Okay now, I have noticed a few users posting on almost every topic saying merely hi, or something similar. if you are going to say hello, this is not an ecuse to up your post count! As stated by louis, continue any conversations in the chat room, and keep them out of here!

This is an old post, but it's still valid. If we think you are spamming, we will warn you/delete posts, or take some other form of action.

It is acceptable for people who haven't been around for several months or years to make a topic here, as they may want to know what's going on and such.

If it's shorter absences, update your leaving topic if you made one, or PM people. Please do not make a new topic.
