About Glaedr... poor Saphira if she trully alone in her species . Arya just not ready for relationship--quite understandable. Ajihad? only natural when a powerful leader died.. although it was so sudden. Murtagh got Thorn was shocking, though. One of my friends had decided to tell me about the curse he put on the girl and so that wasn't so suprising. i always had a sneaking supicion that murtagh was eragons brother and everything and it just wasn't a suprise that morzon was his father either. Murtagh being a dragon rider was a suprise. i didn't expect that.

Gender: Girl	Re: What Was the Biggest Surprise in ELDEST? I see your guys' points. After I read Eragon and Eldest, I watched the last three Star WArs movies, and I realized that they are SOOO alike!! The events are almost exactly the same!! I would have been mad at Christopher Paolini if weren't for these things: 1. They may have simialr events, but the characters and story lines are WAY different. 2. The editors and publishers obviously thought it was unique enough. 3. Christopher Paolini is a very young writer, so is given some slack by me. 4.
