The fact that he made such a dramatic retirement only to come back didn't help his case too much.

Agreed, I respected him more back then...

When you say Pheonix Cardinals, I'm guessing you mean the NFL team? :)
My team's Buffalo, for obvious reasons.

I remember the ESPN talking heads repeating the 'decades of ineptitude' line over and over, but they're legitimate Super Bowl contenders now :)
Boldin should stop being a baby and stay, seriously, he makes millions of dollars playing a game. He'll retire rich.

The baseball team won the world series in '01!! :P

lol! Man that was a long time ago, back when the Diamondbacks had Randy Johnson...we lost him, we lost all talent on the team.

Suns are decent...they have Shaq. So I guess Arizona isn't that bad....Minnesota though, don't get me started with them.

We lost Kevin Garnett on the Timberwolves, with that we lost about 75% of our victories. Minnesota Twins...well, we make the playoffs nearly every year...only to be beaten by the Whitesox. Vikings...well enough said. We have one good season every 10 or 20 seasons...lol.

I'm a buffalo bills fan along with kotor...and I have to say I'm disappointed with the draft this year...

The Suns are decent with Shaq, but I miss Funball.
Now my favorite player is done as well (Mutumbo)
I am mad I haven't had a chance to watch the Bulls-Celts series, sounds like it's one for the ages... well that's what 3AM Classic is for. :)

Ah, I remember... the timberwolves. not the greatest of teams even with KG. :) Of course my local teams, the Wizards and the Hornets, are even worse. :P
I think the Hornets moved actually. :?

If the Vikings had a QB, they would be deep playoff bound.

Yeah, I'm disappointed with the draft too a bit. They got the DE they were looking for, and a tight end, but everything else was odd. Typical bills post-superbowls... just good enough for hope. :)

I follow sports a bit.

Lol, wow...I can tell that. I have never been a big sports fan...then I joined the Army and everyone loves them . Therefore...I too started to watch. I'm taking baby steps, start off by keeping track of my home teams, and my birth state's teams.

I can't fathom keeping up with an entire league...or worse yet all the leagues of sports.

I'm putting up news as i get it in england alright.

Twelve people were hurt at the Dallas Cowboys training facility on Saturday when tornado-strength winds struck, causing their indoor practice facility to collapse. Between the falling debris and the furor to escape, Cowboys special teams coach Joe DeCamillis broke his back, and 11 other people suffered injuries and required hospitalization.

this actually was big enough for normal news here we don't usally get that

That was the best playoff series ever, no exaggeration. Instant classic. Of course I missed most of the games being busy, but you know what I'll be watching on ESPN Classic at 3am. ;)

It wouldn't have been nearly as good if KG wasn't hurt, how's that for irony?

True, but the double and triple OT games more than made up for it. =D I can't wait already. And I want to see Kobe vs. Lebron in the finals, that would be cool.

You wouldn't believe how much people argued when they played a couple months ago.
I'd still pick Kobe :P , but not in a year or two.
I'll look it up later. :)

They were walking. LeBron stopped at a free throw line and ibnstead of facing the basket in front of him turned around and faced the basket on other end of court. Took a shot and made it. That easy.

It wouldn't be a good business move on our managements part. Taking the Pack's beloved Quarterback would result in the loss of a lot of Viking's fans.

He may be talking with them...i personally don't think anything will happen.

I don't know he doesn't have to coach at nfl level he could coach a college team. but i'm sure alot of nfl teams would love him as a QB coach just for how long he's been doing it.

I can't. I think he's disappearing to Mississippi, I got money on it.

Cavs lost because the non-Lebrons aren't good enough. >.<
Mo Williams is fairly good, along with West, but the paint is a black hole for them. Howard murdered them down low. And the Magic made a ton of 3's. :?

Lakers 1-0.
