yes. they can. Solembum is a werecat, who are automatically trustable, and Angela was there when the Varden was created, has gone to Ellesmera, and his followed around by a werecat, making her automatically trustable.

but she's also very mysterious, and we don't no alot about her, im not saying i think she's evil im just exploring all the options

angella and solembum have done nothing but help eragon. they wouldnt betray the varden

would she if Galbatrix's side became more powerful, wouldn't she go to the side that benefited her the most?

if she tried to switch over to galbys side, they would probably torture her for information about the varden and eragon and saphiras whearabouts. it wouldnt benefit her at all.

I don't think that Solembum will play too big of a part in the future books, but he will be present.

I think Solembum was still with Angela at the Burning Plains.

Yes, its in Eldest. I can't remember what page it is right now b/c I don't have the book with me, but it was somewhere in the battle after Eragon met Murtagh. Anyway, they're dead.

Of course the weopon is Brom's sword!! The thing is called the INHERITANCE cycle.
Think about it...Murtagh inherited Zar'roc his dad's sword it makes sense then that Eragon will inherit his first mentors sword. There is even a VERY good argument that Brom is Eragon's dad! (read other topics)
Also how will he get another dragon riders sword? Sure, he could get Oromis's, but it would'nt be the same color as his dragon. Brom's sword however is the correct color. See? It all makes sense!!

Well, I really think that Brom is Eragon's father, but I think that if Eragon is to get a new sword (which is highly probable) Rhunon, or whatever her name is, will make him one. But it's just my opinion.

More than cool, that would be such a good twist i'd have to say CP's books are the closest i'v read to Lord of the Rings. Sill a long way off from them, but the closest.

Yeah, I love that idea for the first Eragon to create the VoS only to seal it off with a spell in which the user must speak the name of Eragon. And they share names! That's perfect that is very well what might happen. And if the god is the first Eragon, he could tell our Eragon his name so that he could open it.

Yet another good point! Their names could very well be the same, and the first 2 books were leading up to it with all the mystery on the 1st eragon. By the way, how do u think Selena knew about the first Eragon?!?!?! Brom said hardly anyone but riders knew about him. Morzan didn't know about Eragon, so how did she know???
