I have seen it happen to one of my friends.

Thirdly ..How has the prophecy been fulfilled? Maybe I missed something.

Maybe Arya is not one to twist her words. Possibly she does not feel much more than friendly feelings for him -right now- but that is liable to change. It's not as if people dont change their feelings towards one another.

This is all in theory and I could be quite mistaken but it's what I'm predicting at the moment Hell, I thought Eragon would develop feelings for Nasuada in the first book.

I think after Eragon made the portarit, Oromis has implied that Arya has some feeling for Eragon.

Who else is there that is "royalty"? Galby doesn't have any daughters, the varden dosen't have kings and queens, I doubt it would be a dwarf, so that only leaves the elves. Arya is all of those things mentioned, and he basicly fell in love with her when he first saw her in his dreams. And i just thought of something... it says the love is "strong enought to outlast empires", so that could be forshadowing to the next book (Empire), that mabey then she will either relize or admit that she loves him, or grow to love him. I think that regardless if she loved him befor, she will come to love him eventually.

On another note I am currently re-reading Eldest for like...the 3rd time and on further inspection Arya is quite tender with Eragon, well, after she returns to Ellesmera and is relieved of her tensions. Maybe only friendship, but she at least cares for him.

If she becomes the green dragon rider and Saphira and the green dragon mate, then as Saphira said to Eragon, if she loves the green dragon he will love the green dragon and Arya also, and visa-versa. i think in the 3rd book Eragon and Arya will get together, i mayb wrong but ithink it's highly possible cos there aint many nobly born people in Alagaesia that he can fall in love with, except 4 Nausada but i doubt that, CP coulkd bring in another character i guess but agen i doubt it. I hope Arya and ERagon get together would b a gd end to the books.
