I know it will be blue and i know it will be created by that Rhunon elf but what will it look like what kind of sword? post your thoughts here!!

he will either get it from brom or get it from the tree, i think. Maybe it will be like, made by that elf, Rhunon, or perhaps even Orik, since Rhunon was teaching him some stuff.

I doubt Orik because he might not be able to charm it like Rhunon can.

correct becaue drawfs can use magic but its not as powerful as eves but dont forget that Solubum (the werecat) said that he would find a weapon under the Menoa Tree

Dwarves can use magic? It will most likely be under menoa tree because like if he didn't gte it from there CP probably wouldn't have put it in the story

The elf Rhunon (the smith) said she swore that she will never make a weapon of death ever again. Because she is an elf (and she said she hates talking in the human toungue) she probably swore it in the ancient language. Also, Brom's sword is lost somewhere so it is possible that it could be under the Menoa Tree but it is amazingly unlikely.

I think that there are really 2 possiblities... he will find broms old sword buried beneath the meona tree, ar Orik will MAKE the sword since Rhunon said she wouldn't, and then ask her to enchant the sword because that would technically work considering the fact that she said that she would never MAKE another wepon of death, but she never said that she wouldn't enchant one.... aahhhhhh hhhhhhaa

I think maybe he will take Oromis old sword...or that Rhunon will make one for him. Ya know the girl who is the sword maker and doesn't come out of her house?

Remember though Oromis said that he would live to see the last egg hatch so i don't think he'll give up his sword

i think he will find it under the menoa tree because of what solembum said. i don't think that rhunon would make it because if you remember she took a vowel to never to make swords again after morzan turn against them.

well Oromis doesn't really need his sword. I mean he is old and can't really do that much any more. Rhonun will probably make him one.

It may be Eragon I's, Vrael's, or Brom's, but I like to think it will be found under the Menoa Tree and be an orignal sword, forged by some sort of magic, but no other dragon rider's. Shouldn't Eragon have his own sword, unique to him and his fighting style? Also, what will the sword be called? Any speculation on that?

Also, where will the green dragon get his/her sword? It has to be green, as Eragon is getting a sword and Murtagh has Za'roc. Where will Green-y's come from?

Mind this is probably a silly idea, but what if the swords name was like cor'raz, you know zar'roc backwards. IT Was an idea that just poped up.

I agree that the sword will probably be Eragon 1's sword, it would make an interesting twist.

I think just before the first eragon died he sang into the menoa tree. I think he sang his sword and maybe his true name or the name of the ancient langauge. These would be powerful wepons to the new eragon. I think eragon willbe taught how to do this or be asked to be taught about it. Then he will sing to the menoa tree and get the treasures that lurk under neath it. This would mean he clould then go to the vault of souls and finally defeat galby once and for all.

Maybe the sword will be called "Wyrda." The white raven said that above the Menoa Tree when Eragon and Arya were there. (Yes, I know he always says that.)

Solbum said it would be a weapon and tecnicly magic can be put under the weapon catogory so it possibly could be magic............................but i doubt it.

If it is a sword, what about the possibility that it was created during the elves' Blood celebration (or whatever it was called) where Eragon was healed. The dragon that transformed Eragon could have also fashioned a unique sword, better than the ones made by elves, as part of his gift. Interesting concept......
