Skills: Sword: Since Theron was a small boy he was constantly training with the sword, everyday trying hard to perfect himself. Theron never reached perfection, but he became good enough to hold his own against the best in the Varden, and even fight equally with a few of the weaker elves.
Bow: Theron practiced with the bow daily from the time he was seven, until he could hit the center of a running buck's eye, from the back of his running horse. Although Theron is good with the bow, he is not perfect, and still often makes mistakes in his aiming. Theron can only use strong bows - he would break the weak ones.

Character Personality: Theron has a cheerful personality for the most part, and often betrays no other emotion other than cheerfulness, even when he may be ready to crush someone from anger, or display another reaction, depending on the emotion. The only time that Theron may let his emotions get out of his control is during battle, when he doesn't have time to think about keeping his cheerful disposition. Theron enjoys making new friends, although only if they are not with Galbatorix. Theron avoids hating anyone but Galbatorix, and Alan, knowing the problems that can come with hatred. Theron is a very likable person, and faithful friend. He is one of those who would never betray his friends for any reason whatsoever. Theron is of a serious nature, but he knows when, and how to have fun. Theron doesn't mind people being sarcastic with him, but is never sarcastic in return, not wanting to hurt anyone. Theron thinks before doing anything, and thinks before speaking. He is aware of others' emotions, and is careful not to tread on anyone's toes. If Theron accidentally offends someone (who is not his enemy) then he apologizes quickly, and tries to make it up to them in whatever way they wish. If someone has a problem with Theron, then he tries to get to the root of the problem, and resolve the issue immediately. Theron never takes anything for granted, and dislikes it when others do. When others take something for granted, Theron gently tries to change their way of thinking.

Character History: Theron's parents died when he was too young to remember them, and Ajihad took him in to raise him. Theron was always watching his uncle, and trying to be just like him. When Ajihad became the leader of the Varden, Theron worked hard to become well known among them. It didn't take long for Theron to become a high commander in the Varden.
One day Theron was fighting against a general of the Empire, and lost badly. During the fight Theron slashed the face of his enemy three times, but none of the wounds were ever fatal. Theron had magic being used against him, and his army, therefore he had no hope of winning. The general, Alan of the Empire, slaughtered all the followers of Theron in the name of Galbatorix - even those who had surrendered. Theron was prepared to die, but Alan refused to kill him, saying he was left alive to carry a message to the Varden. Theron was wounded too badly to move, but Alan healed him enough to keep him alive. Theron was tied onto his horse, and the heads of his dead comrades were hanging from his saddle. With that Alan sent Theron back to the Varden, using magic to make it impossible for him to go anywhere else.

After this slaughter, Theron could not bring himself to lead another group in the Varden again, and chose to become a spy for the Varden. Once when Theron was spying in Uru'baen he ran across Alan - who by this time had given up being a general to better serve Galbatorix. Alan recognized him, but gave no sign of it, which relieved Theron - who thought he hadn't been recognized. Theron didn't realize for a few months after this that he had been noticed, until he realized all the information he had been getting since he had seen Alan was fake. Theron was ashamed of this, and angered at the same time. Theron knew Alan was a big threat to the Varden, so he determined he would destroy Alan, no matter what.

Weapons: His only special weapon is a scimitar with a crimson blade, black hilt and a silver dragon head - it looks like this Whenever he needs a bow he just grabs one from wherever.
Likes: - Fighting for the Varden
Dislikes: - Losing to the servants of Galbatorix. Alan
Weakness / Fear: - Theron is vulnerable to magic, and sometimes accidentally let's his emotions get in the way of his battle. Theron is afraid that if he loses then those who are close to him will be killed.
Animal Companions: - His horse Samurai. A dun stallion, with lots of speed and strength, who can speak with his mind.

Character's Physical Description: Theron is six feet, and three inches tall. His skin is of a medium to dark chocolate color, the shade being hard to determine. Theron's hair is very short, with small, tight curls. Theron has high cheek bones, and eyes that are somewhere between almond shaped, and round. Theron is very broad shouldered, which from a distance makes him look much shorter than he really is. Theron has a long scar across his forehead which he received from Alan, and refuses to have healed until he has destroyed his enemy. Theron wears whatever he needs to, to blend in with those he is spying on, although when he has a choice, he prefers to wear armor with the Varden's symbol on it.
