I'm not much of a listener to funeral doom, but this band really amazes me. Listening to them on an observant or focused level such as daydreaming on the train or falling asleep in bed drags me into something I can only describe as a dark, melancholic yet epic seabound setting with a general feel akin to something from the Cthulhu mythos.
This was the first thing I heard from them, I've been in love ever since:

That's a really cool song - a bit repetitive, but mystical in some way...did they sell any albums?

Yeah, everything they've made is rather long and slow, it's pretty much a characteristic of funeral doom music. I prefer to refer to it as being 'epic' ans opposed to 'long', as the time is used to add extra depth as opposed to pretentiously draw it out
