Who believes in ghosts? i dont really, but ive got a freaky TRUE story.
my grandpa was working on a multistory carpark in dorking (england) with a bunch of other builders. Suddenly, they turned round & there was an old woman in a night shirt. They called out to her, thinking she was lost or confused, but when they started to go towards her, she just turned around and walked off the edge of this massive carpark! When the builders ran over, there was nobody there...

I do beleive in gosts but not the way you do.

I believe in ghosts somewhat. But not completely..It would be cool to meet one though.

my seminary teacher has the most creepiest ghost stories every, i love them!! he was rich and had a HUGE house... yeah it's just cool.

i don't think i believe in ghosts, but there may be like, spirits that sometimes do stuff... but i think they are there to HELP not scare you.

YES!! I do believe in ghosts.. even i haven't see one (and i'm not planning to), but a lot of my friends and family had actually seen them. Sometimes it took shape as snake, sometimes it's a woman with long hair, sometimes an old man... etc etc. Actually, ghost truly could took shape on excately what we're expecting to see them. If we imagining a ghost as a pale woman, it would show up like a woman.

i believe allright. i've seen and talked to them....a lot of people don't believe me, but it's true and freaky like crazy the frist time you accually see them.

Personally I don't believe in ghost but I have had some creepy experiences. One of my friends and my old teacher believe in them.

i belive in ghosts, i first started when i was about ten years old i was riding my bike home from school and a kid about 5 years old was following me and when i noticed him i only rode my bike faster when i looked behind me again he was keeping pace with me but still just walking then i noticed that his clotheswere all torn up and he was really pale and he was sliding his left foot instead of lifting it and when i finally got home he came in my house and i was watching the news with my dad and it ssaid that a 5 year old boy was killed by a theif and his parents were also shot and when i want to bed that night i felt a cold breeze so i got up and closed my windows and went back to bed but i still felt a cold breeze and my door was shut so i opened my door but couldn't go back to sleep so i read a book but i still felt a cold breeze then i noticed that my door was closed again so i opned it and snuck down stairs to c if my brother was just playing a trick on me but he was sound asleep so i went back to bed but this time i ignored the cold breeze and fell asleep when i woke up the next day my windows were open door closed and my face was blue from freezeing all night plus there was a red stain on my pj's and my bed spred so i lifted my to brush my hair out of my face and i felt horrable pain in my arm so i looked at my arm and saw a long blood stained cut on my arm so i told my mom and dad and said that they were both sound asleep and my brother didn't wake up until noon so i had to go to the doctor and get 12 stiches cuz i was so long and when i was going to sleep that night i heard foot steps comeing closer to me so i opened my eyes and found the boy stareing at me so i asked what he wanted and he only said 'i did what i came here to do i must leave and let my soul go to peace' i only stared at him then he left opned the window faceing the that was broken up and empty and walked right through the screen and i looked out after saw to floating objects and the certains held back then let go of the next day i told my mom but she said that he was only my imagination so i tryed to 4get but i only felt a cold breeze
every time i tryed.
that wass a true story i still have a scar on my arm from when it happened to and now i don't feel a cold breeze but i just feel a deep pain in my arm every time i try to tell somebody. but i also belive in the Holy Ghost i ask him to help me sleep and take the pain away and it works really well when needed. *shivers after looking around with careful skanning eyes*

I would say there are definitely spirits; and people do have souls. I don't think I would believe in the sort of scary movie ghosts which haunt people for no reason and freak people out; but as a christian i do believe in manifestations of the devil, and they certainly could have the ability to manifest themselves in ways we may not expect. For that reason I believe some curses could exist if invoked through the devil; such a thing would not be a laughing matter. I guess everyone has their own beliefs and is entitled to their own opinions. We must respect each others' opinions.

As barbarian from czech with original religion paganism I don not believe in spirits and hell and other things like that. Have you ever heard about Vallhalla? (not sure about spelling)

I don't believe in that stuff either, but I have no religion, although I completely respect other's opinions and beliefs, and never dismiss their thoughts on ghosts, spirits etc. I like the freaky stories though, makes you think...

Every time our lights go out and everyone is asleep, I stay up all night and at about 7am, I try the lights and they all work. Ghosts are images from your mind that float out into openess to claim the souls of the dead. You only see ghosts because those exact ghosts were once part of your imagination. That is why ghosts usually are the shape of what you once thought of or are thinking about. I belive in them, and also belive that they can be good or bad. The ghosts of a black mare appear at night and enter your dreams. When they leave you in the morning, they are called Night-Mares and create unpleasant dreams. Good ghosts are those like the housekeeper (Which is who I think is the main role of my little telling), lifesavers (Those that help you in the time of need, like when you fall out of trees, and finally, possesers, which I think fall into both catagories. They are inside you at the times where you don't want to do something, but you do it anyways. That is my belief in ghosts and hope you enjoy it.

ok. i was in my bed room reading a very exiting story when my dresser slams shut. no body in the hous exept me and the mystirous foce that caused it to slam shut. i realised this and tryed to calmly walk to my front door and go out side wher everyone els was, but this ghost was a funny guy. he hits me in the stomach or somthing like that and i hear a fiant laughing like a screech mixed with a pianful scream. i was totaly freaked out by now and realy wanted to get away but this thing woulnt let me leave. so i curled my self into a ball and sat thier patheticly while he tormented me with his wispers of suffering and such. the my family came inside and he left and never came back to me agian. of coures,i never stayed inside alone ever agian.....

my local TV show have a Reality Show it called 'Dunia Lain' (The Other World), the concept is to placed a person all alone from midnight to dawn, in a scarry place, like a jungle or temple or haunted factory/building. And they put an infra red light and camera to monitoring them... And sometimes (quite often) we witnessed his experienced. That show even win the "All Asian Reality Show" (compete with all reality show all over Asia) on an episode where the ghost manifest very clear (a lady ghost)

I don't believe in any of that stuff. It's so stupid.

So image us. We live in a world where living creatures roam the Earth. Everyone here has an imagination. Our imaginations live in their own world and come when we call them. But sometimes the Netherworld intercepts the contact and seals the figmint of imagination in our Living world, with no way out. They tend to live in the places where they were sealed, such as a house. When a Living creature dies, their imagination forms together to hold their form as a transperant specter, aka a ghost.

I believe that a 'creature' (called 'jin') is accompany every single person on earth. That is why if someone can read you past life, it is his/her 'creature' communicate with your 'creature' then send the information to the person so he/she knows your past.

This creature's life time is much longer than the master (human), so when the master died, it still alive, and he can mimic his master's appearence. That is why if in a hounted house there was a kid who is murdered and years after there's people admit they meet the kid's ghost, it's not the kid, it's the jin.

Fathskie, thats a good idea, so fortune tellers send their jin out to the other persons Jin. You know, i have something to add to this little idea of yours. What if the Jin was killed killed with the child? That would mean both traces would be destroyed. And i do not think that only humans have these jins. Everything we see through our eyes is like a dream. It's real, but in so many ways, it's not. Imagine if you could see jins. You could see right through the person and their every feeling and emotion. Every being has a differnet jin that is not related to any other jins in the world, not even twins. To gain the power of seeing jins, you must first consume the jin of a person thaqt you had never known. This would split your soul in two; one part is your jinn, the other is the stranger. You cannot see through the eys of your own kin, but through another, it might be possible.

Install a cd-writer! Or save it on disk or USB flash disk next time... Create many masters!! That's what I do with my project.

Urmm... first I don't think the jin would be killed, it will live a very very long time (if it die, I don't know what the cause, maybe it's already its time)
Second, I'm not sure that animal has a companion too!! But who knows?? It's already absurd since the beginning..
Third, I never heard that someone able to look at a companion, the furthest effort anyone can have is to see an aura of a person
Fourth, we can't consume a jin! We can't! And what of splitting soul in two (freakky!!! Horcruxes!!) no no no... the concept is very very unacceptable for meeee!!

About the jin thing, wasn't there a music video like that? I can't remember what song it was (might have been Franz Ferdinand) but all these people were walking about hand-cuffed to their own robot thing (which seemed to represent a jin). At the end, there was this old guy in hospital, and when he died, his robot unlocked the hand cuffs and walked into another room, and attached to a new born baby. This also brings about the possibility of re-incarnation, like jins are souls. It's a good theory I think.

In my eyes, there's no soul or jin, but I guess anything's possible. I reckon, if there were souls or jins, they would be, how do I put it, not actually things. They would be, sort of a status I guess. Well not status, but I don't know how else to put it. Hope someone gets the idea, and I'm not just going crazy! Oops, too late!

So far I undestand from this toppic: Jin's something which protect you but soul is a part of you so if you die and you have a soul your soul will go on a place where someone judge it and send to hell or heaven but what happened with dead human if he has a jin? he will just...end?

About my old post about the lights in my house coming back to life, I think a housekeeper boggart is living in my house. It's really quite funny. last night, the carpet was dirty. Wake up this morning at 6am, carpet is clean as heavan lol.
