Thank You

from the small town where I come from in Mexico, my family was very well known and respected. but no, it is not for the reason many people are respected today. my family never was, isn't, and probably never will be rich. we were well known because of our kindness and good hearts, because we were hardworking and always helped others. and I love my family. but despite this, they are not the ones that can always make me feel better, they are not the ones I can tell all my secrets to. yes, they should be those people. but I'm sure many of us on here understand that there are some things that sometimes you can't tell your family, not your parents, cousins, nobody. the ones I can tell all my secrets too, though, the ones that can always make me feel better, are my friends. they are always there for me and they are my true secret-keepers. friendship is the most wonderful thing in the world, and I am grateful to all my friends for everything they have done for me. Danny M., for showing me how to live life to its fullest. Danny C., for being the best and most comprehensive friend ever and always making me feel better, Jorge M, for being the one that helped me stand up, Jorge Mo., for showing me that goals in life can always be reached if you try hard, Jorge G, for being the lifeline of my own life and for making me realize that I was better than I thought I was, Emmanuel, for always making me laugh and feel better, Stephanie, for bringing me all the way back up when I've been down, Azulay, whose hugs and affection helped me find my way to the true courage inside me, Melissa, for bringing out the best in me and whose kisses helped me find in myself the true way to live, the true way to be happy; the list could go on forever. but they are not the only ones who have done this for me. there are a lot of people who have done the same thing and more for me, the people who I met over a year ago and since then I never realized taught me a lesson every day in how to live, and who always picked me up and showed me that I could go on living, the ones who are some of the bestest friends I have ever had and always will, the people who I will never forget as long as I live. these are all the members on SF that I know. they will never realize the things they have done for me. perhaps they will never know the monster they saved me from, the monster that was rising in me last night. they will never know that they saved me from my own dark side, that they have saved the person who is writing this right now. To everyone on SF, I thank you so much for everything you have done, for all the help I have received from you and for all the nice things you've told me. they have helped shape my life and will continue to shape it forever. many of you don't realize how you have done this, but you did. SF HAS SAVED MY LIFE.
