in the first book garrow and brom both died (humans) then in the second book Hrothgar died (dwarf) so does that mean an elf could die in the next book like arya or oromis?

I think so, an elf and a dragon.

I believe it will be Islanzadi and Oromis, as the older generation is yielding to the younger one.

I think Queen Islanzadi will die while fighting. Think about it so far the good leaders of each race has died, Ajihad, Hrothgar, therefore it makes sense for an elf leader to die.

another thing that all of them have in commen is that they were all like family to him idk if that could mean anything but Hrothgar adopted him and garrow and brom were like fathers to him so it could be someone close to him kinda like saphira (i really hope not though)

i think it will be izanlandi and oromis (she dies in battle while oromis dies from the poison that the forsworn put in him). and then the dragon will be Shrukan

Eragon will leave Alagaesia forever (I assume in a new adventure). If Eragon leave, it has to be with Saphira (obviously). And if Arya come along too, she's got to be a rider first (because if she's not a rider and not having her own dragon, she cannot ride Saphira together with Eragon forever!)

And if Arya is not going to be a rider, she can't follow Eragon leave Alagaesia... that means, she's staying at Du Weldenvarden inherit her mother's Throne, OR, she died.

I think there will be a big battle and eragon will be losing then arya will try to sacrafice herself to save eragon but izanlandi will sacrifice herself to save Arya

If there is to be death in the elven race, then I am also inclined to believe that Izlanzari would be the one. But Oromis was not poisoned while captured by the Forsworn. I have not found evidence of this. The book says: "Understand, Orik, that I cannot fight. Glaedr has his disability, and I," he touched his head, "I am also maimed. The Forsworn broke something within me when I was their captive, and while I can still teach and learn, I can no longer control magic, except the smallest of spells." Eldest, p 269-270

Where do people get that he was poisened?

Oromis's malady is affecting him more each day and he knows he will die soon. If he manages to complete Eragon's training, well that remains to be seen. But, yes, as much as it saddens me, he will not survive the series.

LOL, I guess since the book stated that "they broke something in my mind" gave way to some readers to conclude they "broke" his mind.

i believe oromis will either die, or be healed.
but not continue in his present state.
i don't think arya dies. unless it is to save eragon. but i hope it doesn't come to that.
i want her to be the other rider. we have two human riders (three counting galby).
and only one elf rider, who is broken.
so we need another elf.

i would love for oromis to be heald. but i don't think it'll happen...just as i don't think arya will die.

i think arya is the next rider she marries eragon and ormis dies and then all the other future riders have to travel to a disant land to be trained by eragon who will inherit ormis's job

i think that the elf queen will die, and ayra will replace her, cuz they kinda talked about how she would b the next queen.
