As for the pic, t'was no urgals! It's gangster!! I imagine them big, (well, ok with the gangster posture), but with scarry face (almost like animal face with sharp teeth) and small horns... and their skin is dark maroon... monstrous dark maroon.

I doubt it, if he did then why would he describe them as short brutish men with thick arms and as having big black horns?! Face it, fox is screwing up, they have got practically all the characters wrong, and I'll bet they change the whole plot too!

i've saw the pictures, the urgals look barbaric in the film but they don't have horns as in the book; that will make the film look unreal because what sais in the book

i always imagined the Urgals as looking like bigger, buffer versions of the Urikai from LOTR, only with dark, dark, skin and large teeth resembling tusks, but thats just me
