I say a lvl 100 with a nest ball because the higher you're pokemon's lvl is to that of the pokemon that you are trying to catch, the higher the success rate of the nest ball ;P

No... the Nest ball becomes stronger the greater the difference between the combatants is


lets say you have a lvl 75 pokemon and you're fighting a lvl 50, that's a 25 lvl difference, now lets say yours is 100, and they are still 50, that's a 50 lvl difference, the Nest ball would work better with the 100 out than with the 75 out because of the lvl difference

Another Mystery Dungeon? was there anything good about them? I know you ditched the trainers and ran around as the pokemon them selves but really? why?

I restarted Emerald last Friday, started with a specially colored Torchic (other wise I'd have started it Thursday lol took a day of resetting to get him specially colored) and now my Ralts owns and I have another Specially colored Gulpin (got one my first time though on Ruby, but deleted that file for some reason, I missed him)

As for the question of shiny... Bragging rights, on bases of luck, skill and being well stocked with the tools to catch any lvl pokemon at any given time. If you find a lvl 50 shiny and all you have are 100s you can't just throw a ball at it. it just don't work, and you can't weaken it with out False Swipe then. or if you have pokemon of the same lvl but no balls... *shrug* and because they just look cool lol

That's also the same reason why there isn't a berry system beyond finding them on the ground, there is no in game clock for them to grow by

though a sure fire way to max out happiness is to let it PWN in battle take it to a low lvl area and fight as many trainers as possible

Sinnoh wasn't bad... it was long... a lot of back tracking and going the long way... but not bad... though I don't see why you wouldn't be able to enter a city just because it had a blackout and why 100 hours later the power still wasn't on (SHUT UP!!! I was training 3 pokemon to lvl 100 with lvl 30 fodder)

Sinnoh is different to anywhere. The space time legend makes it awsome to play Diamond and pearl. Then i borrow my grandma's DS to trade palkia (palpink) onto diamond for the Elite four.
They changed the 3rd gym on platinum though. Its easy to beat the fighting gym leader on diamond and pearl but i dont know anymore. I've only just beat Fantina on platinum. but i cant beat my rival!!!

Gyarados is the most god awesome pokemon ever, granted a good electric could one shot him, it's nothing Carbos can't fix after learning Earthquake. throw on all the other TMs you can teach him and Gyarados is the most versitile, able to cover the most weaknesses in four attacks (btw, this is all my opinion) with the exception of Mew

I don't know about you guys, but Febas was a bloody Pain in the backside to get, because you could only fish him up from one spot of seven on route 120 (I THINK) and he's basically another Magicarp >.< damn we're all a bunch of Pokénuts...

Aw, I love pokemon! Not the show any more, because it was starting to feel like watching a kindergarten video whenever I turned it on (Ash, Ash, Ash, what have they done to your voice?) But I still love the games sooooo much! They're really fun and I just like training the pokemon and whatnot. Not to mention the fact that, in Pokemon Sapphire, my Blaziken SO stomps my brothers' Pearl Game Monferno lol ^?^ Also, I've got Pokemon Diamond and am madly in love with my Torterra, who I named Grotle lol ^?^ In Pokemon XD I've got a Jolteon who is just plain awesome, a level one-hundred Vulpix who I will not evolve (It's a male, and to me that's special because mostly I can only find females) and lessee...I've also got a coolio Mightyana named Rowan, among several others.
