 Watership Down Watership Down is a pretty good book, by Richard Adams, and its a bit older, copyright 1972, but its good. i had to read it for a book report, it was one of the choices, and as my dad had read it and recommended it, i chose it. Anyone else read it?

Re: Watership Down well, a basic summary, its about several rabbits from a warren that is about to be destroyed by a very big disaster. so several rabbits flee and try to find a new home. its about they're journey and what happens before they can live in peace

Re: Watership Down I've never actually finished the book, even though its really good. Something has always happened that stops me finishing, and always around the same part. I've tried to finish it three times.

Re: Watership Down Watership Down is an excellent book.
When I was in school it was required reading. It like Animal Farm is a commentary on social struggles going on at the time it was written.
It took me a while to understand all the underlaying subjects until I was older... but even just for a read... it's good. It made me cry.
