For some strange reason, don't ask why, I like "The Raz'ac's Revenge".

this is quite a good chapter, there is a sence of sadness in it and you don't know what is going to happen, so it wants you to read it longer

My favourite chapter would have to be Arya's test, it is a great description of the fight and the twins got what were coming to them.

I like the sword fight that happens in this chapter.

It's great isn't it? If the elves are all that powerful then a handfull of them should be able to take over the empire! All the troops from surda, the varden and ellesmaria should be able to beat the empire with ease. With all the forsworn dead as far as we know, the only real threat is galbatorix and shruikan. And didn't brom say a dragon dies if its rider does, all they would have to do is take out the slightly smaller threat of galbatorix.

or if someone was able to touch the dragon, because the dragon was force to hatch, he might choose someone else.

The empire have it hidden though:( it probably hasnt happened but mayby galbatorix destroyed them to stop the same thing happening, or mayby they have already hatched

i don't think he would have destroy them, since they might be his only hope of getting all the empire and become stronger.

I think only close people to Galbatorix can touch the eggs, people he trusts ie his servants children possibly

Actually my favorite chapter was the prolouge shade of fear. Cause i just opened the book and i was like WOW THIS BOOK IS AMAZING. Christopher did a great job starting it

I would have to say my favorite chapters are the first 3 of Eragon because everything was new to me. As for Eldest my favorite chapters where the last four when everything finally comes together. And it actually struck me hard with grief because I knew that Eragon was fighting Murtagh before it was even reviled. It even went a step further and struck me harder when it was apparent that they were brothers cast into this situation to go against each other regardless of there will. The reason it struck me so hard and made me so sympathetic I think was because of Paolini's vast vocabulary and smooth writing of details it seemed do se-real to me like I was actually Eragon on those pages....Did anyone get the same feelings because they were so absorbed into the world of Aagaesia?

I dont remember what it is called but I like the One where he rescues Arya.

I have to say my favorite chapter, chapters might I say, are Fate's Gift, and Awakening. Because they really give you the sense of the story, as well as what it would be like to raise a dragon, it makes you really eager! Of course, I'm only on the chapter "A Miller-to-be", so I have a lot more to go!

I like tha chapter with Angela prediction, in Teirm, the first meeting with her and solembum.
And i like the chapter (in eldest) when Nasuada stunned the sorcerers (i forget her name) with the idea of something about LACE

I like the Twin test, when they attempt to "stole" ancient language from eragon, and they didn't succeed

Talks about lace is the only part in the book(s) which is economical matter almost like reality, concern about money. i like how nasuada snapped on trianna but i kind of feel pitty to King Surda (i forget what his name) nasuada really shouldn't sell the lace that cheap

And I like the chapter with Arya seeing the "magic portrait of her according to eragon's feeling" or anything the name is (i forget) eragon created during Eragon practice with oromis. I imagine she must be very beautiful

I loved the book, but "Arya's Test" was my favorite.
