Character Personality: Allalae has an upright, forward personality. She will speak what is on her mind and will not bother if it hurts someone or not. She can also at times be kind and gentle when she is relaxed. Slow to trust she cares and is deathly loyal to friends.

Character History: Born to nobles in Ellesmera Allalae Silverwind, was the first daughter of three children, the others being sons. She grew up in the nobility but would go out and wander Ellesmera even as a small child, not wanting to be a noble. In her teen years she began to wander Du Weldenvarden along with her two younger brothers who were jsut three years shy of her. She was the leader no doubt in thier group even as they began to train she showed skills above her brothers. This caused jealously but it was quickly diminished as they grew and they understood the balance between the three.

When Allalae turned 85 she wandered outside of the forest getting tired of running off to the same old places. She was running when she unelvenly tripped over something. She turned back to see a large black rock with white lines, like viens around it. She looked at it oddly before picking it up. She noted that it was oddly shaped and too smooth for a rock. She brought it back to her house and layed it next to her bed. A few days later it rocked off when she was writing and it fell to the floor. Worried that it had broken somehow she ran over to it and inspected it.

It moved agian making her jump. She held the egg, as she know knew it to be, as it hatched. Soon a little snout and then a head poked it's way out of the shell and stared at her with ruby red eyes. Allalae sat in almost shock as she looked at the newly hatched baby dragon in her lap. She was usure of what to do so the kept the little dragon, soon dicovered by her family and accepted, with her. Once they could communicate the decided on Kornis meaning "Black dawn" because of his scales.

In the years following they became close like a Rider and thier dragon should. They trained under another Rider that she new of and as the days and years went by Kornis and Allalae grew ever closer. One day druing their training when she was practiicng sword play with her master she mis judged a lock and her master's sword slipped through pericing her. It was dangerously close to her heart. Kornis rushed from his training feeling her pain. He landed next to her as her master healed her. Allalae had passed out though. It could have been a fatal wound had her master not saved her. Ever since Kornis has been extremely protective of Allalae. Once her training reached an end she was allowed to go as she pleased. Staying on the outskirts of the Empire she and Kornis traveled around. She heard news and even caught glimpses of Eragon and his Dragon Saphira.

She would have met him on his trip to Ellesmera but she preferred to watch silently with Kornis from the shadows. She now stays in Ellesmera preparing with Kornis for the Attack against the Empire.

Character's Physical Description: Allalae is of average elven height and stature. She has a slim feminine build but it is muscular but not too noticable. She has long black hair that at night turns silver. She has black eyes as well.

Dreams for the Future: To help defeat Glabatorix and live in Ellesmeara or where ever she chooses in peace.

Reason for Dreams: Allalae was told of times when there was peace and happiness and longs for those times to become reality.

Dragon Name: Kornis

Age: 60 years

Gender: male

Parents: unknown

History: Kornis was found just outside of Du Weldenvarden by Allalae 60 years ago. He grew up with her as her companion. Together they learned many things about life, magic, and being a Rider. Once they had completed most of thier training their bond deepened when Allalae was almost killed during a practice round with her Master. He has been protective of Allalae since and will let not one he doesnt' trust near her.

Personality: Unlike Allalae he is not so straight forward as to say what is always on his mind. He is very protective of Allalae. Not as slow to trust, he is very judgeing and as all dragons wise. He thinks rationally when Allalae does not and is her opposite in some ways.

Colour: Black

Appearance: Kornis's scales are black with a red sheen in light. If a person stands the right way he can appear red and then when they move he lookes his true color of black. His wings are the same way and the webbing is a deep, rich, almost blood red.

Armour: His armor is like that of any dragons except it is a jet black color.

Dreams for future: Same as Allalae but to also avenge all of his fallen kin.

Reasons for dreams: He once had a dragon friend who was killed and he wishes to avanges his and all the other dragons' deaths.
