here how it would work,
there would be a member polls sub forum on theis and 2 or 3 poll moderators, for 1 month nomination will be held there will be threds for each topic people would nominate members and when somone gets 5 vote he or she is oficially nominated after a month the nominations will be locked and new polls will be made with the names of all of the people that were nominated as options this will go on for 2 months. the poll mods will dicide the topics and moderate the posts
