I know this is old but... 'ELLO, I'M NEW!!

Well as u see, I'm new, and I want to introduce myself. I'm a shy person, but sometimes I just need to get out of my shell. I became a fan in a book fair in my school. I saw the book in a corner and on the front cover had a... yeah yeah yeah u know the book. Anyway I was really in to dragon, so it caught my eye and my grandma brought it for my early b-day present (YEAH for grandma!!). Going through the book I was like (some were close) "Finally some actions!!" or "Oh great, here comes the chit-chatting", and when I got to a point for example, then Murtag help Eragon, Saphira, and Brom, I was thinking "Oh no! Don't trust him!!" Then later in the book Murtag was really a good guy, that past say pop out of my head and I was like"..." Yeah I need to ask a question. Right now, I’m interested in the RPGames, and I’m wondering what’s the OOC and IC in some of the RPG chats means, when I read few of them, and if there anyother, please tell me.
